The soft touch used to be OK but then started either not spraying soap or not rinsing enough soap…read moreoff. The last time I used the soft touch the brushes got WAAAAAY closer than I think they should have which makes me think there is something wrong with the laser sensors that tell it where your roof is. Got a new car that I have to hand wash and the bays are mediocre. This time the machine that takes cards did not work. I swiped and it never started. Not worth the time, money or headache anymore.
