Several of the sprayers weren't working and still had soap all over my car as the blowers were drying it. I turned out of Splash and Dash and noticed my right side view mirror was pushed out and the two covers were missing so I immediately turn around and tell clerk. She goes into the auto carwash and has to get a long pole to retrieve one of them. It had been ran over by the car behind me and won't reattach. I ask her if this happens a lot and she replies " more than you know". I ask if the usually pay for it and she says" not usually". She calls Omar (the owner in Dallas) and she asks me the make and model of my car. She relates my answer to Omar who replies that my car is too old to fix. She gives me the office phone number and I leave my info on paper with her. Noone answered my call. SEE YOU IN COURT OMAR!

Their cleaning and detail services are totally worth it if you're selling your car anytime soon. Only gripe is that there sure could be more driveway space in there. It's cramped. The business was totally unhelpful and claimed ZERO responsibility even though the car was in their care! Unfortunately, the police could do nothing without a specific suspect.
