I ask her if this happens a lot and she replies " more than you know". I ask if the usually pay for it and she says" not usually". She calls Omar (the owner in Dallas) and she asks me the make and model of my car. She relates my answer to Omar who replies that my car is too old to fix. The soft touch used to be OK but then started either not spraying soap or not rinsing enough soap…read moreoff. The last time I used the soft touch the brushes got WAAAAAY closer than I think they should have which makes me think there is something wrong with the laser sensors that tell it where your roof is. Got a new car that I have to hand wash and the bays are mediocre. This time the machine that takes cards did not work. I swiped and it never started. Not worth the time, money or headache anymore.
