I've been to Esmooth a few times, and I am always pleased with their work. The staff is friendly, and they do a good job. They are transparent about prices. They let you know about how much time it will take. You can make appointments. Overall, they are very thorough, and I would recommend it to my friends and family. So my wife's car has been neglected and collecting love bugs all summer. The bugs are gone now and we finally got a chance to get it washed. I didn't want to risk being disappointed with the cheaper car washes so I decided to go with Esmooth after checking out the reviews. The guys greeted us when we first got there and they were very nice and friendly. I told them what I wanted and gave them my keys. Went to grab a bite next door, came back and everything was done. We were told about 40 mins and it was exactly that, a little bit earlier I believe. When the guy drove our car up our jaws dropped. Everything was super clean like when we first bought the car. My wife and I are extremely satisfied how everything turned out and how friendly and professional the guys are. Highly recommend this place and we will be back for sure!

ESmooth did an amazing job on my Yukon XL. It was filthy from my three kids and golden retriever but he cleaned the inside and made it feel like new. Best car wash in Tyler Texas. Great people friendly and courteous. Comfortable waiting room with reclining chairs and a big screen TV. Total hand carwash no massive bristles beating up your car. I've only taken my car here twice. A short while into my 1st visit I was instantly sold. My car is older but she's my car -my baby! I did my research on places in town to get my car nice and clean and where I'd feel like she was being treated with loving care. This is that place. The guys there are friendly and very hard-working. I appreciate how dedicated the owner is to doing good business. If my car's not getting washed here, she's not getting washed at all! read more

First time potential patron. Came by 24 hours in advance to make an appointment for services. Was told no problem to come in at 10 A.M. the next day....that it would be an hour. Then, upon arrival 30 minutes early, another employee told me that it would be a 3 hour wait....saying that he had 3 details ahead of me. Didn.t even make an attempt to work me in. Didn.t apologize. I guess the car wash business is booming so much so that they can promote an "I don.t care attitude!" I wash my 2 cars weekly and detail them monthly. I.m now at another place waiting on my car wash without an appointment. Can.t address the quality of the auto service just the poor management and lack of professionalism with the customer interaction with me. read more

My wife has been coming here for a couple months now. Today we got here, we're told we would have an hour wait. Then told to go ahead and leave, run some errands and come back. When we got back, we seen a car was now ahead of us in line. We started to leave, but then we were informed that the other car was aware of our pending return. We pulled right in, and got a first rate car wash. Amazing customer service, and a great wash. Can't beat it. read more

The owner and two employees worked on it for 5-6 hours and I am VERY impressed with the results. Usually he books appointments 2 weeks out in advance, but he was able to squeeze me in early morning! Dropped my car off at 8am and it was ready by 3:30. He did an awesome job from cleaning the cup holders, shampooing the seats, and waxing the car! 100% recommend his services! read more
