Since, without keys, the vehicle couldn't be moved out of its parking spot in a traditional way, they actually found a neighbor to move their car so the tow truck could get behind our vehicle. This is an incredibly thorough and smart level of service. Once the vehicle was dropped off at its destination, Mr. Hook Towing sent photos to show exactly where it was parked. Then, ini minutes, I was able to pay over the phone and got an emailed receipt. Instead of explaining what was needed, he accused me of being difficult and refused to provide clear guidance. I made multiple attempts to understand the requirements, but the conversation went nowhere. It was frustrating and unnecessarily stressful during an already difficult situation. I would strongly recommend improving communication and customer service. Based on my experience, I would hesitate to use this company again.
