Right from the time my towing was scheduled, an associate promptly called to inform the timing of the pick up and later when the towing driver Lucky Singh showed up, he handled the car so well and got it dropped off at the service center ahead of time. The owner was nice enough to follow up on the service to get feedback too. I'm not sure of the pricing since my car is still under Mazda's warranty but their service was spotless and professional. After doing research and seeing good reviews, I decided to give Quality 1st a call. The dispatcher, Peter, who I spoke with was very professional and courteous. They were ready to send out a driver within 30 mins. Unfortunately I was not ready as I needed to have the vehicle moved away from the turnpike through Emergency Services and needed my other family members to come with another vehicle as I had to transfer my personal belongings and family safely. After informing them I was ready, they were still able to have a driver out to me within 30 mins. My car is a 13 year old car, but it didn't have a red interior that was "sun damaged" when dropped off. My driver seat didn't break because it was a 2010 car. I never dropped the car off with a broken driver seat . FYI In order to adjust the seats you touch the buttons on the door not the chair itself. This would be known to techs that work on Mercedes regularly. When you mentioned that I never came in for a smoke smell, of course I didn't. When I mentioned the smoke smell you told me "oh that's a problem". Yet it wasn't even addressed. That's real safe. I also didn't come in for all the problems that were created to my car like a slow start up when originally my car had a strong start up prior to being worked on. My fuel gauge was also working and I was able to tell how much gas I had in my tank. After you replaced my fuel pump I was losing a significant amount of gas which was displayed by the gas gauge and I called you on my drive to work to complain about the problem. That same day I smelled the smoke smell and my car almost didn't start up to get back home. I had just gotten my car from you the day prior. I dropped off my car for you to " fix the fuel gauge" and now the problem was worse than the second time. How does my car get worse every time it gets worked on at your shop. When someone fixes something it's supposed to fix the problem not create new ones that weren't there upon drop off. Go ahead tell me that it's all because it's a 2010 car. My car was in great shape and running great prior to being dropped off and worked on at your shop. Since my last previous review my car now sounds like something is loose when you start it up. As each day unfolds day by day new problems pop up after you guys worked on it. I recommend you get techs who are skilled in Mercedes Benz before they work on them, you're only damaging them if not. The amount of ways that all of this has ruined my life is in more ways than I care to write about on here.
