EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!…read more So I typically don't go outside the dealer for any repairs however, I felt like I needed to go immediately as I thought I had a nail in my tire. When I get there, I automatically assume there's a nail in my tire and ask them to plug it. The gentleman checked the tire and told me I didn't have a nail and if I was still having problems- to bring it back. I ended up bringing it back the next day because it sounded like something was in my tire. When I got there, another guy took my car, drove it around the block and then put my car on the lift. It was determined that I had a dent in my rim so they said they would check for rims and call me back. The kicker is - when they put my car on the lift and spun the wheels, whatever was in the tires fell out (not actually in the tire but somewhere in between). I no longer heard a noise- so I told the guy and asked him how much - he was super humble and said I didn't owe him anything because they didn't repair anything. My dealer !!!?? Wanted $250 just to LOOK at it. Because of that one noble gesture - they found a new client in me! They tell you what you need to- don't try to rip you off or overcharge you - this is an honest establishment/ I would definitely recommend!

Their work is dangerous, unsafe and unreliable. I came in to get new tires and brakes, and it turned into a nightmare. They replaced all four tires and the next day my car alerted me to check tire pressure. I went back and they said they had overinflated the FRONT tires to 70 PSI literally double the recommended 35 PSI. That is so dangerous i can't even believe it but I was like okay mistakes happen you know. Next day the alert popped up again i took it back they said the REAR tires were overinflated to 70 PSI. Now im like are they joking are they pranking me becuase what is even going on. I gave it another chance but AGAIN on the third day it said check tire pressure i took it back and they said the valve on the back wheel was broken something that should have been caught on one of the FOUR trips that i had made before. i never got these constant check tire pressure alerts before going there they had broke it. I dont know what they were doing were they playing with it or were they lying about checking. This was three days of wasted time, back and forth, and constant stress. As for the brakes, they installed the cheapest, lowest-quality pads imaginable. They squeak with every wheel rotation constantly when im driving under 30 mph, brake or slow down its ear-piercing and embarrassing. I didnt even take my car back for them to hear the brakes becuase i know theyre gonna make up some excuse for why squeaking is normal. Its been 600 miles since i got them changed the sound should have gone away!! I took my car to two other reputable shops afterward nothing was mechanically wrong the noise is literally only because of their substandard parts. What gets me is that nothing was wrong with my car before i went there was only problems after i left. Dont be like me dont waste your time money and effort go somewhere else

That was three days ago, and I still haven't heard a single update. I called to follow up and never received a phone call back. This after following up multiple times and getting the runaround. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. They damage your property and then disappear instead of taking responsibility. If you value your car and your time, stay far away from this place. The lack of honesty and customer service is unbelievable.

Unfortunately it made no difference, after all I left and get new tires somewhere else. Simple. Customer service training will be beneficial and very helpful.

There's nowhere else we'd take our vehicles! I just recently went to have tires and break maintenance done on my Jeep Compass and had a great experience as always. I'm able to email Atlantic Tire directly with what I need and receive a prompt response back with pricing details. For tires, different brands, mileage, and pricing with available rebate offers were listed out so that I could choose what would fit my needs and budget. For breaks, I was unsure if I needed both front and rear and requested pricing for both. They were able to check and let me know I still was okay on the one but replaced the other. --I feel like any other shop would've just told me I needed both even if I didn't. When you drop your vehicle at Atlantic Tire, you really feel like you are dropping it off to be serviced by a friend.

Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UNETHICAL!!!!!!!! I have been here 3 times to inquire about tires, brakes,…read moreand a squealing belt in the last 6 months (I live around the corner ) . The front desk and mechanics are different every time! Complete turnover. When quoted for tires, they said that unless I bought 4 new tires (which I did not need) they would not do it. Then they quoted me for a brake job for $950 - told them I did not need rotors (just pads) and thye said they would not do it without giving me new rotors (without looking at the car). I had the job done at Mavic for $350! Next: I had a belt squealing and asked for a price quote to repair it. His response (Grey-haired older scraggly guy ) was with that many miles on the car (over 300K) I won't touch it! What the hell kind of response was that ? Won't work on cars with a certain mileage. This shop was what I hate about NJ. Always shady... feeling like they are trying to rip you off at any junction. So disgusted!!!!!!!

This morning, I was greeted in one of the most personable and professional ways by one of the service agents "Dane". I would like to commend Dane for his excellent interaction, great communication and going above and beyond what is expected for a customer. I have never seen him before at the Clark location but I feel he is an asset to your company. As a psychologist who works with individuals and businesses to improve customer service, Dane is a stellar example of best practice. Also, Goodyear offers free flat tire repair!
