Got stuck on the parkway on a Sunday afternoon on the way home and in 30min had someone to pick me up. The driver was kind enough to find a way off the express lane and to the closest shop, and spoke to my insurance directly to make sure I wasn't charged and everything went through them. read more

I had the misfortune of having my car break down. It just stopped and shut off, but luckily I made it to the shoulder. After waiting for my insurance roadside for over an hour I called All Car Towing. They were so friendly, fast and efficient! I called and not even 15-20 min. Later a tow truck was dispatched to my location. The driver was courteous and eased my mind by suggesting I get it towed to their garage. I am so happy and satisfied that I did because my car was fixed within hours and I was on my way all in one day! From start to finish everything was quick and car still runs perfectly till this day! I recommend All Car definitely use them next time you need your car cared for! read more

Last night I hit a pot hole in NJ, surprise surprise!!!! The only good thing that came out of this experience was our driver. He helped us every step of the way. Thank you!!!! read more

Very professional .... I didn't have to wait long for them to come ... very generous and respectful. ... towed my car to my house

Nice trucks. But they also got me to agree to send my disabled car to their shop under the guise that I would save money on the tow charges since my shop was beyond the distance my roadside service would cover. I had been quoted $117 for the job at my local place and told it only takes about an hour. All Car only quoted me $85 per hour labor. A day later they tell me its $450 and the car is done! I asked why it was so much and was told that the mechanic had to visit 3 different junk yards to find bolts to attach a cover. Car is an '03. When I disputed the bill in person they knocked $50 off. I had to pay them cash or not get the car. Take their tow if you like. Driver was fine. Don't get scammed into using their shop. read more

I am from North Jersey and had the misfortune of breaking down on the parkway on my way to the shore. My Internet search led me to use All Car to tow my vehicle. They also said they do repairs so I had them also work on my car. They replaced the alternator and I was able to pick it up the next day. One week later my car started having the same problems. Upon inspection my mechanic discovered that All Car's mechanic horribly botched the installation of the alternator and I had to pay for my mechanic to correct their mistakes. I spoke to the supposed co owner of All Car who wouldn't verify who his real name was. He at first insisted I have my vehicle towed from north Jersey back to All Car or he wouldn't honor the warranty!!? After going thru further hassle on the phone he agreed to credit me $150. This represented only about a third of the additional expense I incurred to have the car fixed correctly. The place is totally sketchy and should be avoided at all costs. read more

Broke down with my family on the parkway, not only did they rip me off on the pricing ($525 for an alternator), they stole my sunglasses worth $176, and the owner offered me $75 in reimbursement after numerous phone calls. -The old, call back tomorrow!-and, yes, a police report was filed! read more

Not a trustworthy company. Spoke to them one day and was told the storage fee would be $25, when I arrived they charged $50 when the car was with them for less than 24 hours and completely contradicted their original quote. Avoid them if you can. read more

My car was towed off the highway. Jeff the mechanic ran the diagnostics on my car and the wires were corroded because of salt water. The problem was fixed. I called other towing services but all car was the only company who were able to come immediately. I would use them again read more

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! Where to start... I was in an accident on the parkway and needed a tow. I had first called the local police who in-turn called the state police to handle parkway matters. The state police came and handled everything quickly which I much appreciated. They called a "parkway licensed" tow company, "All Car" who also arrived promptly. That's right about where everything went to garbage... when they arrived. When I first spoke to the driver and asked him if I can pay to have it delivered to my home or a repair shop I'd prefer he told me I had no say where the car was being transported to and it would go to their lot first. Really, I have no say where my car goes? It wasn't impounded, it simply couldn't drive. I get home, call them asap to get the car brought to my house so I could get a jump on getting it fixed the following day and they tell me they refuse to release the car without the State Police release form. So I had to call the State Police who in turn tell me the car wasn't impounded and the tow yard has no authority to hold the car for that reason. Luckily, I got an awesome officer who called the tow yard and helped me on that front. After all that, they tell me sorry we're closed you can't come pick up the car tonight regardless. It was 6:45PM. It wasn't as if I was being unreasonable trying to get the car at midnight or later. Why does their business profess itself as being 24/7 if I can't get my vehicle at 6:45PM? Insanity! Overall, the service is terrible, the receptionist is rude and condescending. The bottom line is they wanted to hold the car hostage to charge me storage fees! AVOID AVOID AVOID! read more

These are the worst people and company to have to work with. Honestly call another towing company. My insurance company told me they wanted cash from them to release my vehicle to be repaired. Insurance companies can't pay cash and must issue checks and they don't accept checks. They show up to tow your vehicle which is already in a parking lot and the owner yells and screams at you like you are an idiot and tells you to go home. They would not give me any paperwork for my vehicle yet I had to leave the vehicle with them. They have rude and unprofessional customer service people. Having to be towed is bad enough but to have to deal with people like this just makes things so much worse. Don't use them and if you do be prepared for a nightmare. Hopefully the IRS will be doing an audit on them soon. Nothing is honest about this place. read more

I got towed away my car from parkaway. This people replaced my parts of my car and charge me for radiator and thermostat which they never changed it. Other to be customers please be aware. Do not go to them they are cheaters. read more

Had my car towed by them Saturday night went to pick it up Sunday morning and they were closed so I called their 24 hour number and was told they open 7:30 Monday morning, went to pick my car up at 7:30 Monday morning and was told that they are not open until 8:30 and that it was cash only. I paid for my tow and found out I was charged 3 days storage fee even though they were closed Sunday. When I got my keys back I found the battery dead as the tow truck driver did not turn the car off. I have a push button start vehicle. Terrible service considering the truck driver didn't know how to turn a car off. Would avoid at all costs. read more

Had a tire blowout on the parkway about exit 113, within 10 minutes they had a truck out. The diver (Dominic) was pleasant, very courteous, and helpful with good conversation. He presented me with the options of where to bring it and I had it towed here. The people at the shop were helpful. Pricing wasn't bad either. I would hope I never need this place again but if I did, I would recommend here over other places. read more

THE WORST! I had no choice but to (almost) use this company through my roadside assistance. I called & spoke to someone regarding the time it would take for him to reach me, which was an hour & 15 minutes. He told me he was coming from 6 towns away, and no one wants to answer calls from AAA/AARP because they "don't get paid what they should". I asked him to please hurry, as I was in a no parking zone & was afraid I would be towed by local police. An hour & 45 minutes later, I spoke with my roadside assistance representative to find out HE'S NOT COMING! He canceled the job because he said I was having the police tow me. If that was truly the case, why would you ask me to call you back if the police were towing me so you didn't come all the way here for nothing?!? So unprofessional. You complain about money, then don't even bother coming to tow someone who's stuck in the middle of the night. Real nice! read more

They are HORRIBLE I had the misfortune of dealing with this company Sunday night! While driving on the Garden State Parkway my tire blew out and I immediately called road side assistance via my auto insurance but they are not authorized to tow on the GSP so they did a conference call with All Car Towing and Recovery advising it should only cost me about $30-$40. So Dennis towed my car to PNC Bank Arts Center because he did not want to take any risks changing my tire on the parkway (understandable) but unfortunately my spare was flat. So he towed my car to the nearest Pep Boys in Hazlet and wrote up an invoice with my credit card information advising he would not run the card for another 4 days! Today I get a notification from my bank informing me of a credit balance/overdraft. I called All Car Towing and spoke with Annmarie and she wasn't helpful at all I gave her a full breakdown of the event and conversation I had with Dennis and I could hear him in the background apologizing. Annmarie made it seem as though there was nothing they could do as the invoice did not say "HOLD" and if the money wasn't there the card would have declined. I told her my bank paid it because it was a card but I'm still responsible for any additional fees. Annmarie continued to provide poor customer service without offering a resolution to this problem. If I knew my card would have ran today I would have at least borrowed the money to make a deposit as soon as possible but instead I was misinformed and lied to! I would never recommend nor use this tow company ever again! read more

Please, I am begging you all if you can avoid this place, do so! All Car towing is a scam, a sham, and all of the above! My sister's car stopped in the middle of the parkway. Not having AAA, we were forced to get the car towed to All Car. Dominick told us he can fix the problem, that the problem was a simple wiring issue. We came back the next day paid over $400. He supposedly fixed the problem and guaranteed the problem wouldn't happen again. TWO DAYS LATER, it broke down again. We again took it to All Car and Dominick changed his story, saying it was a some sort of part that was defect and he had to order a new part. When we called to check up on the car, he supposedly bought the wrong part and had to send it back and get the right one. When we called back again, he had a family emergency and he couldn't look at the car at the time. This man was full of excuses. When we called a 3rd time that week they said the car was ready. We went to get it and he swore up and down it was not going to break down. IT BROKE DOWN A 3rd TIME, only this time the battery completely died. We called Dominick to pick up the car in his towing truck and took it back to the shop. He then said it was a battery issue. That battery was only 8-9months old, I bought it myself. He toyed around with the car again and gave us his word it would not break down, it broke down A FOURTH TIME! We then had it towed back home because taking it to ALL CAR was a waste of time and money. We spent over $500 on a car that was never fixed. After all of that we took it to another mechanic and he said whoever worked on the car previously (ie All Car) completely messed up everything and there was nothing he could do to revive it. Oh and Dominick also cut the wires to the radio of the car for no apparent reason. This man is a cheat, a thief, and a crook. He preys on people who are vulnerable and takes advantage of those who are in desperate situations. We will be taking legal action! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! read more
