Since, without keys, the vehicle couldn't be moved out of its parking spot in a traditional way, they actually found a neighbor to move their car so the tow truck could get behind our vehicle. This is an incredibly thorough and smart level of service. Once the vehicle was dropped off at its destination, Mr. Hook Towing sent photos to show exactly where it was parked. Then, ini minutes, I was able to pay over the phone and got an emailed receipt. When that company's worthless driver refused to put my non-running vehicle in my driveway and dumped it in the street after a 1/4 mile tow, I forced AAA to send Rob's to come out and move it. However, we were later contacted and told that a police release form was required. When I called to get clarification, the representative I spoke with was dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of explaining what was needed, he accused me of being difficult and refused to provide clear guidance. I made multiple attempts to understand the requirements, but the conversation went nowhere. It was frustrating and unnecessarily stressful during an already difficult situation. I would strongly recommend improving communication and customer service. Based on my experience, I would hesitate to use this company again.
