Tom Delucas towing was absolutely amazing!!! My daughter was run off the road into a ditch and got 2 flat tires. AAA was giving her a 3 hour window which would have be an 11pm arrival time. She was on a curved back road and was not in a safe area. They came within 30 minutes and towed her to our local mechanic... I wish I can give them no stars. Very unprofessional. Have a man working for their company and not know what he is doing. Called depatcher to request services for a flat tire to put on my spare tire. Waited for over an hr. Once he arrived he took about 20mins to still not know how to take my spare out from under my vehicle. I had to look it up myself on Google and tell him how to do it. After that I kept giving him my lock so he can use to remove the lugs and he said he didnt need it another 15min went by and he kept using the wrench and ended up stripping the lug and said it was already like that and theres nothing he can do to fix it. Spoke with owner and she wasnt helpful nor understanding how am I suppose to wait in my car with my 2 children til tomorrow morning for it can get seen. I do not recommend this towing place to anyone. I should of looked it up on YouTube and I could of did it myself now I have to wait for a family member to drive an hour to see if they can fix what he broke. read more

Do not use this place they are a rip off and charge way to much. Lord forbid if your car ever gets impounded cause my car did and it was at there tow yard barely 12 hours and they charged me $284 which is highway robbery. I had a lot going on and my stupid insurance lapsed for about a month, well my husband started getting good hours etc so the day I was pulled over I was 1 mile from my house and as soon as I got home I had already planned on calling my insurance company to fix my insurance, well go figure I get pulled over a mile from my house and they impounded the car and which I understand I guess but what I do not get and what pisses me off is how this bull shit ass tow company charges me $284 so that took everything that my husband and I had started putting back and saving up expect $20 dollars. We went through somethings prior due to my husband loosing his toes from being a diabetic etc. so we goy behind and the moment we start getting it together and have the money for insurance cause like I stated I had already planned on doing it when I got home cause not only do I know that I do not need to be on the road without insurance but I had no choice cause of his work and that is basically the only place we drive to besides the smoke shop cause we roll are on ciggerates to save money but I was also in fear everytime I got on the road .Then all this happens right before I have a chance to make it home to fix my insurance. Then to top it off this stupid tow company charges us $284 for being there barely 12 hours wtf. My car has been impounded one time before about a year and a half ago and the tow company that did it had it a little over a week and they only charged me around $300 which was fair in my eyes and they did not cut my throat in charges, so needless to say I was in complete shock and sick to my stomach when this tow company told me $284 and it was barely there 12 hours , which took everything we had finally started putting back. It seems everytime I start getting ahead, I get knocked right back down. If this place charged me all that money for barely a 12 hour impound then I would hate to see what they charge for anything else. This place sucks and I rather be stranded before I ever used them, they will cut your throat in charges, your best bet is going somewhere else for services like they provide, honestly I would give them zero stars if it was a option. read more

Friendly and quick service but they ripped me off with their price. I needed my flat tire changed in the town of Bridgewater at my job's parking lot and they charged me $125. Shame on me. I didn't have the exact change so I had to give him $130. Thumbs down for me. If I wasn't in a rush, had an appointment to go to, and remembered to add road side assistance to my insurance I wouldn't have had to come out of my pocket so deep. SHHEESH! read more

Inquired about their services on a boom/tow truck to assist with a cargo situation on our auto-transport trailer. Explained the situation and our request and that we were doing such as a precaution to not further damage cargo or our trailer and we'd be paying direct, they even transferred me to the person that would be in charge, Ray, at which time he had me send pictures of the situation and scene and rates of $175.00/hr for a heavy haul truck to handle it was quoted. Approx. 2.5hrs later our driver called to advise they were done but also stated the owner of the tow company was wanting to hold our cargo vehicle they lifted and re-positioned on our trailer until paid (first warning you're getting ready to get taken advantage of). I called and spoke to Ray on-scene at that point about the bill and he stated he had a total of just under 3hrs on the call and had to call a second medium-haul truck out at $150.00/hr (I never authorized). He also said if insurance was paying for it through a claim they wanted to hold the vehicle in storage until resolved and paid by the insurance company. I reiterated to him such was not the case and we were paying for the services out of pocket as a precaution to not further damage the cargo or our trailer. Our driver could have manipulated our decks and gotten the vehicle off our trailer, it just would have likely damaged our trailer in doing so. Quoted calculations would put the bill at $975.00, including the medium-haul truck I never authorized for an additional $150.00/hr. Someone other than Ray called shortly after I finished my call with him, later in the conversation stating she was the owner's wife, requesting payment of $3,300.00! Yet another story of a tow company taking advantage. I argued the bill, even got Ray to admit what he had quoted us and the only explanation I got from anyone was yet again from the hasty female associate claiming "she was billing it as a recovery and perhaps Ray had misquoted us." She gave us "a discount" and finally settled the bill for $2,000.00. We'll make sure and drag their company name through mud over this so everyone we can possibly reach through social media, BBB and all the service network boards are aware to steer clear so they're not taken advantage of as we were. Hopefully the extra $1,025.00 they hit us for in overages was worth it to them, as I hope it will cost them much more in future business. read more
