Owner/supervisor Nancy came to out house to see, a surprise! Their moving truck was clean. Moved items from house and storage facility. They padded and plastic wrapped bigger items like sofa, dresser, desk, etc. They are efficient and know their stuff - what would've taken me and my family 3-4 hours to move they finished in 30 minutes! Four…read morevery nice movers easily took large and heavy pieces of furniture down 2 winding flights of stairs from my old place and then up one winding flight of stairs to my new place (with some items then going up one skinny stairwell to my 2nd floor bedrooms) with such ease... and without having to dissemble anything but the bed frame, which was incredible to me because my furniture was heavy and I'd assumed they'd need to take it apart! This really cut down on the time spent during the move. Everything was packed so well and nothing was damaged in transit. While his rate seemed high at first compared to some lower estimates, the "cut-rate guys" weren't willing to take the time to look at my actual place, Moses' price was at least on a Not To Exceed maximum basis, I decided to accept it since it was all-inclusive for a crew of four and no add-ons.. For example, others charge extra for things like wardrobe boxes, art packing, and the drill of getting the No Parking signs in place. The last thing I wanted to hassle with, standing in line at some City Hall office. Moses was true to his word. He sent four energetic, attentive and careful men who did not so much as crack a wine glass in the process. Each one was unfailingly professional and proud of caring for our possessions. John came to our house and gave us an estimate based on our property, which was nice since it wasn't time-based like most companies. At the end of the day, this was a much better deal too. On the moving day we had Felipe, Noe, Jorge, and Juan. They worked so hard to wrap and unwrap everything carefully, we didn't have a single broken glass! They were able to move our huge and heavy dinning table out through the balcony, without any scratches. I highly recommend this company for your moving.
