She had just had it serviced but I had a gut feeling and asked her to pull over. I took her to Mike's since it was right off the freeway. This place was amazing, and Cory was amazing. She had just had new tires installed and turns out something was wrong with the front one as a part had been installed in the wrong location and had become dislodged which was the sound we were hearing. He right away was able to take a look and found the problem and fixed it within a half hour. After finding a safe place to park and calling my insurance company USAA who contacted Agero, Clinton was dispatched. He called to check in with me, and informed me that the place USAA or Agero had selected to send my car was a tire shop that was closed for the day. He informed me that there was a small repair shop actually within the parking lot, or if I wanted to get service that was covered by my car warranty, I should ask USAA and Agero to change my towing location to the Valley Hi Kia dealership, and that they lock the gates at night (it was 6pm), so I should schedule the tow for the morning. I highly recommend Clinton. He is a kind, honest, and hard worker. He will give you an honest assessment, and strives to do what is right. Plus, he is quick and efficient at towing cars.
