Took our son's 2014 Jeep in for warranty work. The Coweta Robertson''s Tire did not grease the CV Joint causing it to break within 3 months. I called them about getting it fixed, and they were going to call me back but never did. We decided to take to this location on Elm Street. They honored the repaid, took care of it and had it ready the next day. They did not charge us as it was an issue with the work done at the Coweta shop. We will come here from now on. I used to love this place. In the years past they had taken good care of 2 of our cars, and I believe I even left them a glowing 5 star review. Things have changed drastically since then. We had brake pads replaced on one of our cars with "lifetime" brake pads. They said we could bring the car back in anytime and they would check them out to make sure they are safe,etc...I have tried to do this 4 times in the past year. 4 times I have spent my day off from work getting up to be there as soon as they open and 4 times they have told me there is no possible way to even check the brakes because they are so busy and backed up, etc...they have 3 people at the front desk just sitting there. Perhaps one of them could help the people in back work on the vehicles? They were very rude and disrespectful, and I will never be back. I do not recommend them, and I do not trust them any longer. read more

I called in prior to arrival. Quick response customer service. Mark was professional and courteous. I'm a first time customer, so I received the tire patch for free. They didn't try to get in my face about anything else that I "might need." However, I got a tire rotation for $15 since I'm here; might as well. So far so good! Interior is comfortable and clean. I liked that they have padded faux leather seats, coffee station and a big screen tv. The outcome of the tire patch and tire rotation should be legit. I'll update this review if anything gets messed up. Definitely will come back to this place. Mark made a 100% good first impression. Here is an update: Besides the rotation, they put a tire patch and a tire plug to repair the hole. They even mentioned the tire is now the front driver's side, so that I can keep a look at it. Received a RR tire low-pressure text message on my vehicle parked inside the garage. We drove to Robertson Tire and learned they would close in less than 30 minutes; BUT, they would gladly check the tire and repair it if needed. A small leak was found and mitigated and we departed at closing time. So, so grateful they would service our tire at the last minute on a Saturday. We will not forget! read more

4 minutes ago These guys will keep you safe. Lynn (Mike) was the individual I worked with. I saw some minor cracks in a couple of my tires and had them inspect them. They may have literally saved my life. It's what you can't see that's important. There were cracks in between the tread that could have caused a blowout and led to a rollover. I got a set of four tires for a great price and know that Robertson's tire reputation precedes them. Robertson isn't what it used to be. Please do yourself a favor and drive down the street to Goodyear on main. This is for anyone that wants to read a customer experience. My entire family has used Robertson for all of our vehicles and I think that is going to be changing. Customer service is about a 3 out of 10 it was never good but this checks enough boxes for me to stay away. If any of your vehicles have been modified in any way they will reject you and refer you to another Robertson that's about 16 miles away very convenient. Unfortunately, for my family we're "gear heads" so all of our vehicles have modifications because we enjoy the outdoors/camping/haul trailers and boats etc. The specific vehicle that was just getting a simple 2 wheel alignment had recently been leveled along with tubular upper control arms along with brand new alignment pins to correct the geometry of the ball joints. Therefore this vehicle would be like aligning a brand new vehicle to oem specifications, very simple job but instead I was denied service. It's not to often someone tells you they don't want your money, go to Goodyear on Main Street they want your money and are overly nice for a tire/service shop. read more

I've used Robertson Tire for many years and vehicles. I consider myself to be a very experienced car guy. The last two sets of tires I have had mounted and balanced there have been terrible experiences. They charged me an EXTRA $40 over the standard $80 to mount and balance because I brought my own tires in. (Rip-off) They don't even carry the type I need if I could buy them there. And then to get lectured by rude staff members about things they don't even understand. I'm done with these guys. read more

I moved to broken arrow about a year ago and I've gone here for all things cars I've needed. I've never had a bad experience until today. I had a check engine light come on and the code throwing could've easily been something simple. I took it in and they said my fuel injectors were bad. Odd that the code for that was not what was showing. So I took the car home and got a second opinion. Well it was actually a disconnected hose. They refunded my money for the diagnostic fee which I was grateful for but, to tell me it would be $1600 for something that wasn't the issue and it to be something that literally took 5 minutes for someone else to determine was very upsetting and dishonest. I was almost out $1600 for something that wouldn't have even fixed it. They also cleared my check engine light and said it was to make sure it wasn't a fluke but also never kept the car long enough to see if it came back on. They offered me a free oil change for my next visit but, unfortunately their lack of care for my vehicle tarnished that trust for me. I truly hope that if they come to you and tell you there's this big expensive fix, you do your research and you make sure to get another opinion because otherwise I would've had a broke car and credit card debt for no reason! read more

Do not take your car here, especially if you are a single woman. The estimate they gave me to fix my air conditioner was $350 more than I ended up paying at the Goodyear shop on Main St. They said a new condenser was needed for $260 (it wasn't; the leak just needed to be sealed); they said practically the whole engine had to be removed to access the air conditioner (it didn't); they said it would take 5 hours, at $90/hr for labor (it took 2). They should be ashamed of themselves. Beware! read more
