They only acknowledged their regulars. By the time the lady FINALLY asked us what we needed, she couldn't even answer our questions because she kept stopping to talk to her regulars. Really made us feel unwelcome and like we were interrupting her social time. Additionally, we pointed out one tank where one of the fish was being incessantly bullied and another tank with a dead fish, and all she goes is "hmm yep looks like it" and then walks back to the front and continues talking to her regulars. Absolutely no help and her lack of concern for the fish conditions makes me wary about purchasing anything from there. Ended up going to another store that had incredible service and I now have a wonderful set up. Would NOT recommend this place and certainly wouldn't ever spend a dime here out of principle.

When I get large bags of dog food, they always ask if I need someone to carry it out for me. Last time I rated this store was 5 years ago, so for me and my several time a week experiences here, they have always been and continue to be positive. They also partner with different vets and offer discounted shot and wellness exams and a discount, I get discount coupons from their mailer and they also parter with local rescues. The fish sell out fast, but they can reserve them for you. Sure, no one is there hovering over you to buy anything (which I prefer) but there is always someone willing to answer all of my questions. The staff is very friendly and if they don't know something, they quickly find out. Their prices are pretty average compared to other places. Not more, and not less. I will definitely be back! Note: They only sell saltwater fish and livestock. You won't find fresh water fish here. There were no dead fish or rude employees on their phone. Don't believe the negative reviews. If you need help or have a question, just ask. Don't expect people to kiss your arse just bc you're a protective buyer.

I attribute that to a cultural thing more than as a deliberate attempt at rudeness. It's a really good-sized store. They have a lot of cool display tanks, and a really good variety of fish, corals, crabs, snails, anenome, etc. The prices were a tad on the higher side when compared to say, Snorkels in Hurst, but they have way more variety. I'm also grateful that this place is strictly SALTWATER. No real estate is wasted here on goldfish. Just triggers, lionfish, and gobies (oh my!). If you seek the employees and ask them questions, they'll answer them, so it's not like they'd continuously ice you out. Not little kid friendly. They had a lot of open sump tanks and many colorful things to look at. Luckily there's a boba tea house next door I took her to chill her out.

I took my dog in for a routine grooming appointment. They cut his leg open, took him to an off site…read morevet, couldn't tell me where he was immediately, and didn't even finish cutting his hair. Now he's in a cone, with meds, and 5 staples in his leg and still needs a haircut. To their credit I wasn't charged anything for the grooming (or lack thereof), or the vet bill. I understand mistakes happen, but this was handled poorly. I will obviously never be back, and recommend no one else take their beloved pets to be groomed there either.
