Because my VW Tiguan took six quarts of oil I ended up paying $75.83 for this bumper to bumper service. I have no problem with the quality of the service, but I do have a problem with the deceptive nature of the coupon. No where on the coupon does it state a limit of quarts or coupon is only good for up to five quarts. This reeks of "bait and switch" and they should make the language on their coupon state it is only good for five quarts.

They removed and replaced 2 transmissions incorrectly fixed a flywheel causing my clutch to be burnt up resulting in them having to get an entire new clutch for the car. You read that right. They choose the slowest shipping option and made me wait that long.. I recored the tech in the drive saying that the slipping was normal for a new flywheel....they will lie. I did a lot of work to it myself, struts, control arms, ball joints, sway bar links, inner/outer tie rod ends. Long story short, the car was still making noise, took it to Jackson, asked him what he thought it was, he told me to check the sway bar links, that sometimes they will work themselves loose, and bingo, that was it, tightened the bolts down and now my 99 camry is as quiet as the day it rolled off the assembly line. He was willing to share that knowledge with me for free and I was going to have him put cv axles on each side more than likely, and that wouldn't even of been the issue. Due to the nature of classic cars, I usually was not all that concerned with a bit higher fee. I had the same clutch replacement done over the years with the same make and model of car and knew what the job cost 20 years ago as well as within the last three years. Overall, they did make it correct with the fees but the fact that I had to strong arm them to do it made it the last time our family would use them.
