I honestly had a really bad experience here . I ordered 2 pizzas for pickup today and an order of rigatoni. The pizza dough was not cooked all the way through and had a very chewy consistency. The crust had a burned taste. I'm left with a soapy aftertaste in my mouth as I write this . $90 for 2 Pies and pasta. I expected WAY better . We have tried various spots in the valley/studio city/north Hollywood and my 6 year old son has eaten the pies with no problem. We go to Equinox in the same complex and thought to try this place. Two individual pizzas (one was a cheese pizza) and two glasses of wine plus tip cost over a $100 at this restaurant! My partner got basil on his pizza for $3 extra and each basil was split between two slices. There were a few families there and I can't imagine that a family of four (parents plus kids) probably paid around $200 for these simple pizzas! I went another two times to the studio city location and thought it was a better experience. Not mind blowing, but pretty good. My only complaint now would be on the follow-through of the customer service. When I wrote my initial review (which I decided may be unfair and took down), their manager or owner Chris sent me a message here on yelp, admitting that the Studio City location doesn't have the full oven that Culver City has. 1/12/24 I'm writing this review as a current employee and an enjoyer of good food. I just want people to know, that the frustrations in my personal life has never hindered my ability to serve. I forget that I work on a merit system that not everybody else uses, and that when my intelligence is challenged I can get a little hot headed. The paper plates and cutlery are set for you to grab yourself by the water station. The avg price for one of their pizzas is about $23 The pizza is good, not great. Overall, it's just a poor value.
