I've been in there twice and it took 15 mins for someone even to attempt to take my order. And I mean I'm standing in line behind maybe 1 party. They have zero sense of urgency. And what I wanted to order they were out of. I'd love to review the food but honestly I wouldn't know. Horrible service. The staff needs to be retrained on front of house. I thought this place was amazing and worth the wait. Their version of a margarita was absolutely tasty and the bee sting was fire for the meat optioned pie. Loved the employees and were super helpful. One thing I didn't like is it's only can soda but they do have a great beer selection. Ordered the Bee Sting per the recommendation of our cashier. Pizza was made to order and came out fresh in about 15 min. Overall a nice amount char on crust, and the sweet and spicy combo was perfectly balanaced. Pricey for the size of it though. This was the last restaurant in the Sportsmen's Lodge outdoor mall that I haven't tried yet. The mall has some really delicious options unfortunately this one did not impress. Got the "Bee" with sopressata and there was barely any on the pizza, not one slice per slice, the cheese was non existent, the crust was nice on the ends but in the middle drooped like a wet noodle. I also got the Famous, no flavor really stood out and same result with the crust. You would think for $50.00 for 2 Pies no larger then a standard med pizza anywhere else they would have a decent spin. How to get there: you can enter off Coldwater just before Ventura, same plaza as Erewhon and Equinox. First 90 minutes are free in the little parking area. Food: I was very excited to try this place, recommended by my sis in law, and was sadly disappointed. The service was pretty fast but the pizzas were underwhelming. My friend got the bee sting which tasted soggy due to the marinara being somewhat watery. I got the speckenwolf and it honestly tasted burnt all throughout. Every bite I could taste the burnt dough so it was hard to really enjoy it. I will say, the mushrooms were really good. It had potential but again, all I could taste was burnt dough. Also the price of these pizzas are on the higher side ($24-27) so you'd think the pizza would be 10/10. Overall, we didn't have the best experience but it has potential so maybe we'll come back when it's been open longer and more established :) read more

Fantastic pizza and salad. I got to sit inside, which I think is better than out on a cold patio with all them kids. I was surprised that this Sportsman Lodge shopping center existed, much less have a great Speck pizza and cold beer. The salad was great, did I mention that? I'll go back the next time I need to swing by parachute or Rolling Greens. Service was friendly. Ordered the Bee Sting, didn't realize it had honey drizzle and totally hated the honey part (I wish I had been warned but I guess the name says it). However ingredients and dough were great and very tasty. If I try it again I will try Margarita or no honey drizzle on the Bee sting. Also the wine they serve is "natural wine" its kind of an acquired taste. Just be aware. Aside from the restaurant make sure you have some extra patience because parking is atrocious on some days here :( read more

For starters, I have no idea what the bad reviews are all about. Please allow me to shed some light on this absolute GEM of a pizza spot. All the pizzas are basically personal pies. The Bea Sting absolutely stole my heart. It has Solana and basil and is sprinkled with honey which is a total party in your mouth. They have a cheese dish with string mozzarella that is creamy delicious on a whole other level and it is served with freshly baked pizza bread. The only down side with this place is that it is slightly pricier then I wished but u definitely get what you pay for. Delicious is an understatement! I can't wait to try everything else on the menu but I am going to have to fight myself on knot ordering the same things I ordered this time! read more
