She was thorough, took the time to answer all of our questions, and made sure we understood the next steps. Her communication and professionalism really helped ease our concerns. My husband needed several biopsies done, and if you've ever had a skin biopsy, you know the numbing process can be one of the most uncomfortable parts. The medical assistant was amazing. She did everything she could to keep him calm, explain what was happening, and make the process as quick and comfortable as possible. The office itself was very clean, and the entire staff was welcoming and kind. From the moment I reached out by email, Kaylie responded quickly, answered all my questions thoroughly, provided a very reasonable quote, and scheduled me within two weeks--all through email, which was so convenient. At my appointment, the check-in process was simple and efficient. I only waited about five minutes before being called back. Dr. Lehrer was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He explained the procedure clearly, answered all my questions, and was able to perform the excision right then and there. The procedure was quick and painless. Afterward, he gave clear instructions on the healing process, and the nurse provided ointment and written care instructions. I also asked about preventative care for sunspots, and Dr. Lehrer kindly prescribed Tretinoin and even offered to adjust the dosage if needed--such thoughtful care! This review honestly pains me to post as I rarely post negative reviews. Unfortunately the staff at Bingham Dermatology has burned the relationship between my husband and Dr. Bingham. We have found kindness and willingness to serve with Summit View Dermatology. My husband had an appointment with Ryan Bingham. He had a biopsy done. After waiting for results an employee by the name of Lilly left him a voicemail on October 8th saying the biopsy result was in and he needed to contact them to schedule an appointment for treatment. Very unprofessional message left. Should have said come in for results. He was left very stressed. He called many times. They simply do not answer their phones. They do not return phone calls. Now a week later and 6 messages still no reply. The emotional stress has caused harm. If I do not get a reply and apology from Dr. Ryan Bingham in regard to his unprofessional staff I will be contacting the state medical board and ama code of conduct in regard to my husbands emotional stress which has caused him harm. My husband is upset and very disappointed that his relationship with Dr. Ryan Bingham had to end this way.

Then I met Taylor, who has been doing my photo facials. She is such a wonderful, warm person who does an incredible job targeting the dark spots, the broken veins, and the rosacea. After the first treatment, I finally felt confident enough to not have to wear makeup out of the house and by the second treatment, I swear she took 5 years off my face! These are the two women who have made a huge difference in my life, though from the front desk staff to the rest of the people that work in the office as well, in their specialty fields, I suspect that I'd be met with the same kindness, professionalism, and knowledge that they possess.
