From the moment I reached out by email, Kaylie responded quickly, answered all my questions thoroughly, provided a very reasonable quote, and scheduled me within two weeks--all through email, which was so convenient. At my appointment, the check-in process was simple and efficient. I only waited about five minutes before being called back. Dr. Lehrer was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He explained the procedure clearly, answered all my questions, and was able to perform the excision right then and there. The procedure was quick and painless. Afterward, he gave clear instructions on the healing process, and the nurse provided ointment and written care instructions. I also asked about preventative care for sunspots, and Dr. Lehrer kindly prescribed Tretinoin and even offered to adjust the dosage if needed--such thoughtful care! It's been almost two weeks, and everything is healing beautifully. I'm so glad I chose Summit View Dermatology. We have found kindness and willingness to serve with Summit View Dermatology. My husband had an appointment with Ryan Bingham. He had a biopsy done. After waiting for results an employee by the name of Lilly left him a voicemail on October 8th saying the biopsy result was in and he needed to contact them to schedule an appointment for treatment. Very unprofessional message left. Should have said come in for results. He was left very stressed. He called many times. They simply do not answer their phones. They do not return phone calls. Now a week later and 6 messages still no reply. The emotional stress has caused harm. If I do not get a reply and apology from Dr. Ryan Bingham in regard to his unprofessional staff I will be contacting the state medical board and ama code of conduct in regard to my husbands emotional stress which has caused him harm.
