I've been going to Dr Lehrer for a couple years now I think and I have only good things to say! The office is easy to find and the front office staff are friendly. I never have to wait long for my appointments and Dr Lehrer is always patient and answers any questions I have without making me feel like he's rushing me out. I've also had a medical assistant help administer shots and she was the same way, very patient and happy to answer my questions. They do well putting me at ease especially since I have anxiety and tend to worry easily. Can't recommend this place enough! read more

As a cash patient, I was looking for an affordable and reputable dermatologist to remove a mole on my face, and this office exceeded my expectations. From the moment I reached out by email, Kaylie responded quickly, answered all my questions thoroughly, provided a very reasonable quote, and scheduled me within two weeks--all through email, which was so convenient. At my appointment, the check-in process was simple and efficient. I only waited about five minutes before being called back. Dr. Lehrer was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He explained the procedure clearly, answered all my questions, and was able to perform the excision right then and there. The procedure was quick and painless. Afterward, he gave clear instructions on the healing process, and the nurse provided ointment and written care instructions. I also asked about preventative care for sunspots, and Dr. Lehrer kindly prescribed Tretinoin and even offered to adjust the dosage if needed--such thoughtful care! It's been almost two weeks, and everything is healing beautifully. I'm so glad I chose Summit View Dermatology. Their pricing is fair, they truly care about their patients, and they are very welcoming to cash patients. Best in ALL of Arizona hands down. Taking excellent care of my mom. The doctors found pre cancers and froze them before they turned into an issue and they are doing great. They removed a basal cell from her face and they are following up to make sure its OK. They were able to get her in right away after the results and got a plastic surgeon in to make the rest of the fixes. The doctors are caring, always concerned, and will listen to all your questions & check anything you ask. Everyone from the front desk to the doctors are friendly and listen. When I first visited the office I was very pleased and everyone was friendly and helpful but when I called the next day (Thursday) left a message because I did have an issue with the prescribed meds I got a call back on Monday, I thought that took a little long. I spoke with the assistant and she said the doc would like to try something else for what I have going on ,I asked if my insurance is ok or if I should get a referral and the assistant stated she will find out and call right back that was on Monday and I am still waiting for a call back! I guess business is good and they can choose which patients to help. read more

If I could put no stars, I would. First time I called terrible customer service over the phone. I didn't think much of it. Got antibiotics to my problem. I got Dr. Allen, she seemed knowlegable. I then got a rash to the atibiotics I recieved. Went in to get that corrected. after a month the rash has not left, keeps coming back. Spoke to olivia, everytime they answer the phone they never address who they are. Their phone etiquette is terrible. Whitney gave me sass over the phone. Its really not cool they their customer service is over the phone and the fact I have to keep coming in and paying for a service I'm not getting. they themselves told me to find someone else. This shows you they cant help and dont seem to want to. I don't recommend at all. Dr. Allen is nice but the rest of the staff are pretty rude and not patient friendly. You will have to keep coming in until they get whats wrong with you. I still have the rash and they dont seem to care at all. read more

Its been awhile since I have gotten my skin checked, and after getting a projected appointment date of February 2023 at my previous dermatologist, I decided to find a new dermatologist.
