had come out of a traumatic experience with another doctor and reached out to Dr Malone based on his good reviews. He seemed patient and nice initially, but things changed after I began getting sensitivity from some teeth reshaping he did. We initially decided on doing bonding, but he changed his mind soon after I began to have more issues with my teeth. They have treated my family so well, I've never been to a dental office that compares. Every one of the staff is caring, personable, and loves what they do for a living and it shows. I brought my 6 y.o. daughter here yesterday. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, while Dr. Malone himself very knowledgeable and down-to-earth. We were rendered a quick and professional service in just less than an hour after finding them on Yelp. The x-rays showed that her rear baby teeth needed to be extracted immediately, so they got us an appointment in a clinic 2 blocks away from them for the same day's afternoon. Ok so I'm going to say it , No one wants to go to the dentist. But when you need a excellent Dentist Malone is the one I would recommend. I had a bad experience before so it stressed me out to go but here the staff, front and back office are awesome. I have to go a lot due to getting adult braces and I couldn't be happier. Went in his office only to find, that he would not do the whitening unless u got work done from him first. I walked out. All of my coworkers love this guy, but I will not be going back. The first thing he asked me was what I'd change about my teeth. I guess it figures, since he's a cosmetic dentist. I just want pain-free dental care. Is that too much to ask? Apparently, because when fixing a chip in my tooth he had to sand down the surface a bit and didn't numb the area properly. When I told him he was hitting my nerve he told me "It's almost over." That WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE. I have never experienced that kind of pain before. He lost my business immediately. I was referred to Mr. Malone by a family member. To be honest with you I hadn't seen a dentist in some time and my last experience was not a good one. I was a little nervous to go but when I got there was welcomed by a great staff. I came into Dr Malone and his team to see what they could do with my crooked teeth in a short amount of time and they have completely reconstructed my teeth into the most beautiful smile! They recommended that I get a special type of braces called the 6 month smile and they were great. The brace brackets were about the same color as my teeth so no one really noticed them and they were very helpful whenever something didn't feel right. Their team had a lot of precision in every little movement in my teeth and would explain to me what they were changing each time. Not to mention how welcoming their front desk is! I have never had a cavity however I have had to deal with a front tooth chip for most of my life. He fixed the problem with bonding until I decided to have veneers done. Best decision ever. When he restores a tooth, he doesn't just fill in the hole, he actually restores the surface to an original state. All the work I have had done over the years (and there has been alot) has been pain free. I would not hesitate to refer him to anyone, my adult children go there too. My wife and I have been going to Dr. Malone for over 25 years and have nothing but good things to say about him and his staff. Teresa, Gina, Tracy, Cathy and Lisa are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. (there is another hygienist but I don't know her name) Dr. Malone is friendly, low key and very professional. I have a mouthful of caps (90% of them done by Dr. Malone). One weekend one cap came off. Called the good doctor. Without hesitation he told me to meet him at the office in 30 minutes. He put the cap back on and I enjoyed the rest of my weekend. He also has a new process to determine if a patient has sleep apnea. Tracy started the process as she had found more plaque during my regular cleaning. (this indicates dry mouth) I followed up and found that I have severe sleep apnea. I now have a CPAP machine and sleep like a baby and wake up felling refreshed, no headaches and no stuffy nose. Thanks Dr. Malone! One more thing. A lot of people hate shots. I have been seeing Dr. Malone for 33 years and I wouldn't go to any other dentist. I have extreme anxiety about dental work due to being exposed to a rough dentist as a teenager. He has "laughing gas" as an option while your dental work is being done and needless to say I use it every time I have any work done. You can still feel what is going on you just don't care and it numbs any pain you might be otherwise feeling even with the normal shots. All the office staff are very friendly and accommodating. His dental assistance are the greatest. They all make you feel like you are family. He also has cold drinks, flavored coffee and bottled water, you are welcome to have for your trip home. If you are in the hunt for a excellent Dentist look no further. I don't have any dental insurance and he gives a discount to anyone who pays cash. read more
