His staff was very professional and polite. After my consult I was given an insurance coverage form explaining what was covered and what my out-of-pocket co pay would be. The day of my procedure Dr. Wassel reiterated the treatment plan once again and continued with my treatment. I was blown away with his professionalism and effectiveness. I was expecting a much painful experience from the beginning, once he got the anesthesia going the procedure took about maybe 40 minutes total to complete. He was very good about asking if I felt any pain or discomfort throughout the process. Overall, my experience was a 10/10. I would personally recommend Dr. Wassel to my friends and family for any dental procedures. He is a amazing.

I finished my braces not too long ago, yay!…read more Prior to getting braces, I did tons of research and I decided to go with Nelson. I had a harder case than usual bc I had an underbite, and they really worked with me on my wants and they made it happen, which can be a bit tougher since I'm an adult patient (who didn't want to get surgery). It's a very positive environment. Everyone is super nice. Pearl was so kind to me and we've built a bond since I started coming to Nelson's. Sweetest person ever! I love the big, open modern design of the place. (Sad I never used the massage chair lol) Although I don't get to see anyone anymore since my treatment is done, I still get to see them on Facebook reels! lol
