I came here today and had an appointment with Dr. Nelson. He was very professional, educational, kind, and took the time to answer all my questions. I was extremely nervous to come to this appointment because of oral trauma I've experienced in the past, but this appointment went much better than expected. Thank you for making this experience better for me. I recommend this place. Accessibility: the parking lot is all flat ground with tons of parking, a single pull door to enter the building, then everything else is also flat ground from there! Very accessible. read more

Dr. Nelson is amazing! He and his entire staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. The office is very clean and comfortable, which immediately made me feel at ease. My wisdom tooth extraction went perfectly--I had no pain, and the whole experience was much easier than I expected. Dr. Nelson made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure and clearly takes great care of his patients. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Dr. Nelson and his team! read more

Dr. Tyler Nelson and his staff were great...Typically, going to a dentist appointment is not my favorite thing...but they all took the time to explain the procedure...and calm my nerves...only wish they accepted my insurance. read more

My adult son had 19 teeth removed. Everyone was very kind. The only thing I wasn't happy about was they wouldn't prescribe any pain medicine after having 19 teeth pulled out. I even called back to let them know he was in quite a lot of pain and still wouldn't give him anything. That I didn't like and didn't think was right to let him be in so much pain. Other than that everything was good. read more

We read so many great feedback with Dr Tyler, and sure enough he's AWESOME! I had the best experience with Dr. Foote and staff this morning! What was supposed to be an initial consultation for a minor surgical procedure, turned into a completed procedure! All staff, including the receptionist, assistants, treatment manager and Dr. Foote were all very professional, attentive, thorough and skilled. Dr. Foote has an excellent chair-side manner, explains the procedure patiently and thoroughly and instills the confidence that I needed to proceed immediately. Even the 'bee-sting anesthesia needle' was the mildest I've ever experienced. I highly recommend Dr. Foote and staff! read more

This is one of the most wonderful dental offices we've ever been to! Everything is super clean, the staff are very sweet and knowledgeable, and the doctor that assisted us was freakin' amazing. Our experience was definitely worth the full 5 stars, and more if I could give it. They offer IV sedation and have a panoramic xray machine. My son (adult) was treated like a rockstar and they gave us a full pint of ice cream for when we got home. We were given 2 numbers to contact someone after hours if we had any trouble. If all dentist offices were like this, they wouldn't be nearly as scary!! Thank you Dr Nelson, Milli and Cailyn for taking such good care of us. I want to come here for regular dental visits! When my teen needed his wisdom teeth removed, a colleague recommended Entrust. Since the office is not that close to us, I booked my son's consultation to be immediately followed by surgery with Dr. Tyler Nelson whom I specifically chose after reviewing his bio and credentials. We arrived to discover, however, that a scheduling error had placed my son with a different surgeon instead. While the other surgeon seemed fine, I had my mind set on Dr. Nelson and asked the front desk to check with him about our options. To my pleasant surprise, Dr. Nelson agreed to shift his schedule around to accommodate us rather than make us return on a different day! He took ownership of the booking mistake and apologized for the extra wait time in trying to address the situation, discounting my out-of-pocket bill by 10% as a customer service gesture. My son's surgery went very smoothly and I appreciated Dr. Nelson's post-op aftercare approach of a complimentary pint of ice cream and no narcotics for pain relief unless absolutely necessary, as well as his call that evening to see how the patient was doing. TL;DR: Dr. Nelson is a class act and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs oral surgery! read more

Entrust Oral Surgery is amazing. My adult son had to have all 4 wisdom teeth taken out. First the front office is very professional and actually pick up the phone with a real voice, which these days is very rare. The waiting area is a very clean and pleasant atmosphere. Dr. Foot made my son feel so comfortable that he opted for the local instead of being put out. From the consultation and all the steps in between until everything that was accomplished, was more than 5 stars. I can see why Entrust gets such high ratings. If you need dental work done, consider Entrust as your first choice. Dr. Foot even took time out of his busy afternoon to call a few hours after my son's procedure to see how he was doing. Thank you Entrust. read more

Dr. Foote and staff were amazing. Everyone was very kind and professional. Clean, welcoming office and treatment area/room. Dr. Foote was wonderful during the extraction of 2 of my teeth. Talked and explained each part of procedure and asked if I was ok. And called later in day, but I was asleep Definitely would use them again and refer them to family and friends. Dr. Nelson and the entire team were great. I had several oral surgical procedures completed in mid March. The doctor explained everything in detail before he started them. That is very much appreciated as a patient. I've had no complications whatsoever after this visit. The office is very nice with high tech equipment and the staff is polite and professional. Later this year I will return for the final procedure to complete my implant. I highly recommend this office for any surgical needs. read more

I wanted to leave a review because I spent quite some time searching for an oral surgeon who accepts my daughter's insurance and when I came across many of Dr Nelson's 5 star reviews, naturally we went with him. We were willing to drive the distance just to be in good hands. Dr Nelson and his assistant were very friendly and caring before and after the removal of my daughter's wisdom teeth. He got it done in no time and my daughter had very minimal pain and no swelling. She followed the protocol for healing time, took the prescribed pain meds which was really just ibuprofen and acetaminophen and 6 days in, no problems, and most importantly no nerve issues or numbness that they have to warn about. The office staff is very professional and friendly as well, and followed up when needed. I have to say this was the best experience you can possibly have when it comes to getting wisdom teeth removed. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you for making this such a great experience! read more

Can not say enough wonderful things about Dr Nelson and his team. They are absolutely wonderful in every way. My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed this morning, and it went beautifully! They brought us back right on time, explained every step along the way, and they finished at the exact time they had approximated! Dr. Nelson is always fabulous, but so is his team! It's been about 11 hours since surgery finished, and my daughter is recovering perfectly! Thank you so much Entrust Team! read more

Dr Nelson + team are truly wonderful. They're all very personable, kind and communicative. Any questions or concerns I had were always answered. Throughout the consultation and during the procedure, they made sure I was comfortable. Although, I'm naturally an anxious person, I felt very safe and confident putting my wisdom teeth in their hands (Well, Dr. Nelson's. Lol) I'd highly recommend checking them out for any extraction needs. * Bonus: they treat you to a pint of ice cream of your choice at the end of appointment. * Please, don't think twice about booking/scheduling with them. From the moment you walk in you feel acknowledged, and everything goes according to schedule. Everyone is so friendly and Dr. Odette, who did my two removals was so efficient and worked so well, he let me know everything that was happening, and I was in and out with two extractions within 40 minutes. he even followed up with me the next day to see how I was doing. He had an incredible assistant and I cannot remember her name, but I think it might've been Andrea. I highly recommend Entrust. read more

I highly recommend Entrust Oral Surgery! Walking in, the atmosphere is so comfortable! You're met by the kindest medical assistants and they have great communication skills! I love the respect for adolescents. There's always a movie on in the waiting room to keep you entertained. Once they take you to the back, everything is clean, organized, and open. You feel like you have the privacy you as a patient deserve. Dr. Nelson is excellent! He is funny and charismatic which brings another layer of comfortability. My operation was quick! Healing time not so much. It was assuring being able to talk to the front office when I had questions about post-operation healing. Once again, highly recommended! (And not difficult to work with!) read more

APleasure to do business with. They took awesome care of my son for an all four wisdom teeth extraction. Staff are great!

I took my brother here for his wisdom teeth to be removed. It was our first time here and we were greeted nicely! Our first visit and I loved the environment and energy the office has. I'm in the dental field so I'm very skeptical about bringing my little brother anywhere that isn't somewhere I already haven't worked or did my research. I just wanted to say it's so hard to find a good dentical office that is clean and have exceptional customer service. Alot offices who deal with dentical really don't take their time to explain anything or even get to know their patients. But with Dr. Nelson I felt like he cared and he made sure he explained everything and I didn't feel rush to get out Thank you for all you do and accepting an insurance as we all know doesn't pay very well. We will be back! read more

Exceptionally outstanding care I just experienced with Dr. Nelson and his staff. Everybody at the clinic is very efficient, and friendly and pleasant to interact with. Dr. Nelson's demeanor, his smile, his jokes, and his confidence put me at ease when I was terrified anticipating the procedure of a difficult case of a wisdom tooth extraction under general anesthesia. The procedure went very well. I am extremely satisfied with the experience! Highly recommend! Dr. Nelson is a high quality professionalism at its best! read more

Awesome experience, I typically really don't like to go to the dentist since I have had bad experiences before, but Dr Nelson' and his team were super nice, calming, gentle and professional. I had to get an older tooth out that had a broken root, and it was done within half hour with no pain, even the injections did not hurt (unlike injections that I had at previous places) Dr Nelson also followed up later that day to see how I was doing. All in all, considering what had to be done, a really pleasant treatment, highly recommend! read more

Dr. Nelson & his incredible team deserve a billion stars! Back in December, I made the amazing decision to straighten out my smile. I had been dreading it for so many years because I knew I had to have teeth removed (wisdom teeth + a baby tooth that never fell out ) & I was terrified! I first went to Nelson Orthodontics (Dr Nelson's brother's company) WHICH IS RIGHT NEXT DOOR & I highly recommend as well btw.. but they gave me the referral to Nelson Oral Surgery and never made me feel pressured to commit to anything. I spoke to Berenice over the phone & she made the booking process super easy. My first consultation was easy & Dr. Nelson explained my processed thoroughly! His amazing assistant, which I forgot her name but she's a sweet blonde girl, also made me feel incredibly comfortable. They made me feel a thousand times better about the process I was so nervous for! I set myself up with their financing & qualified for their interest free option. They also helped me in checking with my insurance & what they could cover! Today, I walked in to Nelson Oral Surgery AND GOT MY TEETH REMOVED!! I can say that I'm so blessed to have found such an incredible team to take care of me! The office is STUNNING, super clean, the team is incredible + super knowledgeable, plus, Dr Nelson is super educated & welcoming. The process was incredibly fast & I actually didn't feel a thing. I feel great right now with hardly any pain. I will recommend Dr Nelson & his team a million times over! His lovely assistant called a few minutes ago to check in & it was the sweetest touch. *Bonus points to his incredible staff because they also speak Spanish! Thank you Dr Nelson & your fantastic team read more

I had to go see Dr. Nelson to have two wisdom teeth removed and two other teeth extracted. I never went through any type of surgery before and was so nervous making this appointment. I will start out with the appointment making. I had so many questions and concerns and Bernice was so kind and patient with me. She made the process so much easier and alleviated a lot of my anxiety. During the consultation Dr. Nelson was so kind and transparent with all of his advice and all options for the surgery. I went in not really knowing what to expect and his high level explanation was perfectly done. You can tell in his demeanor and how well spoken he is that he truly cares. When they came in for sedation I honestly don't even know when I knocked out but when I woke up everyone was there and so kind to ask how I was feeling. You truly get the feeling of the genuine care they have for you. The appointment was made later in the day and I never felt rushed out by anyone. Dr. Nelson checked in with me after the procedure as well to see how I was feeling and if I had any questions. Overall this was a 10/10 experience for me and I would happily suggest and recommend that anyone who is in need of these services to call and make the appointment! Thank you to the whole staff there for being you! read more

Guess who needed their wisdom teeth removed!!! This girl lol! So I did some searching, and was able to find Dr. Nelson's office by word of mouth. Also, the amazing reviews here on Yelp are 100% true. Long story short: If you need your wisdom teeth removed, this is the place. Don't look any further lol. To elaborate- Process: So. Easy. And quick! There wasn't any need for back and forth consultations and appointments. I booked an appointment over the phone and my first appointment was my consultation and surgery all in one day. Ah-may-zing. Lol. Everything was straight forward. That's coming from a first gen 23 yr old who's just starting to navigate on their own. They were able to help with really everything I needed to know. Never be afraid to ask! The team: Kind and knowledgeable. I've spoken to Ashley over the phone a couple times (if you're reading this, thanks for always answering my questions!! Hahaha) and was always so nice. She also checked me into my appointment. Also, I wasn't able to catch her name, but the nice person assisting me while in the room made me feel comfortable! And finally, Dr. Nelson just seems like he truly cares about his patients. He made an effort to make conversation before getting to the surgery. He didn't just walk in and take my teeth out lol. He's truly a cool guy!! Dr. Nelson even personally calls to check in with you later! I personally just love how everyone treats you like a friend here rather than a patient they need to rush to. If that makes sense. Environment: Really clean place and seems super high tech. Parking is abundant. Cute waiting room/lobby for your designated drivers to be waiting in!! I highly recommend this office for your wisdom teeth removal. Of course that's the only procedure I had done here, but I would trust this team with any of the other services they provide. Plus...free ice cream at the end! Yayyyy! read more

Dr. Nelson and his whole team were so sweet and kind with me through the whole process. I went into my initial evaluation super nervous about how bad the news was going to be, and even though we decided I was losing two teeth, I left feeling comfortable and confident. I've had an immense fear of dental work for a very long time, so coming back in for the surgery was a feat for me. But from the front desk all the way to being wheeled back out to my mom's car, they were all so patient with my anxiety and made me feel very safe. Thank you guys for helping me tackle my fears and taking such good care of me! read more

I had the best experience today with the entire staff at Nelson Oral Surgery. I needed two impacted wisdom teeth pulled and I was honestly dreading this appointment since I'm too afraid(and controlling) to use anything other than Novocain. The procedure itself took maybe 15 minutes because my lower tooth had a root pressed against my nerve and Dr. Nelson was beyond careful and patient. My upper tooth was out in less than 3 minutes and I had no idea he was done. The woman(I forgot her name:( but she was amazing!) assisting him even held my hand and was so sweet the entire time. I was very grateful since I was shaking like a leaf at first. They chatted the whole time and made me very comfortable even though I couldn't join in hahah. Morgan gave me a pint of Ben & Jerry's ice cream afterwards and I honestly thought that was the most thoughtful and adorable adult prize ever:) Dr. Nelson personally called to check on me tonight which I've never experienced regardless of the medical situation. I'm not surprised they have 5 stars but I'm shocked they don't have more reviews because this place is amazing! I'm bringing my daughters in soon. Thank you Nelson Oral Surgery...you guys are the best! I wish I could come here for all of my dental needs! read more
