I chose this clinic using my Veteran community care option. Everything went well until I actually showed up to the clinic. First, they say they're getting the room ready. Next, they say the system is down and has been down since lunch. This means that they have to wait for the patient, who was late to their appointment, must complete their visit before they can attend to me. 30min a later, I decided to call it a day. This clinic prioritized getting more patients in than patient satisfaction. They knew I was a new patient and they would need to use the only computer working to assist me. Instead of charging the other patient a missed appointment fee and rescheduling them they decided to take them and make me waste my time. Very unprofessional. Immediately called the VA community care and explained all of this. Literally just happened moments ago. read more

I need to share my poor experience with the staff at Dr Lee's office. My fiancée and I were happy patients but that was the past and this is now, former patients. I called Dr Lee's office approximately 4pm on Thursday February 4th and talked to Kay for over 5 minutes. I told her at the time that my insurance has changed and gave her details and would email a copy of my card to her after my call. She said "no problem" and we booked our appointments for us back-to-back for Wednesday afternoon February 10th. We have always been booked back-to-back. Between those two dates I received not one but two separate text reminders confirming my appointment and nothing confirming my fiancée's appointment, text or email. Then this afternoon, I received three calls, two voicemails, a text and an email stating that they do not accept my insurance with zero apologies. Overkill? Absolutely! Someone has too much free time. They even had the nerve to try and confirm my fiancée after canceling mine. We have never booked appointments individually. Why did it take so long to let me know? 5 days! Yes there is a weekend in between and they are closed on Fridays but this is not acceptable. If this is how they treat current patients, I would hate to see how they deal with new patients. This would not have happened with Kristie in the office. read more

Phenomenal experience at this dentist. Even scheduling my first appointment, the receptionist was friendly and incredibly helpful. When it came time to visit I was treated with the same excellent customer service that I had received on the phone from every person in the office. Once again, very well taken care of by Dr. Lee. Went in for a deep-cleaning which I felt he was thorough & gentle. While he has my hood up he found an old fractured Mercury based filling. He drilled it out, cleaned it all up & installed an enamel filling that looks like a real tooth without the ugly mercury. He's great & I'd absolutely recommend him to anyone. read more

Can't recommend. Did not have a good experience here. I lost a piece of a filling while flossing. I was told I needed a crown for the tooth. I had a deep cleaning done, full mouth x-rays and a filling on a different tooth. During the filling procedure an instrument was pinching my tongue and was quite painful. It caused an abrasion and hurt for a week afterwards. I have since been able to have a filling done on the tooth I originally went in to have repaired. read more

For far too long I subjected myself to uncomfortable & even painful dental experiences. To many people, myself included, avoid dental exams for those very reasons. The first day I walked in the office I did not know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised The Front desk reception was great very welcoming and helpful and kept a nice smile. Well Today was my first appointment for my procedure which was a Root Canal with Doctor Charles Lee, I was very nervous and had been thinking about it all day just knowing for what's about to happen and all the pain I was going to be going through. I have had Root Canals done in the past and they were the WORST (the pain was horrible). Dr Charles and his Beautiful Assistant went to work right away. They both talked to me about my family probably to relax me and try to take my mind of what was about to happen. A few minutes in I was waiting for the horrible pain to start but never did. I had my procedure done with no pain what so ever. I couldn't believe it when they told me they were done. This was the BEST Root Canal I have ever had. Dr. Charles is my New Dentist!! I definitely recommend Dr. Charles Lee to Everyone. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. If I could give him and his Wonderful staff a 10 Stars I would. I went to Dr. Lee needing a root canal. The estimate was $2269.00 which was more than I had ever paid before. After installing the crown he cleaned my teeth. The final charge ended up over $3000.00. I got a Dental Discount Plan which covered about $400.00. I still ended up paying over $2700.00. I had signed an agreement for the $2269.00 but there was no mention of the charge for the cleaning. I had agreed on the $2269, but an extra $1000.00 for a cleaning? I feel Dr. Lee's charges are outrageous and not clarified before the work is done. BE CAREFUL! read more

I was recommended to Dr Lee and have not regretted my decision to go to him for my dental care. The staff is helpful and friendly. They work with you instead of against you to manage your treatment plan. All treatments are explained in great detail. Cost is explained to you as far as what is covered and what your out of pocket cost will be. They don't try to sales pitch you with treatment you don't feel you need. I am able to postpone treatments without being made to feel as though it's the worst decision of my life regarding my teeth. They even recommend waiting till the new year when insurance coverage renews, allowing for insurance coverage to take over and less for me to pay. I needed a root canal while being pregnant. My regular dentist gave me a list of referrals and Dr. Lee had a lot of good reviews so I gave them a call. The very first thing I asked the receptionist was if the dentist would do a root canal on a pregnant woman. A lot of places won't do it. She let me know I would need authorization from my doctor, which I already had. So I scheduled an appt a week out. The day before my appointment, receptionist calls again to make sure I have my authorization from my doctor. Again, let her know I had it. The next morning I get to my appointment 30 minutes early as advised, fill out paperwork, give the receptionist my dental records and authorization. I get called into the exam room and the dentist comes in, very cold bedside manner right away. Asks me what tooth hurts, because he hasn't bothered looking at the records yet. He then shoots cold air on it which makes me jump from pain. And then proceeds to tell me he doesn't do root canals on pregnant women, but he would do the work after I had my baby. I would've gladly understood that if I would've been told that on the phone the very first day I called. I wouldn't have wasted my time or had my husband take the day off of work to watch our two year old. So while I'm stuck here with a painful tooth, wasted fuel driving there and back, two hours out of my day, and my husband wasting a vacation day, Dr. Lee is collecting an office visit from my insurance for doing nothing at all but shooting cold air on my tooth. What a joke! The receptionist and dentist assistant were both very nice and welcoming- which is why I was appalled by the way the dentist treated me. read more

I am very fortunate to have found Dr Lee and his kind staff!! I had not been to a dentist in.......a while because I have had some awful experiences that made me not want to go back to a dentist. My experience started last Oct when I went in for a cleaning and was told that I needed two old fillings replaced. Made an app't and was told both could be done in an hour so I took an 8:00 time. I deliver meals so had to be out be 9:30 but was told that I'd be out by 9 and have both done. I went and he started. Didn't get out til 9:30 and still didn't have any fillings.Then told me I had to have a root canal and crown but I'd have to make another app't. Did that and went back again for the RC. When that was done and I started to get up I looked down and he had slopped bleach from the RC on my shorts and I had a dime size and several spatters of bleach on my navy blue shorts - completely ruined them.He put in a temp filling because my insurance had run out and told to come back the first of the year.After 5 that evening he called and said he had forgotten to give me a perscription for an antibiotic. Said he would call it in and I told him where to call. He then asked me to look up the phone number for him which I did. Then had to make another trip to town to get it.He also said to go buy new shorts and give him the bill. No shorts left on sale racks and spent about 4 hours on the internet trying to find something to no avail so I called and told them to put a credit on my account. Went back the first of the year for the crown but found out that he had to do more before I could get it. so got a temp. When I finally got my perm crown The gal took off my temp but she pushed, pulled tugged and finally it came off - in pieces. He came in and looked and asked if she had taken it off. Yes, where is it - right here in pieces - he said let me look at it, She had also knocked off another piece of my tooth. He then told her not to take off any more temp crowns unless he was there. Then I got a bill for all the work before I even got my crown.I asked where the credit was and they didn't know - had forgotten all about it. Paid my bill but I am really unhappy with him and most of the office. To anyone looking for a dentist, look at what I went through and I still don't have my second filling. read more
