I have had a very successful and positive experience with Jason and Juan at Office Team. Placement into an assignment was fairly quick, and one of them would call each week to see how it was going and to address any questions or concerns I might have. As a temp, I appreciate that the most, as it shows they really do care about your satisfaction with an assignment from start to finish. read more

If I could give no stars I would. I spoke to Brittnie the very first time I contacted Office team and then set up an interview with Jody. They sent me the assessment tests which I completed right away. Jody said there was a position I would be a good fit for. After many emails and attempts to contact either of them over the phone to follow up, their receptionist always said they were unavailable. I contacted their corporate office to complain and received an email back stating that someone would contact me. No one ever contacted me. The last Time I heard from Brittnie she said she wanted to clear up any miscommunication and was very clear that I no longer should follow up and they would contact me if anything came up. They continuously said they have been filling positions that I did not qualify for. Horrible experience. Don't wait on them to help you find employment. I myself am a recruiter and go above and beyond to stay in touch with my employees and help them as much as possible. Very unprofessional place! read more

I've worked with OfficeTeam in the past with good results. Not the case with the downtown branch. They will not return my phone calls or e-mails. Don't waste your time with these people. read more

Office Team a Robert Half Company (staff) attended and assisted us in our first Job Readiness Workshop. I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff representing this agency. Their knowledge in the administrative field and current employment opportunities was very valuable to our graduates. They were thorough in conducting interviews and provided essential feedback to our students/ graduates. 5 stars is the highest on Yelp scale but I really want to give them 10. read more

I have to be honest, I was really skeptical to contact what I thought was another temporary agency to apply for services that would only offer promises or little results on job placements... was I wrong! I applied at the beginning of March and within two weeks after interviewing with Juan at the downtown location, I got a call from him offering me a short term assignment. I felt comfortable accepting the short term assignments since it was in line with the type of jobs I had taken interest and accomplished, plus always near my home area, however along came the long term job offers with well known companies... where I am given the opportunity to learn from, experiment, and be open to more career choices before making a long term commitment in a permanent setting. It's been a great starting point to begin my career by working as a receptionist, dispatcher, to where I am now, as an administrative assistant through Office Team. Office Team reps Juan and Jason, have been on top of each and every job assignment, making sure I feel comfortable in every work settings... or is it to accommodate their client?... all in all, they have always been available when I've had a question & I've given them a call at the office for assistance. Pay for each assignment has been decent for the entry level positions and within the desired range I've told the recruiter I was willing to work for; I cannot complain. I haven't had any issues with payments timing, they are always on time; in fact, I am surprised to not be waiting for a week after the work week timesheet is completed to have a payment, checks are processed almost immediately and readily available within a few days. That is definitely something different from the other staffing agencies that I've worked for in the past. Btw, they do contact the references you provide and ask them lots & lots of questions (so I've been told) about your work ethics so be sure to include someone that can set time aside that can help you & help them understand what your job interest are and help demonstrate your ability to represent the company. Best of luck to all the job candidates seeking a position through Office Team! read more

Office Team is awesome! It was a really easy set up and it only took me 15-20 minutes to take their tests since I was unable to take them at home! Juan and Jason have been very easy to get in touch with and found me a position that is a perfect fit for me very quickly! I couldn't have asked for more! read more

I have had several assignments with OfficeTeam. The recruiting staff is very friendly, professional & helpful. Currently, my recruiter is Victoria Firestone, who is awesome. She is always prompt in getting back to me. I have referred some of my friends to this staffing agency, with great feedback. All my assignments have been with reputable companies, located in nice places & interesting work. I'm looking forward to working with them again. read more

I was placed on a role with Officeteam twice on two separate occasions. I like working with them because of their easy process to get going, most all of it can be done online, and their quick ability to place me in a job that is right for me. read more

I had a great experience with Jason and Brian who connected me with my new employer. I had been out of work from a previous agency and contacted two more. The north county office of Accountemps had tried to place me and although it fell through, Jason gave me the opportunity that fit my needs, he really came through for me. I felt anxious when I was out of work but I kept in contact with all the agencies to be sure they kept looking for any possible opportunities. The "squeeky wheel really does get the grease" in my case. Thank you again Accountemps staff. read more

I am extremely happy with my first assignment supporting two business partners in downtown San Diego. Since I only wanted to work part-time, Office Team was able to find a good fit with great hours. The work is interesting and the environment is very comfortable. Best of all, I really hit it off with the business partners. Thank you Sabrina, Stephen, and Victoria for making this possible. read more

I've been working with Robert Half for over a month now, and so far everything has been excellent. From the start they've been very professional. I've received routine calls from my recruiter Turner Raleigh just to check up on how everything is going in my assignment so far, which have included pep talks when needed and feedback from the employer. Turner has been very attentive and I do believe he has a genuine interest in helping me get great assignments and if possible a permanent job where I would be happy to build a career. I would recommend Robert Half to anyone looking to work in the Accounting/Finance field here in San Diego. read more

I just want to say thanks to Victoria Firestone for all her effort and time to always keep in touch with me by email and phone. She always listens to me and my needs. I appreciate also the receptionist and staff for making me feel part of their team and making me feel welcome. When I call they are friendly and helpul all the time. I have almost a year with Office Team/ Robert Half and I'm very satisfied with their services :) I recommend this employment agency. read more

I moved down from the Bay Area to San Diego and decided to contact Office Team because I was having a difficult time finding a job, most of which were scams. I went in to interview with Juan and completed assessment tests at home. Within a month, they found me a job. I had asked for permanent positions only but they contacted me about a temp job close to home. I had to take it because I was desperately needing a job. I love the fact that they contact me weekly to check up on me to see if everything is running smoothly and if I have any concerns. read more

I just relocated to the San Diego area about five months ago and was not employed when I arrived. It made for a scary few weeks desperately trying to find any type of employment that I could. I found Robert Half shortly after making the move and they were very quick to get me out to work and I never had a bad experience with any of their clients. They were always available if I had any questions and were always very pleasant and approachable. They were on top of my time entries and made sure that I was paid promptly every week. I ended up getting a permanent job offer through them and could not thank them enough! read more

I really enjoy working with Office Team, they really do put in the effort to match what your looking for. When I applied for the Office Team within a month or less they found me a job, they contacted me right away. I have had bad experiences with other agencies, where they will contact me two months after having a sit down meeting. Once you apply with them, they contact you right away have a sit down meeting to learn more about you and what your looking for. The process was really easy and if you had any trouble they were really helpful and easy to contact them. The Robert Half Office Team is very professional, I highly recommend it. Thank to them I found a job where I enjoy coming to. read more

Dear Managers and employees of Robert Half, I am beyond satisfied of the service I have received from this staffing agency. Employees are extremely friendly as well as the managers. From the very beginning; applying, interviews etc. it was never been so easy for me to get situated and establish an account with a staffing agency. R.H is very smooth, fast, and you get amazing results on what you're looking for when it comes to a job search. I particularly want to give a shine of light on some employees that helped and listen when I needed to express my thoughts on almost anything. ( please forgive me if I misspell your names) First, Victoria Guzek, you were probably the most helpful individual that I encountered at any staffing agency. Always smiling through the phone, which is always a positive impact on your assets. You helped me on everything that I asked for, made me feel confident that I wouldn't have to stress on any obstacles I stumbled across with. You ARE awesome !!!! Sabrina Deeb, another amazing employee who not only kept me in loops with job opportunities, but made me feel as if I didn't have to worry about not finding a job. I lost communication with Ms. Martin, she was the first contact that I had with R.H. However, she was a pleasure working with too! I believe his name is Keir? Under my knowledge, he is actually a manager there. Keir was absolutely understanding, even though I only had a chance to speak to him a couple times, it shows me that in RH they are a team. A well rounded, professional, and focused TEAM! I would definitely come back if I were to need assistance. And I would definitely recommend this to any of my friends and family. Thank you for all that you all have done for me, it was truly appreciated. Elia E read more

I came to this company for the first time because I had previously heard amazing reviews in Santa Barbara. However, my experience was not even close to amazing. I went in there with the best intentions, but was so dissapointed with my interview, with Turner. It felt more of an interegation than a welcoming interview. Every other word that came out of his mouth was "gotcha", which I think is so unprofessional. The assesment exam had a glich and was never resolved. Overall, I would not recommend this office. Try another location for better results. read more

I signed up with this agency who then placed me with an employer that was not within my criteria. They kept telling me what a "good fit" it would be for me but when it wasn't, YOU NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN. They don't return phone calls and don't care about placing you with the right fit as long as they get paid. ALL LEGAL PROFESSIONALS, I would stay away from this place. They will place you, but you will be looking for another job in 6 months. Ridiculous. read more

I relocated to San Diego, CA in April of 2014 from the East Coast. I applied for many positions. Both in my field of Administration as well as those that were not. In over 2 years since I relocated to the West Coast, although I had several interviews, they were never what I really desired nor were they long term positions. I began to think that there were limited jobs in San Diego and more applicants than jobs. Until October 17, 2016 when I was referred to and submitted my resume to Robert Half Company for an Administrative Assistant positions. Within a day I was invited into the office to meet with a staffing Specialist. I had a plesant interview with a diligent Specialist. She made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. I felt like I was joining a family and I was pleasently suprised to receive a "Pleased to meet you e-mail" from her before I returned to my car. That personal touch showed me they had my interest at hand at Robert Half. November 11, 2016 I started a long term/temp to perm position with an amazing organization that offers the competitive salary and full benefits package that I was looking for. Working alongside dynamic staff members who are dedicated to youth in crisis I feel hounered to be a part of the team. Thanks to Robert Half Company I am transitioning to full time permanent with this Organization. If your looking for assistance with your employment opportunities, give Robert Half a call, you may be making a life changing move. I know I did!!!!! read more

Bad employment agency to apply ... I went twice to this place, was interviewed and took some tests. I have emailed these "PROFESSIONALS", but they do not reply at all ... look for other places to apply. read more

Ms. Victoria Firestone is extremely amazing! She does weekly follow-ups to make sure everything is okay and that we are happy where we are working. Pros: Friendly people, direct deposit, health benefits, online timesheets. Cons: The people they send you to work for are terrible. The supervisors don't always approve timesheets when they are submitted. So you are more likely to be paid on a Monday or Tuesday than on Friday. Most of the other staff that are permanent treat you lower than dirt just because you are a temp, "uh, excuse me I was sent to help you out". A lot couldn't find their asses from their elbows in terms of trying to explain what they needed done on a daily basis. And if something occurs that causes a situation, Robert Half always sides with the client rather than with their own workers. Also be prepared if you get cut from an assignment for them to put your name at the bottom of the list in terms of finding you more work. Or worse yet for them to drop you from their agency. Oh and they almost always won't get you a temp-to-hire position. read more

I recently signed up to work with the Downtown San Diego branch of OfficeTeam after relocating from Hawai'i. I am a graduate student and was seeking some summer employment to possibly become more permanent. I applied to Robert Half through the SDSU career website and was promptly contact by Sabrina. I had been applying to many places and assumed that this was for the position advertised for rather than to put my name in a hat at a temp service. I spoke to Sabrina on the phone on Wednesday, she asked me for a Skype interview at three p.m. I waited for over an hour and heard nothing. I was going to cancel altogether at that point because regardless of the job seeker/job placer relationship respecting the other person's time is more than just common courtesy. I was going to cancel Monday morning, but was told to come in later in the afternoon for a 2 p.m. appointment. After waiting for over an hour, I finally had a meeting with her at 3:15 that lasted about ten minutes in which I was told that there were no positions for me. I feel as though this was a monumental waste of time. I also feel that beyond making a potential contract-employee wait for over an hour at both junctures, that the person that you are dealing with should dress in appropriate business attire, not looking tramped-up like she is going out with her friends on a Friday night. I found this experience to be terribly disrespectful and disappointing. There is a certain level of callous disregard for another person's time that is frankly unnacceptable. After the excessive amount of paperwork and waiting-and wasting an entire afternoon to come down to the office and being told that there were no assignments; that I feel even less inclined to connect with them to the point that I would tell people to reconsider if Robert Half was attached to any of their job searches. I would give this .00001 stars, but that is not an available option. read more

Thank Victoria Firestone for your diligence and speedy placement. I love my new job. I will recommend your services 100%

This place is great! I had an appointment with Juan about a week and a half ago and he was super easy to talk to and I felt like he really cared and another thing that I liked about him was that when I told him what my desired salary was he didn't scoff like it was ridiculous like basically every other temp agency I have gone to. He also introduced me to other people in the office which I thought was nice and I left the office feeling confident that Juan would find me something good and soon. And then one day later I got a call from someone he works with for a position with a great company downtown and I started the next day. It was also in my desired salary range (and not at the bottom of my salary range either) and more than any other temp agency has been able to offer me. It's been a week in the position which I'm really enjoying and Juan has called me to check in which was nice.. The other thing that was great about this place is you can set up direct deposit on their website and my first paycheck was already done that way so I never had to wait for it in snail mail. All in all this place was great and I would definitely recommend it! read more

I understand that getting a temp position has a great deal to do with luck and the economy. So, this review is not about getting placed, it is about the non-responsiveness of Juan. Simply put, if you don't have anything, just respond to my emails and phone calls. I know you are busy, but a quick, check in could take 1 minute. I also requested to switch Employment Agents but go no response. My suggestion would go to another agency... there are plenty out there. Good luck everyone. read more

I have had the pleasure of working with Victoria Guzek. She is very hands on, personable, and really gives you the sense that she's in your corner rooting for you. Additionally, I could tell that she actually took time with my resume and was intentional about the jobs/interviews she was sending me to. I've worked with other agencies in the past that felt like they were just throwing any opportunity that came my way without really examining whether it was a good fit or not in advance. Victoria certainly did her homework by finding me work that was actually tailored to what I was looking for and set me up for success on every single assignment. Robert Half as a staffing agency was also a joy to work with. I've heard horror stories about other temp agencies delaying pay or not fully paying their temps. I never had to worry about this once with Robert Half and in the event that there was a mistake, they had someone available to address any issues or concerns right away. They were always very timely in their responses to any questions or concerns I was having. I never once felt like "just another temp" or number to them. It was a very human experience, which seems to be what the company is all about and they certainly lived up to that. I've since referred several friends who were in between jobs to them and they've all had pleasant experiences as well. I would recommend Robert Half to anyone who is seeking employment or currently employed but looking to explore new career paths. Every assignment I was given with Robert Half was long term until my last assignment turned into a permanent position, so I didn't have to deal with the insecurity of constantly hopping from one job to the next. I could not have asked for a smoother transition. read more

I relocated to San Diego without a job. I responded to a job posting on Craig's List and the next day received a call from Beth Wakefield. Over the phone Beth was very pleasant, she invited me to come in for a formal interview and emailed a list of everything I needed to bring to the office, as well as instructions to the office. Beth was just as pleasant in person. She asked about my skills, what kind of companies I would like to work for, what salaries I am comfortable with. I got the clear impression that Beth was not just adding me to the temp agency database, but, she was actively listening to me. She was acting as my personal head hunter to assist me with my employment needs. The day after my interview with Beth, she scheduled me on an interview for a company that was centrally located. I did not get the assignment. Three days later she emailed me a 2 day temp assignment, when I called to follow up on the email, she told me about another temp to hire opportunity. Beth set up an interview for the following day and I got the assignment. YEAH BETH!!!
