Soon afterwards I met Sonny, Harry and Caroline each of which made me feel more like a friend instead of a customer. This family run business understands the value of caring for one another. I found myself in Maharaja Motors for no apparent reason on that day other than to look at and talk cars. After speaking with Sonny for over an hour on my first visit I learned that not only did he maintain an impressive array of vehicles but that he was also very well versed on their specific functions and concerns. I remember leaving the dealership that day feeling baffled that I never once felt pressured to buy a vehicle or even test one out. That was over two years and dozens of visits ago. Since then, it is my absolute privilege to say that I have bought two cars from Sonny, Harry, and Caroline and I could not be happier. The first car that I purchased from Maharaja Motors was a Porsche Boxster. As someone who sought balance, enthusiasm, and composure from a vehicle this model interested me. After searching for perspective Boxsters online I tested three (not including the one from Maharaja) and for one reason or another; price, compounding issues, or condition I passed on all of them. After mentioning this to Sonny I learn that he has a Boxster that he would sell to me. On first impression the car looks incredible with gorgeous paint, complete interior, and sound drivetrain. What impressed me the most however was the invoice that I received back from its pre-purchase inspection. The only noted defects were a burned out taillight bulb (fixed) and a blown front trunk strut (common). As I had brought two of the three other Boxsters to this same mechanic for a pre purchase inspection the difference in their qualities was apparent. Both of the other two Boxsters carried with them a laundry list of DIY or expensive shop visits, Sonny's car however needed only a taillight bulb, which I replaced. The hood struts were replaced by Sonny himself. When negotiating the price Maharaja was both very fair and patient. Ensuring that I was happy and not simply wanting to push one more vehicle out of the dealership was what proved to me that these people actually care about their customers. After using this car as a daily driver for six months I only replaced the front brake pads and rotors and in return received an incredible and pure driving experience. When it was time to get a new car Sonny, Harry, and Caroline were exactly as forthcoming and friendly as they were before. This next car however a Porsche 911 needed a new transaxle, I also wanted a new clutch, IMS, and RMS completed with the job. I wasn't expecting all of my concerns to be addressed simply reflected on the price but Sonny took it one step further. Not only did Sonny personally see that each of the aforementioned components were obtained but also properly installed. After trading in my Boxster (for a very reasonable amount) Sonny began to put in an incredible amount of effort on my behalf to properly complete my 911. I will never forget the day in which the car of my dreams was finally ready for me to turn the key and enjoy. On the night of my 21st birthday I thought I would drop by and check on the progress. Sonny did not know that it was my birthday but I found my car together and running. It was at that moment I began to see Maharaja Motors as family instead of your run of the mill car dealership. After finalizing the deal I could not have been happier in terms of price and value. I also learned that he got a transaxle with a limited slip differential and short throw shifter installed for me as well. I am absolutely confident that Maharaja Motors is dedicated to their customers and treats them as family. I would recommend a visit to Maharaja Motors to anyone interested in vehicles. After getting a recommendation for Munich from a friend I contacted the owner. He was very knowledgable, had a great inventory, but best of all understood that convenience was a major factor. We signed the paperwork and that is when everything deteriorated. As I traveled I periodically sent emails and called to check progress; no response. In addition, I could see no attempt to sell the vehicle online. Even my local friends could find no local listings of the car (2007 Audi s4). Fast forward to two days ago (may 20); and I am back in Seattle visiting friends. I decided to "drop in" to Munich. The owner explained to me that the car was on an overnight with a potential buyer. However, as I look at his other vehicles, my car pulls into the lot. I grab the keys and jump in, i get to the stop light and it hits me; 1,400 additional miles were added to my vehicle during the time it was at Munich Evolution. OVER 1,400 MILES! With great restraint, I returned to the shop and ask for an explanation. The incoherent blithering excuses that I got from the owner were embarrassing; from "I thought it would be sold by the time you returned," to "I had no other car to drive!" Everything just short of driving the car in reverse to take the miles back off... He even offered to compensate me for the added mileage... Begs the question; Whose car they are driving now??

We (my wife and I) were greeted by a salesperson named Denis. He was friendly, laid back and asked me which vehicle I was there to see and I told him the Blue Range Rover Sport Supercharged over there. We have been thinking about one but never actually seen one in person or test drive one. He got the key quickly and handed it over so we could check out the rig. We are coming from a 400whp STI and I needed to let go of my toy for a better more comfortable family car, we still have the Jeeps though. They had a sweet fully built newer STI there while I was there too. Anyhoo, the Rover was very clean inside and out, it wasnt just a detail job, the quality was actually very well kept for its age and mechanically you could tell that it was in great working order. I fired it up and it sounded just like it should, looked over the vehicle as I was letting it warm up, under the hood checked all the belts, fluids, checked for leaks or weird noises and played with the air suspension. Denis was able to answer all the questions I had about it and then I handed over license and insurance card and went for a drive. We weren't sure what to expect as this was our first time in one but I've been a car guy my whole life and a mechanic so I listened for all the little noises, bumps, vibrations to signal if there was anything wrong. We got back very satisfied with the Rover and knew this was the type of vehicle we wanted to get. Denis came back out to meet us once we got back and see what we thought. We told him we liked it but were just starting to look at them. We looked at a lot and honestly weren't really planning on going back because we had some others in mind, but the service we got from Denis and the way the condition of all the other cars on their lot you can tell they care about the condition both mechanical and cosmetic on their cars and we went back later on and looked again while talking with Denis. 3rd time when we showed up Denis was with a customer and I spoke with Vadim. I had a question about a strange looking plug that I had never seen before and he not only knew what it was but it impressed me he knew and it ended up being a weird charging port for an old Nokia lol. He was able to answer any other questions I had too and had same atmosphere as Denis, no pressure and very friendly. The manager Tony is a solid guy, also very friendly and laid back, he worked with me on the deal and at first we were looking to trade my other vehicle but he was upfront and honest and said they just couldn't swing the deal and was really kind and honest about it. Didn't talk bad about my trade or anything or scoff at me like has been done to me at other dealerships. That told me we were in the right place, absolutely solid character and good people. We ended up selling our car private party and came in, worked out a deal and they went above and beyond making sure that all of my concerns were addressed and taken care of before we moved forward. It didn't feel like a dealership but more like a chill hangout spot with good friends. I've been to a lot of dealers all over and I have never been in an environment like that with a dealership, or anywhere that I've ever purchased anything honestly. It wasnt fake friendly, they were genuine, and sincere in how they treated me. When we were filling out paperwork I had my 1 year old son with me and they didn't get upset by him being silly and running around, the guys were helpful in keeping an eye on him while I was filling out paperwork. There is a very sweet lady who works there as well named Lana who helped keep an eye on him too and she gave us a bag of cookies they have there I think it was double fudge Grannies cookies I wanna say, and I was able to give him a little snack and helped keep him occupied. We talked a little about our kids and it was just the icing on the cake that made it a purely enjoyable experience. Never in a million years would I have imagined those words would ever come out of my mouth. I've always left dealerships pissed off and a sour taste in my mouth because they dont care about you, once they have the salt they just disregard you and you get put on the back burner. Not at Prestige, I also appreciated that we went through the paperwork fast. It didn't take hours like most places. We had all paperwork done within 20 minutes and I was down at my rig installing carseat and loading up the boyo. We are now the proud new owners of the Range Rover, we got it for a price that I can't argue with and we want to thank the guys and gal at Prestige Auto Market for exceeding our expectations and then some.
