He text me back saying it was not a big deal and he fixed it with no worries. He is also going to try and connect with me and show me some tips. Deans was unable to tell the difference between a repair and buildup. I've also contacted Travis Industries the maker of the stove. To let them know about the experience I had with Dean's stove and spa. No customer should have to go through predatory selling tactics that deans uses. People are Travis Industries picked up the phone and at least took the time to listen. They asked for an e-mail and pictures and all of those have been sent off. Time will tell to see if anything happens. Lopi I did get back to me. So that's good. I've been not been waiting for over a week for my refund. I guess it's up to you whether or not you do business with them if you do good luck.

We couldnt seem to control the burn rate in the stove and were going through wood very fast. Turns out they never attached the chimney pipe to the back of the stove. They offered zero assistance and we are out thousands of dollars. Were honestly probably very fortunate our house didn't burn down. Stay away from this place.
