I'll give this place 5 stars, i will for sure have to come back for drinks and Stay a bit longer then what i did...well last Saturday night was so crazy and a bit exciting i got no more then 10 feet into the place when a friend and I were confront by these three young girls. They though we was someone else so go figure they would attempt to jump us. After scrapping from mid bar to back door to parking lot. Noticing along the way from being on my feet even on the floor...the atmosphere seem to still be on chill mode. Like if fights just break out All the time And! the police station is right down the street come on people...lmao. To say the least the night was rough ;) I would come back and give this place a second try. A nice, fairly clean bar, super nice bartenders, lots of fun folks, good karaoke but I am not welcome there because I drink wine. The bar manager would rather call me derogatory names than be bothered to serve wine to her customers. If you are looking for a place to drink cocktails and nothing else I recommend you stop in here. Unfriendly female bartender sneered at our drink order and complained that she was swamped on a Friday night when there were only 3 other groups in the bar. The white power collective stared my group down till we finally left. The only positive was that the drinks were decently cheap, not worth everything else in the slightest. This is a good decent bar with friendly people. I actually was invited to the bar by the owner and did it surprise me once I was inside. Wasn't to busy and they do have a Jukebox which you can use your phone to change or purchase songs. read more

Has an old bar smell to it which is a bit of a turn off. But man do the people there know how to have a good drama free time. Bartender Brandy was awesome! Her drinks were on point and she even offered to remake it if it wasn't. That's what I call service. For a little whole in the wall it was a very pleasant surprise. My boyfriend and I wanted to go to a bar for a drink because we needed a break from camping in Idyllwild and I just happen to look over and see this place. Boy O boy am I glad I did, the first day we went in there everyone (guest and all) were very nice and the bartender offered us food from a birthday going on there. Then the next day we went in same thing minus the food part lol Bartender was super nice and the guys drinking there super sweet to us both. Went a few nights ago to watch the Dodger game with my nephew and our buddy. It's a bit small , but not uncomfortable, It had a nice mix of young and older crowd , quite a few regulars whom seemed to know each other. I don't drink but it was a nice relaxing night. Thing is they only have one pool table and no food program that I could see. But with a location that small it's understandable.The bartender seemed nice (I never got her name a younger blond woman), she tended to each customer in due time, although I think they could use one extra hand behind the bar. Other than that , for a guy like me who doesn't really go to bars I enjoyed it and will definitely be back . read more

We used to come here all the time when we were in the area. It was always a blast and I'm sure it is on other days. We came in with a big group and were disappointed with the vibe. Bartender needed help, although it wasn't that busy for a Friday. I also got skipped standing at the empty bar to order a drink for a bigger group. I waited 20-30 minutes before getting a beer. We ended up only spending 24 bucks, but still gave the bartender a 20 dollar tip. We ended up going down the street to a spot I've never been before and spent a lot of money and had a great time. read more

robert kelly's is a cool place!!!!! i'll definitely go back to hang out with them crazy white folks!!!!!!! i went on a thursday and i got to enjoy of the karaoke! it was fun. i sang a spanish song which i could tell a couple of the people there, "minutemen", did not enjoy. i could tell because they were nodding there heads and covering their ears and the track had just started! so i know it wasnt my singing!!! any way i got a good response from the rest of the people there. a couple good hollers and chants once i was done. i'll let you in on a secret. if you are a minority and so happen to sing a non english song . the best way for you to win over the whites is to sing "proud to be an american" you'll have them on your side in no time.......... over all this place was cool. a saturday that i was there it was more mellow but none the less enjoyable. live local band,crazy drunk older cougers / women dancing who im sure left their kids at home alone, okay beer prices, a local hobo dancing all crazy and shit , and nascar bbq the next day!!!!! wtf????? nascar bbq?????? all-day event????? shit-yeah!!!!!! so go check this place out. you'll have fun :) read more

Place always looks like it's under construction. Ran down and dirty. Expect to wait for drinks bar tenders usually more drunk then the customers. People drinking in the parking lot. Smells like dirty b/o. People going to the bathroom together coming out sniffing their noses. Definetly fits into a Hemet bar. read more

We've been going to the After 5 for years. Love the place and love, love, love the people. The Owners are great and the Bar staff is absolutely awesome. They have great entertainment. We live in Idyllwild now and still come down to check out the bands that we like when they are playing there.. I personally love this place. Everyone here is friendly--both the bartenders and the patrons. Their mixed drinks are good and reasonably priced, bathrooms and the rest of the bar is pretty clean, and they have TVs to watch games on. It's a nice down to earth environment. I sure miss this little spot. It was my favorite place in Hemet to do Karaoke. It's a little bit of a hole in the wall, but it's got some of the best bar tenders there. Everyone knows me from way back and it's always fun to run into old friends here. The beers and cocktails are all very inexpensive and affordable. This is called a good fun time. Yeah, it's in down town hemet where you pretty much get every kind of guest there, but when you get acquanted with everyone there you get good service and good company all the time. Came here last night after a couple of other places. Wow I missed out and wasted alot money across the street from here. We were greeted with a smile from the bouncer when he checked our ID's and welcomed us in. The bar was on the smaller side, but set up well so movement was easy. They had karaoke like across the street and surprisingly most the singers were good, (except one yeesh). Very cool place and we recommend this place over the other 3 we wen't too. read more

Went here at 2:00 pm for a beer but ended up with a long Island (their special of the day) and was not at all disappointed!!! The long Island was good and strong for the $6 price. So good that we in fact came back a couple hours after shopping for a Michelada and it did not disappoint!! SO good!!! This place felt like home.. I went here for the first time this past Sunday to watch the games.I walked in and the set up was nice,but some distinguished odor hit my nose.At first I tried to brush it off telling myself "hey im in a bar where someone must have just passed a little gas."I continued to walk in to try to find a sit(it was pretty packed for a Sunday afternoon.)The smell got worse like if everyone in there was just letting go.So I just turned around and got out of there quick!
