Roadway Movers Blew Us Away. The Gold Standard of Moving Roadway Movers is without a doubt the best moving company we have ever worked with. They did not just move our home. They moved our entire life with care, integrity, and a level of dedication that went far beyond what we ever expected. Eight phenomenal movers showed up and in just two days fully packed and unpacked our entire family home. They handled everything, every room, every item, including the kitchen, every closet, and all the small, overwhelming details that typically fall on the homeowner. They disassembled and reassembled our full at-home gym, moved a grand piano with incredible precision, and carefully packed and transported artwork. They even took care of junk removal, all without missing a beat. What stood out most was how much they genuinely cared. They worked incredibly hard through long, physically demanding days, not because they had to, but because they wanted to get it right. They took real pride in every part of the process. Their focus, energy, and attention to detail came from a true commitment to doing excellent work and making sure we felt supported every step of the way. A huge shoutout to Chris, the foreman, who led the team with calm, kindness, and total confidence. He anticipated needs before we even voiced them and made the entire experience feel smooth and manageable. He set the tone for the crew and they followed his lead, not just in how they worked but in how they showed up. Every person on the team was respectful, kind, and fully invested. Roadway Movers is more than just a moving company. They are the very best kind of people, thoughtful, hardworking, and deeply committed to doing things the right way. If you are looking for the best of the best, this is it. We would work with them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone who wants a moving experience rooted in care and excellence. Five stars does not begin to cover it. Thank you Roadway. You were truly incredible. read more

Outstanding Experience with Roadway Moving and Andres Moving 2,500 miles is stressful enough, but Roadway Moving and our crew leader, Andres, made the entire pickup experience remarkably smooth and professional. From the moment the crew arrived, they were punctual, organized, and ready to work. Andres immediately inspired confidence with his professionalism, knowledge, and calm leadership. He carefully explained the process, answered every question, and kept the crew moving efficiently throughout the day. What impressed us most was the level of care taken with our belongings. Furniture was wrapped meticulously, fragile items were protected with extraordinary attention to detail, and every piece was handled as if it belonged to them. Watching the crew prepare our household goods for a cross-country move was like watching craftsmen at work. The entire team was polite, respectful, hardworking, and incredibly accommodating. They maintained a positive attitude throughout a long day of loading and never appeared rushed or careless. Their work ethic was exceptional. Speed is often the enemy of quality, but this crew managed both. They worked quickly while still maintaining outstanding attention to detail. The packing was efficient, the truck was loaded expertly, and the entire operation reflected experience and professionalism. If the delivery experience matches the pickup, this will easily rank among the best service experiences we've had in years. A special thank you to Andres for his leadership, confidence, communication, and commitment to doing the job right. The able bodied crew was rounded out by Jesus, Matthew, Freyner and Francisco. We highly recommend Roadway Moving to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and customer-focused moving company. After several previous moves by other companies, there is no comparison. These guys are rock stars! Five stars, well deserved. read more

Wow, what a huge relief when you don't have to worry about the huge endeavor that is moving (especially with three kids and a dog)! Everyone helped to put us at ease and took care of everything we needed. A video call with Will was scheduled quickly to catalog our items. We had Enxhi follow up with calls before and during the move. The day before the move we received a call from Team Leader, Miguel. All the calls were made with respect of our time and friendliness. Miguel was such a pleasure to speak with... so personable, helpful and quick. Miguel and his team, Bryan, Jose Eugenia kept both locations clean and asked questions we appreciated. They placed our storage items NEATLY organized and stack, put all belongings in the right locations and big items built back together. You can tell they really cared about us and our belongings. We want to note that they were very respectful and friendly - it's nice to connect with other people. Lastly, we appreciated all the communication and check ins throughout the day. Can't recommend this team enough. Thank you all! read more

Our moving team went above and beyond for a challenging move consisting of walk up apartments on both sides with many stairs and tight layouts. There was a mixup re: our start time with corporate office operations, and the moving team was kind enough to hold off after calling us to let us know they were en route, until the scheduled time, which we really appreciated. This flexibility and accommodation set the tone for the superior service we experienced for the rest of the day. While the rates were higher than some of the other companies quoted, we felt like this was important enough of a service to invest in. After horror stories of others with different moving companies causing costly damages, losing items, or being charged even more for easier moves in less expensive cities, I feel great about the decision to go with Roadway. Thank you to Ivan and team for making what could have been a very stressful day very smooth for us. read more

Not enough words to describe what a pleasurable, painless and stress-free move I had with Roadway Movers. Robert and his team arrived not on time, but EARLY, as I had requested, to get the day started. I sincerely appreciated the punctuality and excellent/cheerful attitudes all three gentlemen had. The actual move was dealt with, with extreme thoughtfulness and care. Robert and his guys meticulously wrapped, packed and loaded all my items on to their truck as though they were their own. I was shocked at how quickly they moved too: we were out of my unit in less than three hours! We appreciated how diligent they were with our time, getting us one step closer to our new home. I've moved many times and I can simply never go back to any other company. Roadway Movers are the ONLY option, because once you've experienced the best, nothing compares. 10/10 A+++ you won't be disappointed! read more

I had the pleasure of being connected to Colin Crandall as my Virtual Estimator for my quoting experience with Roadway. And while I ultimately decided not to move forward with them for my cross country move, I can't help but sing his praises. Not only was Colin extremely well versed on the entire process but he was unbelievably kind and personable. He didn't make me feel pressured to make any decisions and didn't feed me any lies to close the deal. In fact we hashed it out right on the call and found out that this wasn't the best option for my circumstances. Colin then went a step further and shared some protips and recommended some non roadway options for my big move. Thats a level of service you can't find just anywhere. Shout out to Colin read more

We had the best experience using Roadway Moving while planning our long distance move from San Francisco to Austin, Texas! We had two pick up locations which they were more than happy to facilitate for us - an apartment and a business office. They showed up early to the first location, wrapped every piece of furniture in protective blankets and loaded it onto their truck SO quickly. Then we met them at the 2nd location and they were quick to get back to work. They were so friendly and enjoyable to be around throughout the day and they made the whole process so seamless. Once we signed the final paperwork, our stuff was immediately on it's way! read more

Just moved interstate, and I had an amazing time with Roadway! This was my first time using a moving service, after years of moving places by myself or with friends, and it's a game changer. I packed all of my items into boxes and they did the rest! During move out, they packed all my furniture and moved everything into their truck within a few hours. A little over a week later, they delivered all my items into my apartment in just around an hour! They were so kind as well, which really amplified the experience. If you need to move across the country, I definitely recommend Roadway. read more

Mario Nancy, Omar, and Fraijnar did a great job moving us! We were only 30% packed and they showed up exactly at 9 and helped us pack everything! They were super careful with our things and padded all of them with blankets and paper and labeled the boxes really nicely! They also helped take apart any necessary furniture and suggested packing our more fragile furniture with moving blankets so that they don't get damaged. Once we got to the new place they moved everything to the rooms we wanted in our new 3 story place! The move would not have been possible without them :) -D & A read more

We used Roadway to move from SF to CT and it was such a great experience. We have a toddler so it would have been so hectic moving ourselves. Instead, Roadway movers came and wrapped everything up, put it in the truck, and shipped it across the country. At the new place, they lifted all the heavy furniture and boxes and put each box into the right room, and even reassembled all of our furniture. And they were all so friendly too. It was such a huge help having them! read more

I recently did a local move with Roadway from San Jose to San Francisco -- they were AWESOME. Not only were they great movers, packing and handling my thing with care. But they also were extremely kind and patient. I have a dog and she was constantly getting in their way and they were so sweet to her. Also: they can handle city moves: specifically SF with its tiny winding staircases/elevators. Would def recommend roadway! read more

I've moved 6 times in 5 years (yikes!) and this is BY FAR the most satisfied I've been with a moving company. They packed our two-bedroom house furniture in 2 hours flat and then they drove 45 minutes to our new place / completed the unloading before even breaking for lunch. They wrapped everything with care and even disassembled/reassembled the beds. Strongly recommend them! read more
