Paul is a true professional who delivers great service and value. He replaced our cracked front window. He did a great job of addressing our issues in a timely manner. I would highly recommend him for any glass work. read more

Roadrunner Glass exceeded my expectations. From the start, he took the time to work with me over multiple calls to make sure everything was right, was fair on pricing, and communicated clearly every step of the way. He was extremely professional, flexible with my schedule, and made the entire process easy by meeting me at his shop at a time that worked for me. The turnaround was quick, and the final result for my furniture glass was perfect. And it was very important for me to keep the antiquated furniture piece that I already had. He was able to replace the glass to perfection. On top of that, he's just a genuinely nice, professional person--which honestly makes all the difference. I'll definitely be bringing more business his way and highly recommend him if you want someone reliable, skilled, and easy to work with. read more

Paul was great. Came out a removed the broken mirrored closet door and got the perfect replacement. Even showed us how to clean the rollers on the other doors to keep them rolling smoothly. Appreciate the help Roadrunner did and good job they did. read more

I'm impressed with this company. They do not pull any bait and switch and are honest. A rare find. I interfaced and worked with Paul. I will keep them in my contacts as we have several properties that will need more window work in the future. read more

With temperatures running to mid nineties, our patio sliding door dual pane glass panel decided to fall out. Literally fall out with a bang and fall flat on the patio. I somehow picked it up, slid it back in place and duct-taped it to the frame. We called a few places in panic, most went to VM. Paul picked up and said he can send someone next morning. Also discussed the nature of trouble in detail over the phone and told me how much the charges would be. John called me 10 min before and arrived on time. He was quick, quiet, focused and skilled. Explained to me the things to watch out for in future. Cleaned up the work area after himself. I'm glad to have found this professional team so close to home. Hope this was a one-off problem for our house. But would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in similar situations. read more

The owner, Paul, at Roadrunner Glass provides superior customer service and excellent window products. Paul was instrumental in helping us locate windows that looked like our existing windows, so we had uniformity in our home. It was a long tedious process, however, Paul never gave up and he prevailed. The windows were delivered and are beautiful. I highly recommend Roadrunner Glass for all your home glass projects! read more

I had an old frame that I wanted to turn into a mirror. When we brought the mirror in we had the pleasure of speaking with the owner, Paul. He was very friendly and kind. It was a fast turnaround and the final product is beautiful. They even took extra consideration to place the mirror very securely but not permanently in case we wanted to use the frame for something else in the future. Thank you for the excellent service! read more

Our patio door had gotten out of alignment and no longer closed. We called several Glass / Window shops , but was quickly turned away because they do not perform repairs. We also called several handymen which also do not repair single french style patio door. With all hope lost, we turned to a referral from "nextdoor" neighbors who recommended us roadrunner glass. That was the best decision to contact Roadrunner Glass. Paul quickly responded to emails and arranged a time to repair the door. He was very knowledgeable on glass patio door and was able to quickly re-align the door. He went above and beyond to make sure the lock mechanism functioned smoothly. I highly recommend this place. Thank you, Paul, for being awesome. read more

Had the pleasure of working with Roadrunner Glass this past week on a little challenge in finding parts for a sliding door for my rental. Paul, the owner, was incredibly professional, patient, and supportive through the whole effort and the door was fixed in the nick-of-time! I know where I'm going for any future glass needs. Thank you for everything! read more

For our commercial facility: Called and they sent Paul who completed the job with a smile (of sorts), which is one reason we have been going to Roadrunner Glass for the last nine years! Happy with their service and competitive pricing! read more

I had the pleasure of visiting Roadrunner Glass at the end of October when I first moved into the new place in Milpitas. Pleasure? Glass? That's usually not a term someone might utter when talking about glass, but the employees were so friendly and helpful that it really was a pleasure to be there. I needed to get some glass cut for shelves to fit the two vanities in the bathrooms of the new place. I measured an existing piece, told them what I was looking for, and they recommended the best thickness and type of glass. They found the glass I needed and cut it on the spot. They even rounded the edges so that I didn't cut myself, and the person I worked with was so careful, that he redid a piece because he didn't think it was smoothed out enough. All for a very reasonable price. If I ever need to get a piece of glass cut for anything else, I'll certainly give Roadrunner Glass my business again. Thanks! read more

Who likes to deal with glass situations like a broken car window? I've had a front window and a drivers window replaced by Roadrunner, and both were handled with speed and extras (They vacumed out the broken glass). They've even cut down some large mirrors for me for almost nothing. If you've got a glass issue in Milpitas or North San Jose, check out Roadrunner. read more

I've called a couple handymen to adjust my sliding door and nobody was able to fix it. One guy even claimed that my sliding door was uneven in the middle so that was the reason it was stuck. Flabbergasted, I called Roadrunner to see if they can tell me what the problem was or to give me a quote to replace the door. Roadrunner actually took the door off to check the rollers on the bottom. Sure enough, the rollers are damaged. They ordered a replacement and the door is sliding pretty well now. They also cut out the old caulk and re-caulked my door for the slight leak in heavy rain. I should've just called these guys first instead of wasting time and money on people who don't know what they're doing. They could've just told me to replace the door which would've ended up costing me thousands. Instead they offered the easier and cheaper fix. These guys are pros and they're also an honest business. I'm glad I called them. I will give them 5 stars after the rainy season if I can confirm that the caulking has actually fixed the slow leak. read more

I am betting most of Milpitas probably uses Roadrunner Glass for home, business, and car windshield repairs. I used them a few times for my vehicles and will not hesitate to use them again. Very professional and with friendly, knowledgable staff. A+++++ read more

My housekeeper broke my shower doors and I called Road Runner Glass. Paul was super nice and professional and so was Richard. My previous contractor installed a poor job on my shower tub doors two years ago and Paul and Richard were very careful removing them without breaking my tiles. Paul came out to do the measurements, ordered the glass doors, and installed the doors within two weeks. They did an excellent job. Note: if you use Lowes, they also contracted out to Road Runner Glass. My husband tried to use Lowes before I called RRG and I had to cancel with Lowes after. Highly recommend RRG to anyone. I called the Milpitas location. Thank you again, Paul and Richard. read more

These guys have been doing work for us for a couple decades. They've done both big and little jobs: 1) Replaced a broken window. 2) Replaced half of our old aluminum windows with beautiful new Milgaard double-paned windows. 3) Created a very large beveled mirror for my newly renovated bathroom. 4) Installed another large mirror for my other renovated bathroom. 5) Installed mirror doors for a bedroom. 6) Replaced the other half of our old windows with new double-pane ones. 7) Created a very specific size and color piece of glass to cover an antique chest that my dad brought back from China about 80 years ago. They did a great job each time, no matter the size of the job. I highly recommend this business. read more

Quality, honest service from Sheldon and Paul. Sheldon came out on a Monday, measured, ordered glass and installed by Thursday for a rental home. Really appreciated their professionalism and congenial manner! read more

This is going to be my go to place for all my glass needs. Excellent service!!! 1. Fair price. 2. On time. 3. Communicated via email and phone. Both Paul and Surane are friendly and kept me updated regarding my order. My front window glass was cracked and at first Paul stated that the manufacturer no longer makes this glass but he would try to match it as close as possible. I trusted him and placed the order. When the glass came in, I could not tell the difference between what he installed and the other glass adjacent to it. When I asked Paul about it, he said that he was able to find a the same glass. That's what you call service. read more

Wow - I'm a patient guy and I don't know, is it my bad for believing the process described by Surane? I was told mirrors would be manufactured or produced after measurements in 3-4 days then the installation would be arranged in the few days afterward. I called to follow up a week after the measurements and then today 13 days after I received the quote and I'm told the step to even order the mirrors had not been done. They never took initiative to update me on their own even once. Maybe $800 of mirrors is chump change for them, but I needed them desperately for a rental renovation. I was already in all this time. Do I still go with them now that I am promised a priority? I'm already into it more than 2 weeks. Sorry, it hurts my timing and bottom line, but I can't support a business that operates this way. Let consumers beware of what they promise. read more

Excellent Customer service. If you have custom made windows, such as I did. They are great!

OK, their service and price are fine. They do repair my broken glass door quickly and install it on the same day. The reason they do not get 4+ stars is their attitude of GREEDY. Here's the story, I made an appointment, the owner will show up between 12-1PM on Friday. He showed up early at 11:20AM with no phone calls telling us he'll be here early. (it turns out they have the wrong phone # on file, but that should not be my fault) Why it's a problem showing up early? because my wife has to pick up my 3 yrs old from preschool at 11:30AM. We want to get an estimate on two things, 1. broken glass door, 2. broken screen door frame. But there's not enough communication because my wife was in a hurry, the owner just took the broken glass door back to his shop without even giving my wife an estimate. He fixed item 1 and later send us a bill of item 1 and an estimate of item 2. The charges of item 1 and estimate of item 2 are basically the same. So it looks to me it's the minimum labor charge which I understand. Then I called back explain the situation, speaking calmly and nicely. I didn't try to blame them why they came early, I just asked if things could have been done differently (i.e. we get quote for two items at the same time), would the price be cheaper? The lady said "yes, it might be", but she ask to ask her boss. In the end, the lady called back and said her boss said NO. OK, great, now I know how greedy you are as a service provider... thanks a million !! read more

Placed an order for a tabletop glass. They committed to have it no later than noon three day after pacing the order. Roadrunner have taken a deposit t ensure the transaction. I made arrangement for a truck to deliver it to my home. Roadrunner never got it done made many excuses, made me cal every 15 minutes to check on the status but never had an answer when it will be ready. Three hours passed the committed delivery time they told me that it will be ready the following day. I lost half a day of work had to pay for the pickup truck and cancel the order. To add insult to injury, Roadrunner refused to return my deposit. will NEVER do business with them again!!! read more

Great overall service. Called on Mon and get my patio glass door fixed by Wed. They have 3 branches - I used the Milpitas one. Guess customers like them enough to have 3 locations. Friendly and will email u a quote too. They cleaned up after themselves - with a vacuum and broom. They didn't rush to leave when paid, but made sure to cleanup. Did 4 stars instead of 5, due to the verbal quote being different from the paper estimate (which was higher by $100). Maybe I didn't hear it right? But they are comparable in pricing (although the verbal quote would have been really great !). I recommend them, and I would use them again ! read more

I have a massive 5 foot wide sliding back door that was extremely hard to open and close. The usual company I use took two weeks to come out and give me an estimate and because it was so big, they wouldn't even touch it without additional help. They gave me another two weeks to wait before they would come back out. Called Roadrunner and they were at my house in a couple of days. The first visit, they took out the door, looked at the rollers, did some cleanup (which helped a little) and put the door back with an estimate that was $100 less than the first company. The rollers came in after four days. The door was fixed the next day. Still within the two weeks of the other company and cheaper. The door is opens and closes great now and I would definitely use this company in the future for repairs. read more

We called roadrunner to repair our second exit door due to the panic door installed by our prior general contractor did not meet city's requirements. Paul and team clearly knows what they are doing and are aware of what standard equipment will meet city requirements and keep the door safe for business operation. Paul and team are true professionals and their attention to details impresses me. They spent a lot of time explaining to me what they are doing to make sure i am satisfied with the work they are doing. The best part is they are very reasonably priced for the quality of service that they bring. You get what you pay for, don't make the mistake we did by going somewhere else first, just go with road runner to get the job done right the first time. read more

Called the Milpitas location, Richard, was super friendly, answered and said he'd check to see who was available. He called me back within 5 minutes to tell me Paul was coming out that evening. Paul arrived within minutes and tried to repair but needed a replacement part. He drove to Fremont and came back with the part and his partner, Chin, to re-install. Excellent customer service, workmanship, and attention to detail. Needed to replace an entire window with a new one to replace the less than stellar original contractor one. I bought a small piece of clear glass and one would think this would be an easy job for a glass shop to cut a simple rectangular glass, but no, it was tapered so the corners are not perfect squares. I would not trust them to do anything if they cannot even make an extremely simple glass cut. Stay away from this shop, there are plenty more other options out there. read more
