Exceptional service! They do beautiful and creative flower arrangements, but more importantly, they do it with a compassionate touch. I messaged them for gift/flower basket suggestions for a family friend's death. Tina replied within 24 hours, and her message was so sympathetic and kind. She was also immensely helpful over the phone, customizing the basket for me and my budget. They don't do deliveries to Gilbert, so I had to pick up the basket myself but after their store hours. Tina went above and beyond by safely leaving the basket at the nail salon next door for me to pick up AND texting me a preview picture of the basket as she was putting it together. I will definitely be going back to Roadrunner Florist and telling my friends about them! read more

OMG! You never know when you order flower arrangements to be delivered out of town what they will be sending. Trust is of the utmost importance to me in these situations. I placed an order with Roadrunner Florist to be delivered on a Friday. I received a call asking if I wouldn't mind waiting a couple days until the fresh Christmas greenery cane in ? Not at all. I appreciated the call. I wanted this to be special and it was ! Not only beautiful, but the customer service I received was above and beyond my expectations. Our Aunt absolutely loved the arrangement. So I'd say it was a win win ! I Highly recommend Roadrunner Florist. read more

Zero stars not open when it says it's open.Called we had to close..disappointment going to frys or walmart. This is why small businesses can't stay open... Nice Nice try with the pulling of the heartstrings that might be a hospice or somebody's funeral or you just need to leave early but it wasn't 17 minutes before that's when I was there so you must've close before that I'm sorry you're understaffed and don't know how to run a brick and mortar business in retail. read more

I don't often have a need for a florist, but last few times I've used Roadrunner Florist and I've been very pleased with the results. They have created beautiful arrangements with my scattered and organized requests each time and I receive nothing but wonderful compliments from guests. They are fairly priced and the flowers seem to last longer than expected. Thank you ladies for all you have done and continue to do. read more

The Roadrunner Florist staff went above and beyond. I live outside the state of Arizona and I ordered (online) a floral arrangement from Roadrunner Florist (for a Celebration of Life memorial). Unbeknownst to me the delivery address was just outside of the delivery perimeters of of RF. Immediately upon receipt of my order I received a phone call from Tina at RF saying they don't deliver to the area I requested. So she searched and found a florist in the region who could. So Tina "forwarded" my order to this florist and the floral delivery happened seamlessly. Giving my business to a competitor says so much about Roadrunner's "customer first" philosophy and I truly appreciated their willingness to satisfy the customer no matter the cost. I highly recommend Roadrunner Florist. read more

Like some of you, Fellow Yelpers, I was tasked with finding an out of state florist for my sister-in-law's birthday and I was able to rely on YOUR stellar recommendations ... I called Tina at Roadrunner. It was after hours, but she still answered the phone, patiently took my order and delivered a FABULOUS bouquet for my flower loving SIL. Tina really seemed to grasp exactly what I wanted (no babies breath, no lilies, no carnations - just my personal preference!) and delivered something worthy of Wow! I don't chose a florist based on price, I'm always looking for the florist who puts their talent into something they love -- it's clear these folks love what they do! I am from Oklahoma and searched on yelp to find a flower shop for my sister who is in the hospital in Phoenix. I chose Road runners flower shop. The woman I talked to was incredibly friendly and helpful. My sister changed hospital rooms and we called to tell them that but they already knew because they had called ahead. They also sent me a text message with the finished bouquet! None of the flower shops around Tulsa seem to do that. My mom said the flowers smelled absolutely wonderful and were incredibly beautiful. Their prices were very reasonable as compared to another four-star flower shop I looked at in Phoenix. There is a $17 delivery fee which seems high, but things are a lot cheaper here in Oklahoma. I would never use anybody else if I have to send flowers to my sister again. read more

Tina is a jewel. Their product and care and compassion are overwhelming! On a Friday afternoon, forgot too order flowers for my wife's best friends memorial service. Picked from a great website of theirs. Needed it delivered Saturday morning a mortuary by 9:30. Done!!! And beautiful. Ah??? I also needed flowers for my wife and my fifty second anniversary??? Caught Tina after hours on cell phone. I only had too ask if they could be delivered to my home so they would be there after leaving services for her friend. She asked if I had picked something on website? I told her, and again it was done! Once home the flowers were amazing and brought wife too happy tears and wonderful memories. Have use them several times. Always happy with what was delivered. Easy and friendly on the phone.

I received flowers for Mother's Day and felt the bouquet was underwhelming for the price (my 8-year-old daughter couldn't help the $114 price to herself). There were only 5 blooms and a sprig of baby's breath. The flowers are wilting and dying and I have had them less than 24 hours. read more

Wow! Tina was awesome in getting a last minute request delivered same day! I was out of town and remembered a birthday. I could not have asked for a better and quicker positive response. It helped that I knew what I was looking for by perusing their super and non complicated website. Not only was the floral arrangement more than what I expected but it was delivered before the promised time window! Excellent! Thanks for making it happen Tina! read more

I'm not sure Emily C. reviewed the correct florist. In her time of sorrow things can be very stressful and confusing, I can't image something like this happening at this shop. The biggest clue this isn't who she dealt with is that she spoke to a man. There has never been a man working there except maybe part-time delivery drivers, who don't do the phones. The shop is owned by Pamela and Tina, and has been for well over 30 years. And I've ordered from this shop for almost as long, because the quality is so high and has customer service to match. Please do give them a try and let them prove it! read more

Living far from my family is difficult. Especially on holidays like Mothers Day. I don't trust the larger national companies to put any effort or care into my floral order. I live in Blue Springs Missouri and my Aunt lives in Phoenix Arizona. I searched Yelp and found these guys. I ordered these yesterday. They said they'd try and get them there on time due to the late order and it being 2 days before mothers day. She got them the next day like I'd asked. I'll let the picture speed for itself. I'm a resident of downtown Phoenix and was looking for a nice local florist to use for Valentine's Day. In fact I've had the thought for quite some time to get set up on a weekly flower service with a local florist and always have flowers on the dinner table for my family. It was about a week before Valentine's Day and so I went online and found Roadrunner Florist. The reviews and the pictures were spectacular so I decided to use them. When I called, I spoke to a very nice woman on the telephone who was extremely helpful and assured me I would have a beautiful bouquet of roses and lilies delivered on Valentine's Day. Delivery was great, I think the flowers showed up about 10 AM and the bouquet was one of the prettiest that I have ever seen in my life. The quality of the flowers were amazing but the setting was old-school and old-fashioned, however the flowers themselves were absolutely stunning. Three days after Valentine's Day the roses and lilies started to wilt and only after four days there was no life left in the flowers and they were dead. I really thought nothing of it because I just thought flowers die fast being a normal guy so I didn't say anything about it. A few weeks went by and my girlfriend went out to the mailbox and we got a card in the mail from Roadrunner Florist asking for a review. While sitting at the table she gave me the card and told me to leave a review because those flowers were garbage and they died so fast, which got my attention. So I started asking about the flowers and she said how beautiful they were but they just had no life and they died right away. Are you ready for this??? This is the part that I will tell you I spent $182 on these flowers...... so naturally now I'm pissed and at this point my girlfriend and I actually got into a debate over how long flowers were supposed to last, so she drove up to Safeway and bought one dozen, generic, white roses and I think she paid $20 for them put them in a vase. We decided to wager a nice dinner at Durants to see which flowers lasted the longest. Well, today is day nine.......the Safeway flowers are so pretty, so vibrant, so alive and have bloomed so wonderfully.... I can't help but say my girlfriend was right and I was wrong. Roadrunner Florist, your flowers were amazing upfront but I feel like I overpaid by about $160 and you cost me a steak dinner. The Safeway flowers are 3 times the quality. These flowers are equally as beautiful and have lasted three times as long. Moral of the story. I over paid and Roadrunner Florists under delivered. Happy Valentines Day to Durants! I cannot recommend this florist to anyone. Sorry. B.D read more

The least I can do is write these lovely ladies a 5 star review. it all starts with a phone call, well technically a Yelp search. Not only did I find a florist with nothing but 5-star reviews they are extremely close to my girlfriends work so that should make delivery easier. Their profile says they're closing in 19 minutes so I didn't expect a phone call back that day but about a 1/2 hour later I got a call from Tina returning my phone call after they had already closed up shop. So I give her my crazy plan which is to flood my girlfriend with deliveries every hour while she's at work. Tina told me they might not be able to accommodate my crazy idea for all day but she will definitely see what she can do. She tried all weekend to get a hold of her drivers and see what kind of magic they could perform. She couldn't do all day but she could do a couple so instead I decided to go big or go home. I ordered 3 dozen red roses and then a Hawaiian bouquet. I ran to Michael's and picked up 2 crazy baskets and dropped them off on Monday so that they could make their floral arrangements in these baskets. Not only did these ladies build a beautiful arrangement of flowers but they were able to make 2 deliveries for me so I could make today rememberable forever. Only problem is I set the bar a little too high for next year, lol. These ladies have a customer for life! read more
