Since that time, we have been utilizing Circle Infiniti for service, and I must report that the entire staff has been unprofessional, disrespectful, and condescending. They have provided NO assistance, frequently choosing to blame the customer rather than addressing the vehicle's faults. According to their staff, there is never anything wrong with the vehicle and they claim they are unable to duplicate the issues we are experiencing. Due to this lack of resolution, I have already contacted the corporate office and the matter has been escalated to the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Furthermore, our appointment yesterday with the regional technician was highly unsatisfactory.  Nicholas Flamini, the technician from PA and the staff at Circle Infiniti exhibited unprofessional behavior that was neither helpful nor constructive and in fact extremely condescending.  Nicholas was unhelpful and dismissive, implying that our concerns were untruthful and irrational. We have been addressing these ongoing issues for several months. Our primary concern remains the safety of this vehicle, which is particularly distressing given a monthly lease payment of over $1,200. Rest assured we've been trying to seek solutions regarding the ongoing issues with no intent of terminating the lease agreement.  The level of service provided by Infiniti throughout this process has been deeply disappointing and falls well short of professional standards.  We expected higher quality and reliability from this Vehicle and Circle Infiniti Service Staff. We do NOT recommend CIRCLE Infiniti, STAY AWAY !! A few Issues encountered: - AC shuts off in hot summer in the middle of a long drive and AC button activated when starting car in the winter. - door handles making noise when putting vehicle in drive sounds like a grinding - when stepping on brakes sounds like air coming out of it every time when braking - when putting vehicle in reverse driver side mirror stays facing down - headrest doesn't always connect to call has to end call and redial to be heard on second attempt - suspension keeps randomly adjusting at stop light; vehicle will lift and lower itself over and over - when takes off from a stop or when tries to pass someone rpms will spike up sounds like engine is racing, but has no power just revvs up and sits still - Infiniti puddle lamp/door light intermittently does not light up - Radio volume can't be changed just stays at same volume - Back up camera doesn't always work - Remote start doesn't always work from app or key

Either that, or their engines last four years…read more Bought here, brand new, in 2021 Last month I took it in to Porsche Monmouth for an oil change. Next day I had engine troubles. Porsche told me to tow it in. Sounded serious. They inspected, called to say "I am going to transfer you to sales to purchase a new one" Then explained either that or I can pay 40k for a new engine (6 figures for a car 4 years ago and it needs a new engine) Left me with no loaner and no car for two weeks. After complaints and letting them know that every mechanic I spoke with told me the mechanics here destroyed your car, and multiple calls to Porsche NA (who informed me they will do nothing to fix the problem) I got a loaner, then "we can take 5k off the price" HAHAHAHAHAH. Weeks later I finally had it and gave a more aggressive call and then they come back with $15k off a $40k engine replacement. They then suggest to try insurance. So my insurance totals my car, says the repair cost is more than the cars value, and now 4 years, tens of thousands in yearly maintenance and 100k later I have no car. Cherry on top - they are charging me a fee for looking at the engine they destroyed and charging me for towing my car in (after telling me the tow would be free) Really? Kick you while you're down after totaling and junking your car. zero accountability.

Lupe was incredibly professional and genuinely wanted to help. As Lupe and I walked out to my car, Pete came over to provide his insight and added support. Not only did Lupe offer invaluable insight, he went even further to mitigate the issue which had been causing me immense stress. I was amazed and beyond grateful for the extra efforts he went through at the end of the day when he didn't have to. Simply thanking Lupe, Pete, and the Service Center Technicians, doesn't express the gratitude I have for the extra time and overall dedication to excellence they provide to customers like myself. During a previous service visit in the fall, I had the privilege to get to know Pete. His uplifting and warm personality truly adds to the customer-focused environment at Circle BMW. Pete also introduced me to Rob, the Service Manager, who was the sole reason I returned to this BMW dealer for my latest service needs. Hearing how he manages and approaches customer service was a breath of fresh air. Customer service like I've experienced at Circle BMW doesn't exist in any industry nowadays. This team sets the bar high for the level of service that should be provided to all customers, it's truly unmatched. Additionally, I had the pleasure of interacting with Phil, who exemplified professionalism from the moment I arrived. His attention to detail and seamless coordination ensured that I was in the best hands, ultimately leading me to Bryan for an exceptional service experience.
