Either that, or their engines last four years…read more Bought here, brand new, in 2021 Last month I took it in to Porsche Monmouth for an oil change. Next day I had engine troubles. Porsche told me to tow it in. Sounded serious. They inspected, called to say "I am going to transfer you to sales to purchase a new one" Then explained either that or I can pay 40k for a new engine (6 figures for a car 4 years ago and it needs a new engine) Left me with no loaner and no car for two weeks. After complaints and letting them know that every mechanic I spoke with told me the mechanics here destroyed your car, and multiple calls to Porsche NA (who informed me they will do nothing to fix the problem) I got a loaner, then "we can take 5k off the price" HAHAHAHAHAH. Weeks later I finally had it and gave a more aggressive call and then they come back with $15k off a $40k engine replacement. They then suggest to try insurance. So my insurance totals my car, says the repair cost is more than the cars value, and now 4 years, tens of thousands in yearly maintenance and 100k later I have no car. Cherry on top - they are charging me a fee for looking at the engine they destroyed and charging me for towing my car in (after telling me the tow would be free) Really? Kick you while you're down after totaling and junking your car. zero accountability.

Originally I stated the noise is probably the dust shield for the brakes hitting the rotor as the ticking noise would increase speed wile the vehicle would increase speed. They did not listen to my recommendation on what the noise might be at all and they told me it was the front struts. So not questioning the "professionals" we get that work done, and behold the noise is still there. Regarding the lights on the dash they claimed the radar on the front of the car was dirty originally, so they cleaned it and the problem still persists so we had to bring it in again next week, then they had to charge me $200 for "diagnostics" and told me the radar is miss aligned and it will cost $700 ontop of the $200 to get done. So we do the realignment and the problem is still occurring another week with the problem not fixed. So now the noise is still there and the lights on the dash are still there not allowing me to use certain features (cruise control). I told them again what the noise might be and it was exactly what I told them it was the first time, the dust shield hitting the rotor. So we replaced the front struts for over $3000 for no reason, feels like they sell you bs so they get work. Now they also tell me the radar bracket is bent and causing the radar to miss align again another week in the shop, ontop of that they wanted to charge me ANOTHER $700 for a realignment I already paid for and more for the labor to install the bracket that they should've checked the first time when they charged me $200 for "diagnostics" I told them I'm coming to get the car and I'll do business elsewhere (some really good diagnostics)... For content they have had the car for 2 days a week for the last month on my only off days of the week. And don't expect a call or reply from them, each time I call them for an update they say "your service rep is busy with another customer can he call you back" followed by me calling them a hour later because they couldn't simple call me back, literally happened every single time I called. DO NOT GET SERVICE WORK DONE HERE, THEY WILL SELL YOU REPAIRS YOU DONT NEED. They reached out on Google asking if I could call them to explain what happened so it doesn't happen again to others, so I called them. No answer, wow what a shocker! Never got back to me either and I left a message.

I was interested in purchasing a used Jeep Wrangler from the area and I had asked Anthony if he would do a pre purchase inspection explaining I don't have history on the vehicle and it is for my daughter who will be getting her license soon. Anthony told me he was busy and that he could look at it the next day and would bill for one hour of labor but it would be a thorough inspection. I was happy I brought the vehicle to him as he gave me a list of items that were concerns and what repairs would need to be made. Anthony was nice enough to give me a lead on a Jeep that he knew would be up for sale and offered to inspect this one as well. I passed on the first Jeep on his recommendation and brought him the second Jeep which did need work but was in far better condition. I ended up purchasing the Jeep and brought it to his shop, the necessary repairs were made for a fair price. Anthony has a clean shop and employs several mechanics who work full time and support their families with their jobs. The shop is absolutely immaculate which demonstrates that they take pride in their work and work conditions. Anthony's has been in business for Approx 30 plus years. Anthony gave me confidence to know that the Vehicle I bought for my daughter was now safe and roadworthy for her. It has been a few weeks and I am happy to report the Jeep runs great. If you are in need of an honest quality mechanic I would not hesitate to recommend Anthony's repair shop.

I reached out to inquire about a vehicle from them and spoke with their customer service online (who were nice) but was never able to get any questions answered as I needed to speak with sales staff. I then called in and spoke with reception who said that they could answer any vehicle questions as the sales staff were busy and would not take calls. If I wanted to speak with the sales staff I needed to go in person. I said that I was not local and getting this information was necessary before I consider booking a flight to look at the car in person. When I started to ask questions about the state of the vehicle, the reception staff became incredibly rude and argumentative. They said they could answer my questions but when I started to ask very basic questions like, have any recalls been closed, what maintenance was done in prep for the sale, was the prior owner a smoker, could I get a CarFax or equiv... I was hung up on. When I tried calling back I kept getting hung up on. I recommend you do not waste your money with this establishment as it is obvious they don't care about their customers. Looking online, there are complaints to the BBB and it is clear other customers are not happy with them. There are plenty of other dealers nearby (or online). Give them a try instead as I am sure any experience that you get from them will be better than what these folks have been able to offer.

    i overpaid all of my savings for this 2002 honda civic (ALMOST 8000$!) thats had a million problems…read moresince day one. oil leaks, codes, bad CAT, bad struts, 2 cylinder misfires, a bad 02 sensor, doors not locking or unlocking, on and on. i bought this car 3 months ago and had a million problems. they helped me the third day with one minor one but than just after 30 days they said they cant help me and everything went wrong. than they gave me the wrong warranty information and claim they did give it to me and now my warranty is just about void because ive been contacting the wrong company about it this whole time trying to find my contract. this is the worst dealership ive ever had to deal with and will never recommend it to anyone DONT BUY A CAR HERE. i also reported on BBB if you want more of the story. scam shiesty car dealership. go to a real dealer or get ripped off. they will not even respond to me hence why im pursuing this through consumer affairs as well, i have a report from a certified shop that they sctually had their mechanic put an illegal cheat tube for this car to pass inspection as well that i found out yesterday. also never was told all this work was done or there was an accident at time of purchase. i will be reviewing this on every platform to make all potential buyers aware.
