Example no frozen deer sausage, no frozen chicken sausage, no big packs of frozen boudain balls, etc. I honestly do not even think they will have enough space to be able to have these items. It will be ideal for people driving from afar that the frozen items be increased. There was a price misplacement in front of an item and the kind gentleman that was stocking the freezer was not sure how to help me. I appreciated that he went over and beyond to be sure my question was answered. He went to grab another employee and she then was able to help us both with the answer. I gave her a suggestion on what they should do in this case and she took note of it and stated she would pass it along. Now that's great service and enough for me to make the hour drive again just to see improvements in the future. All in all, the cracklins were definitely doing exactly what I needed them to do. Lol. Every single time we've come, it feels like NO ONE wants to be working there. Except for the wonderful older woman working the bakery early mornings. She does the basics. "Good morning", "have a great day", "let me get you a warm kolache", "have a safe trip". You know simple,polite,no extra small talk. Stuff that no one ever, like never besides her has done. The girls at check out are the worst. I'm going to leave it at that. At this point it's a management problem. 2.) it's not open 24 hours. The only reason we stop at buccees is to use the bathroom if we know we will get here before it opens. We will still keep coming. The toasted cinnamon coffee and pecan is AMAZING!!!! I've bought bags several times just to have it. The bakery goods, and jerky blow anything buccees has. I've bought steaks here to make back home and they were great. I've bought salsas, rubs, honey, cakes, etc.... The bathrooms even though they aren't as big, are just as clean as buccees. Never tried the restaurant here but maybe one day....
