I had no idea where I was and was very concerned that I wouldn't be able to get to the next game, let alone home to my family in San Francisco. Even though it was a Saturday, I called R&R on a prayer hoping that they'd take pity on me. Within 10 minutes Rob and his wife were standing next to me and shortly after that my car was in the shop. Rob fixed the issue and proceeded to do a complete checkup, just to make sure that there weren't any other issues lurking. I made it to the next game on time and drove the 100 miles home without a problem. Car has run perfectly now for 2 weeks These are good people that truly care about helping others. The world needs more of them. Thank you!

Within 20 minutes of my initial call, Rob and his wife Lisa were there, waiting to help me. They were very friendly and within an hour, had my Ford Ranger truck assessed and fixed at a VERY fair price, less than what the OTHER garages wanted for me to come in at 8:00 a.m., leave my truck all day long and then have to go back. I haven't found service like this in a long time and I was totally surprised and appreciative that they took the time. I am now confident in them treating me well and honestly assessing and fixing my truck, and I will be returning to my new favorite garage every time my truck needs repair. As a single woman who's been ripped off time and time again, what a refreshing surprise. Don't hesitate, this couple is very down to earth and in business to treat you right, with top of the line CORRECT parts, quick and quality service, from the beginning to the end, even showing you the old parts. It doesn't get much more transparent than that! So thank you to Rob and Lisa for an honest, old-fashioned way of doing business. That's rare these days. I totally appreciate you!

I called and spoke to John. He ordered my part immediately, and my car was done the next morning. Talk about service!!! Reasonably priced and guess what??? John took my car over to American Smog and took care of the certificate for me. That is customer service that you just absolutely do not find anywhere anymore. Since I wanted to get my DMV tags quickly, I headed straight back over to American Smog, paid my fees and got my tags right away. A couple of days later, my check engine light came on (this had nothing to do with the first fix) and I called John immediately. He said bring it back in and let's see what the problem is. He figured it out right away and I'm taking it back in this morning. It was a simple fix, and I will be back on the road in no time. John was an absolute delight, and I appreciate his honesty and his integrity. I have already told four people about how awesome these guys are at Performance Brake and Muffler.
