I found an RV online I was interested in. There's a button to click to get the best price so I…read moreclicked the button and entered my information. The first response regarding the price was just giving me the same price so I questioned what is the get best price button? I was told by Kevin that would be $500 off. I asked very detailed and specific questions regarding final out the door, price terms and interest rate. He only responded with the out the door price of the RV so I didn't respond. Then I started receiving text messages from Devon asking if I wanted to move forward. Again, I said I needed to know the terms so I could decide how I wanted to finance it. Devon only quoted me a monthly payment of $329-$359. I didn't respond. Again, I was asked if I wanted to move forward with the purchase. So again, I asked what is the interest rate in term? Devon responds with 8.9% for 180 months.!!! I respond with the figures and that none of that math adds up. Then this morning the sales manager James Spallino starts interjecting in the text thread and is extremely rude. Calling me out like he's smarter than me talking about something totally different. Very unprofessional and totally uncalled for. There are thousands upon thousands of RVs for sale. You would think as a sales manager, the goal would be to get one sold. Instead of trying to be little or intimidate somebody into buying, his role should be high-level customer service with the ability to understand and communicate financing options and negotiate the best deal for the customer. The one portion of the text chain below should give a good idea

We had an incredible and easy experience renting with this company. After several failed attempts…read moreat renting through websites like outdoorsy and RVers we came up empty handed and frustrated. We googled rv places close by and found these guys. They're a locally owned business that offers both for purchase and rentable options. We opted for the coachmen leprechaun rv that slept 5 of us very comfortably. The process was smooth, educational and comparably priced to others out there. The rv was clean, in good condition and ready to go. Pick up takes about 30 minutes due to instructions and ensuring all rules are known. The drop off took 1 min. Park, drop the keys and go. We'll be back!

WARNING!!!! My father gave my family a Country Coach…read moremotorhome when he moved to a retirement facility. The motorhome was stored in an air conditioned airplane hanger & is in pristine condition. I live out of state and because of the distance I decided to sell the motorhome. Joe at RV Outlet agreed to sell the motorhome through consignment. Prior to pick up of the motorhome I hired an RV inspector & a diesel mechanic to do a complete check & tune up on the motorhome. After Joe picked up the motorhome he informed me that the motorhome was having mechanical issues. His mechanic quoted $5,000 for repairs (new gas tank, slide out replacement, new key). Joe advertised the motorhome & sent me the listing. A buyer put in an offer well below value. Joe advised me it was in both our interests to accept. Joe sent me a signed promissory note on 2/9/25. The promissory note states I would receive payment within 45 days of the sale 2/9/25. After 45 days passed I inquired several times on the status of payment. Joe told me he had not received payment from the lender because they were short staffed & behind. On 5/2/25 Joe stated that the money from the lender was wired to him & he will pay me that week. Joe contacted me that same week and stated that he did not received payment from the lender & wants to make partial payments to me until he can pay me in full. Joe told me because the lender International Credit Union of Omaha is in Nebraska it can take longer. After further research I found out no such lender exists. On the Florida Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles site there is no lien holder listed on the title further proving that there was never a lender or a payment we were waiting for. It is now 121 days since the "sale", I have not received payment, communication, or documentation of the bill of sale from Joe or any representative of RV Outlet. We have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and are taking legal action against RV Outlet for theft and fraud.

Looking for a super C motorhome for quite a while because of their towing capacity. Found one in…read moreFlorida, talked to the dealer and decided I wanted to buy it however I was not sure on how to go about this large purchase. Decided I needed a RV inspection service since I live over 1000 miles away. Searched the internet and read reviews. After reading many reviews I decided on 2B Limitless RV Inspections and talking to the owner George. He told me he was a RV tech for 10 years and I believe he said he was inspecting RVs for 6 years. He said he charged by the length of the motorhome and mine would be $420.00. He also told me he would send me an invoice and after I paid it he would schedule an appointment to inspect he unit. I paid the invoice as soon as I received it (11-23-2019) and he scheduled the inspection for the next week. George did the inspection as promised, sent me a short report and many pictures. He called me that night and we discussed what he observed when he looked over the unit. There were a few issues in his report that should be addressed but nothing major. We ended our phone conversation that night with him telling me I wouldn't be disappointed with this unit. I found financing, obtained insurance, booked flights for my son in law and myself and we flew from PA to Florida on 12/7/19 to sign the paperwork and drive it home. Confidence was high because of 2B Limitless RV Inspections review of the unit. After landing in Orlando and getting a ride to the Dealer that had the RV for sale I had a chance to inspect it myself with all the intentions of driving it 1060 miles back home. After i looked the unit over and drove it I decided I didn't want to own a $70000 project. It had many small issues like no catch on the refrigerator doors, straps on pocket doors, catch for shower door, catch for pull out pantry, roll shades that don't go up all the way just to mention a few. Larger issues were interior wall delamination in two places front fiberglass Cap not attached on the driver side (I could put my finger between the cap and the side of the rv), could see daylight on both side of the bottom entry step. Generally every compartment door I opened needed to be lifted back into it's opening. Yes he noted that one door needed adjustment, You can't adjust that style of hinge. The test ride was interesting. When I pulled out of the lot all those doors and pantry that didn't have latches or straps were flying open as I came out of the lot. The guy that was with us was running around inside trying to close things as I went around corners. Nothing I could do but laugh. As I approached 35 MPH I felt a bothersome drive line vibration. It stayed right through 55 MPH and that's as fast as I went. It happened every time I ran it up to 35. In the end I decided to not purchase the unit. I have read stories of RV owners never solving driveline vibrations and the final straw was the inside paneling having water damage in two places. Water damage is probably the worst thing that can happen to RVs. This would be my 4th motorhome purchase and I knew to walk away from this one. So there we were in Florida and needed to get home. We found a next day flight (expensive) and a hotel room for the night. More Uber fares of course. On the 13th of December I decided to email George at 2B Limitless RV Inspections and tell him I didn't purchase the unit and was disappointed about the items he missed. A day or two later he phoned me apologizing. He said he would refund my money. He said after receiving my email he went back over to the dealer and confirmed what I said was true. He told me he would send me a refund to my credit card but it would take two weeks. I didn't have a problem with that. Two weeks came and went ... emailed him ... I got some kind of excuse that it didn't go thru ... another two weeks and another excuse ... over and over. We talked on the phone and he was really sincere but still no refund. Finally he said he can't seem to make his service give me a refund so would I accept a visa gift card. No problem I said. Guess what... No gift card. Called him one last time probably around the middle of February and he said he just got the card that day and I said thank you. Never received it and he doesn't answer emails or his phone anymore 3/11/2020.

Buying an RV is very stressful and knowing you have a professional to double check and inspect all of the things you may not even know to look for is such a relief. The information George provided during the inspection was priceless considering this was our very first RV. I would highly recommend George from 2B Limitless RV Inspections. This was by far the best money we spent!
