If you read my reviews you know I don't sugar coat my experiences. Prime was excellent and I have 2 experiences with purchases and I waited a bit before I reviewed. My disabled veteran buddy and I both rode and he found a Cbr1000rr he wanted so we took a ride On the weekend to prime. next to the cbr I saw a BMW S1000RR and told my buddy to look at it..well long story short it had akropovic exhaust and heated grips and so many options he bought it. while he was doing his deal I sat on a KTM 1290. I had 5 bikes so I wasn't buying..well fast forward a few months and riding my harley woth my wife and now my buddy on sport bikes I needed something a little more sporty than my CVO harley (which I loved)..well that ktm I called and spoke to salesman Martin..totally no pressue..gave me a trade in from pics of my bike. what I really liked is my buddy and I were in car business decades ago and we know the business. usually a dealer won't give an Out the door price. but I'm old and don't want to waste anyone's time or mine..but surprising they gave me a good out the door price with my trade and transfer plate. so I bought the KTM 1290..it's the damn best bike I ever owned..I started riding in the 80s! this thing has 160hp, a scottoiler which the mechanic explained to me oils the chain and increases the life of the chain which (CZ brand ktm chain and sprockets are around $300) so the scottoiler allowing 5-7x the chain life was amazing I never heard of one prior. it also had same brand Akropovic exhaust as the s1000rr which sounds amazing. electronic preload and dampening..full panniers for "tail of the dragon" sport touring, heated grips and seats..too many optiond to list. i like prime because they always have cool bikes that you wont find on craiglist and belive me i looked daily for a year. i was told Prime will be in Melbourne and they are a CFMOTO dealer which if you dont know is KTM owned and very well priced. If your looking online, just dont waste your time. go to PRIME they have harleys (like my rare CVO), sport touring, adventure bikes like my ktm, sport bikes galore, atvs and side by sides. low seat height bikes and dirtbikes. low pressue sales and i was in and out faster than my wife could get ready..lol kudos to Prime..im sure now that my buddy and i bought 2 bikes, we will be buying out next track bikes there as well. Notice to anyone wanting to purchase from this shop. These people cut hours and paychecks to employees daily. They do not care about employee safety nor fire code laws for the building. THEY WILL NOT give you a full return on any extended warranties or gap etc. to save them money. They will pay you only 75% of what's owed. If you already got money back for this sort of refund I employ you to check your statements I'm sure they owe you money. The units they sell are from auction that mechanics in the back throw together to go one the show room floor with cheap eBay parts to save money. They do not care about what the mechanics say is safe and not for sell. They don't even let customers test ride units because they won't pay for the extra insurance. Please to customers that buy from here be very careful and look over the unit with a fine comb! read more

Mathew was great. My father and I went to look at a couple bikes I found on line. The purchase was for my first road bike. We were greeted immediately and given some info etc. No pressure. Dad and I looked, I sat on a few and we decided on one. Mathew was very helpful with absolutely everything! Even downloaded what we needed to our phones for us. I hadn't had a bike in about 8 years and decided I wanted to get something low cost to see if I was going to like riding again. Unfortunately I ended up buying a suzuki c50 from Prime that was advertised as a 2008 with 23K. Price was 3500 but with all their fees it ended up at 4500. At 1st I liked the bike and rode it about 2 weeks and then it started to fall apart and run like crap. Upon taking it to another dealership I found out the odometer was showing 104K not 23K and the mechanics told me all the issues and the bike wasn't worth putting money into. Basically I paid 4500 for a 500 motorcycle (or better it should have been thrown in the trash) After deciding no matter what I didn't feel safe on the bike Chad and the gang at prime tried to assure me it wasn't 104K but probably about 35K and a new odometer. So they admitted to hiding the correct mileage but in their opinion it was only about 15K off not 80K. They tried to put me in other bikes and tack on more fees and take more $$$ I was not going to give them any more. They would make any even swaps even though they had other bikes at the same price or less. Finally without getting a lawyer the best I could get was about 1/2 of my money back 2500 so a 2 week test ride cost me 2000. Then the kicker they put the junk back for sale and now for 3800 (at least on the bright side they didn't advertise the 23K trip anymore (probably because I reset it) read more

WARNING Prime Motorcycles of Orlando (Powerplay Motorsports LLC) scammed me into buying a motorcycle placing my life at risk and left stranded on 2 occasions: Will they sell you a motorcycle with Cranking Up problems? Will they sell you a motorcycle with missing screws? Will they sell you a motorcycle with malfunctioning brakes? Will they sell you a motorcycle and VOID the title under your name? Will they sell you a motorcycle with a crank starter engine problem? Will they sell you a motorcycle with active engine motor sensor? Will they sell you a motorcycle with rotating mirrors? Will they sell you a motorcycle with unsynchronized speedometer? Will they sell you a motorcycle with a defective battery? Will they lie to your face and come up with absurd excuses to secure a sell? BE WARE of doing business with them! You stand to lose thousands of dollars and countless hours of your time. This is my story. I was pressured by Prime Motorcycles of Orlando team members, and I fell victim to the purchase of a vehicle of lesser qualities than those made believe expectations generated by Martin, their sales representative on June 1st 2023; asserting in multiple occasions that it was a safe working vehicle. However, after bringing the motorcycle for the 3rd time to show it to me within an hour interval, he finally returns the bike to the service department and informs me that they would have to leave it over night to work on it. However, he was very insistent that it was just a minor fix, that I had nothing to worry about, and that we could go ahead and proceed with filling out paperwork and payment, because they wouldn´t be able to put the bike on hold. All of the documents that I was pushed into signing and paying for, were signed before Martin finally took it back into the service department to be fixed. And when picking up the motorcycle on the 3rd June, even though the motorcycle presented one minor power issue, witnessed by Martin and Trent (head of the service department), it did crank up again, I immediately manifested to Martin that I wanted to return the motorcycle. Martin, said that I was being sold a working used vehicle worth the money that I paid for, that I only had 45 minutes to return the bike after the purchase (meaning the 1st of june) and that the issues with the brakes or the crank up were not enough to bring it to the attention of the General Management. And so, I was sent home, 1hr away, with a motorcycle with a crank starter engine problem, whose mirrors where rotating, with missing screws in the body of the motorcycle, with the engine alert activated displayed on the board, bad breaks, and unsynchronized speedometer. This issue has gone beyond simple administrative and paperwork oversights. Securing a sell at all costs is unethical, as they are placing peoples lives in danger by selling defective motorcycles. The motorcycle first stopped working on June the 4th, one day after bringing it home from Prime Motorcycle of Orlando. Then, I wasn´t able to use the motorcycle until June 15th, after buying a trickle charger, to be left stranded that same day. And was left stranded again on the 27th of June, two days after having picked up the motorcycle from Prime Motorcycles workshop, after they took it back for a revision on the 16th of June. And I still haven´t been able to use it ever since, as have expressed to Chad, the GM at Prime motorcycles in previous conversations since the 4th of June up until today. On their report they didn´t explain what is draining the energy out of the battery? Since they claim that they replaced the motorcycles battery on the 1st of June for a new one, and that they had fully charged it again for me to pick it up on the 27th. Making it evident that they knew about the problem before hand and didn´t want to put in the time and resources to fix it. Today July 18th, I went to the DMV to retrieve the title of the Motorcycle, to find out that they had purposely voided the title under my name, and had placed under someone else's name. When confronting Chad, the GM at prime, he came up with an excuse that it was just a minor mistake and that it would be taken care off, that I shouldn´t worry. Given this unfortunate series of events, I´ve lost job interviews, spent countless hours on the phone with Prime Motorcycles representatives, explaining to them my situation and trying to get them to become accountable, calling multiple mechanics in the area, putting time and resources to buy a trikle charger, and a battery, going to the DMV and off course paying for towing services when left stranded at night. I recently moved to FL on the 26 of May this year, and used my savings to buy the motorcycle and make ends meet. However, I continue to lose opportunities, and have been left in vulnerable situation. I´m in debt paying for my credit card, unable to find a mechanic willing to work on the Belmont Machine name brand, and no way near of making the commute to prospect jobs. read more

Avoid this dealership at all costs, lost 15,000 on a used junked red 2014 Yamaha R1, Matthew Votino sales specialist did not tell me that the bike had major issues or told me that the bikes electrical wiring was spliced and cut up and that the engine is unhealthy and ready to quit at any time had the bike only for a month and it already broke down called the dealership and asked them what shall I do because the dealership where I live at refused to repair the bike because the electrical is too complex and it's an old bike so the dealer told us that there is this five star motorcycle repair that does wiring and diagnostics so we took it to them and they told that that the wiring has been cut up spliced butchered, and that some of the wires in there that's left our speaker wire then they told us that the engine is unhealthy and that it needs major repairs and The extended warranty does not cover the rewiring of the bike or a new engine and the motorcycle repair professionals told me that the best thing to do is just bring the bike back to the dealership and I contacted Matthew and he told me that I would have to talk with Aaron then I called the dealer and spoke with Aaron and they were like offering to fix it under warranty, but I called my warranty aftercare and they say they don't replace engines or electrical and it would have to cost out-of-pocket, which is unethical that I would have to pay to get it fixed because something that is not covered by warranty that I just paid for and I bought the motorcycle to ride assuming that it is healthy and runs good and when it's a used vehicle, yeah it may be worn a little bit, but not completely destroyed under the shell of the bike. I was not allowed to take the bike to my mechanic so he could look over it Matthew told me that I would have to buy it first. I asked, I would like my money back and return the motorcycle because it's a lemon and it most of the things that are wrong with it I was not made of aware of the issues, but Aaron told me that they do not do refunds or trade backs and refused to take the bike back and give my money back within the first month that I had it so basically I was sold a lemon but Florida does not have lemon laws, on used vehicles, or Motorcycles. If you're reading this and had the same thing happened to you, they're legally allowed to do what they're doing. I'm just warning you and telling you my experience and warning y'all that this dealership will not tell you the truth about any issues with the motorcycle they'll tell you that this motorcycle is well maintained and taken care of and within the month you take to get it fixed and all these issues appear and refuse to make it right and we want our money back, but they're legally allowed to do what they're doing because there's no lemon laws on those kind of things so basically my experience with this dealership is spent 15,000 for a used trashed motorcycle so after it's paid off, we sell it to Copart and it's unusable so basically sitting in my garage until the day it goes to Copart seems like a waste of money but legally scammed in Florida read more

I was going to post a great review about Prime Motorcycles. They were very nice to me, made me feel comfortable. However, once I got home with my new ATV, I found some things wrong with it. At first I spoke to their lead mechanic and he talked me through one things I also emailed the salesman and their response was, the GM would contact me. Nothing happened. I emailed again. Bought a bike was told after I had signed all the papers, that it had no keys, still a month after the fact no keys, so at close they said just go buy a pad lock or a chain, ok right now I have to pay for a lock or a chain because you could not tell the truth , if you buy from this Micky Mouse Operation make sure the bike has keys .... read more

If I can put one star I would. Purchased a bike from them with 1,000 miles on it. They came it was brand new. A week later I'm on i4 and the bolt to the gear level fell out while I was driving. Finally after getting it towed there I tell Chad I feel unsafe riding this bike as of now could you guys look over it and make sure everything is tightened to spec and put the bolt back in. Chad told me it's $89 just for them to put that bolt it. I haven't even had the bike for more than a week. Not a happy costumer at alll. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Horrible! I am so pissed off. We just paid $4K for a used 4 wheeler. As soon as we took it off the truck...it no longer worked. And because we purchased it "as is", the company wants to charge labor fees to even diagnose the problem. It's about ethical behavior and doing what's right. That's how a business remains successful. I asked for a refund or even a credit toward another purchase. An ethical business would make sure the customer was satisfied. It would be different if the 4wheeler stop working weeks after purchase. It didn't even start up when we tried to drive it. So sad and disappointed. I would purchase a used ATV from elsewhere read more
