This shop off colonial and old Cheney is my absolute go to for my motorcycle needs. The owner, John, is a very knowledgeable and honest guy. He does great work for great prices. I have sent multiple friends here to have their bikes serviced ranging from oil changes to fork replacements as well. I just recently had him do a sprocket and chain as well as rear tire change, I was in and out within the hour. He takes very good care of your bike while it is in his possession. He gave me a courtesy call to make sure I wasn't picking up my bike that night because he was going to close the shop down for the night a half hour early. Went here today to get a tire on my 2007 GSXR600. The shop owner didn't have my tire in stock but that was ok. He actually gave me a lift to go up the road to get a tire from Cycle Gear. We came back to his shop and he installed the tire for me. Also advised me of the condition of my chain, which is good because I already had an idea it was time for it's replacement. This shop was found on a whim after being denied service at the Orlando Yamaha Kawasaki stealership up the road. (The Orlando dealership) told me I could just do a walk in for a tire change, I get there and I am told something completely different. Glad I found Imagine Powersports, will be going there from now on! read more

called them about work to my honda. It was around Christmas so when they told me they were closed for the holidays but that they would do the work, and they took my number telling me they would call me back, I expected a return call. Called back at just before New Years. Got the same story, took my number and was told they would call me back. Jan 10, I called them again because of no call backs, and was told they couldnt do the work. So now Ive wasted 15+ days expecting them to do the work as they said they would and now they back out. That pitiful customer service all the way around. I guess if you want to play some silly games and waste your time, call them. read more

I came in for a rear tire this past Saturday and the price for the tire with install was very competitive, well it turns out my Honda Shadow is a absolute pain to work on, after overcoming many obstacles with my bike we found my tube was bad, the owner was able to source a tube in record time and got me back on the road, I am forever great he went out of his way to do so seeing I rode from two counties over. Very nice people. That being said work is decent nothing great, but honesty is a serious concern. They don't manage time properly and have no regard for your time. Being told at 10:30a they are finishing up the bike right now "I will get it done right now" (estimated 30min job) come by at noon and it will be ready. I show up on my day off and they didn't touch my bike not one bit! An hour later after throwing a fit did they hand me my bike. By the way...it was suppose to be done on Monday and it's Wednesday. I have been searching for a reliable mechanic in the area to take my motorcycle to for routine maintenance and tuning. Even in my attempt to just call to schedule repairs and ask other relevant questions I have been repeatedly met with an unwillingness to help and a disregard for the customers needs. These guys seem solely focused on draining your pockets. I wish I could recommend their service, but I would steer clear unless you want your time wasted. read more
