He never even checked. I even offered to pay for a prorated set as per the Nitto manufacturer, which Hatch the owner refused to do. It should be noted that he did not inspect the 3 other tires on my truck. This has been a nightmare that has now fallen on the consumers shoulders. I buy a set of tires from a Robert's Tire and then they tell me to kick rocks when it comes time to make things right. Do better Hatch, even when telling him that I rotate my tires every 5,000 miles, he tells me " good for you". Here I am with an issue and Hatch, the Owner, wants to be condescending and sarcastic.
