I contacted them today, spoke with "Paul" several times in parts. I am in need of a few parts for my bike, and NOONE has them in stock ANYWHERE. Trust me, I tried. He literally said he would check, and try to locate them for me. We hung up, and I honestly kinda figured wasn't gonna happen. PAUL IS THE MAN. I have spoken with him three times today, and he is searching for them high and low. This earned my business, regardless of the parts, for all servicing and parts, and probably my next bike. Would love to get the parts, NEED the parts; but the fact that a business nowadays will try to actually do business beyond "we don't have any" is AWESOME, I say this because I spoke to EVERY RE Dealer in Florida, and tried 15 websites, even Ebay.
