I made a point of requesting a paper title be issued to me. After a period of not receiving a title I called the finance guy. He did not remember me and said he didn't know if a paper title was applied for and basically hung up on me.The fact that they charge so much for admin and they botched a simple title transfer is the epitome of incompetence . This wasted a considerable amount of my time.

2022...I am amazed at how many times this service department can lie to one customer. They had my…read moremotorcycle for nearly 4 months last Spring. Every 3 weeks, I would have to call them, so they could tell me it would be ready next week. I needed a carb clean and new petcock. They didn't even order parts until they had it close to 3 months, but blamed the delay on "supply chain issues". How can you use that excuse if you haven't started the work or ordered parts after having it for 3 months?? The entire Spring went by and I was unable to ride. THEN, I wanted to go out in the fall when the weather was better, but had to have another carb clean. How is this possible if it was just cleaned and a new petcock in place? I don't know if it was ever done correctly because I never got to ride it. I paid them to do it again! After the second carburetor clean, they neglected to put the battery back in the bike. I specifically asked if it was installed before loading it on the trailer. They said, "yes, it is". It was not there because they "forgot" to put MY battery back in the bike. Then they said they'd mail it to me. I waited another week before calling. They didnt ever mail it. Then, they said they would personally bring it by my house. They didnt show up on that day either. They never even called me back. In December, I still could not ride cause I didn't have my battery that they would not make the effort to return to me. I eventually bought another battery and asked them to reimburse me. They refused to reimburse me. What?? You can't believe anything the service department tells you. I was lied to at least a dozen times. They may even steal from you with no remorse. I paid them over $600 for 2 carb cleans, and they would rather me write this review than to reimburse my $93, the replacement cost of MY battery. Only one star cause zero isn't an option. I can't believe these crooks! DONT give them your money!! 2026...As an update, I had another mechanic tell me that there's no chance they replaced that petcock. I had to have a third carb clean because the bad petcock kept dumping junk in my carburator. "There's no chance this was replaced" as they said. They lied about timeline. They lied about parts ordered. They lied about the work they actually did. They stole my battery and didn't offer to replace it. I'm just disgusted.

It's been a few years, but one of his techs that worked on my Valkyrie released the bike to me with no gear oil in the rear pumpkin, and as a result I had gear shavings all over the place when I went to change that oil again. Completely unacceptable, especially for an older bike that's hard to get parts for. Due to this one experience, I can't recommend Cycle One.

When I told him I only wished to get the model priced out he did not accept my answer and tried pushing me into a fast purchase. He was exceedingly unprofessional and pushy. As soon as it was made clear I would not be purchasing that day, all service was lost. Finally, when asked if I could have the handwritten quote I was provided with I was told I could not take it home... Seriously? Overall I'm impressed. Impressed that there are enough people willing to spend their hard earned money at this location. I will not be returning.

I tried to install it anyways and fuel leaked rapidly from one of the front tank mounts. If I had tried to ride the bike, it could have burst into flames and killed me.
