I had been bringing my GoldWing here for years to have repairs done, new tires installed, and have…read moreoil changes performed. Recently, I attempted to make an appointment to have a new rear tire installed and was told that they would not change the tire because my GoldWing is older than 10-years. When I asked about this policy change and what did the age of my bike have to do with changing my tire, I was informed that they did not want to search eBay for parts on older bikes. This is ridiculous logic for a 12-year old, 50,000 mile GoldWing, where I can directly order OEM parts from Honda myself. After much arguing I was given a "one-time" approval by the service manager to have my tire replaced. I have been a loyal customer at this shop since I moved to Florida many years ago; however, their lack of logical customer service has caused this customer to never return.

I contacted them today, spoke with "Paul" several times in parts. I am in need of a few parts for my bike, and NOONE has them in stock ANYWHERE. Trust me, I tried. He literally said he would check, and try to locate them for me. We hung up, and I honestly kinda figured wasn't gonna happen. PAUL IS THE MAN. I have spoken with him three times today, and he is searching for them high and low. This earned my business, regardless of the parts, for all servicing and parts, and probably my next bike. Would love to get the parts, NEED the parts; but the fact that a business nowadays will try to actually do business beyond "we don't have any" is AWESOME, I say this because I spoke to EVERY RE Dealer in Florida, and tried 15 websites, even Ebay. I made a point of requesting a paper title be issued to me. After a period of not receiving a title I called the finance guy. He did not remember me and said he didn't know if a paper title was applied for and basically hung up on me.The fact that they charge so much for admin and they botched a simple title transfer is the epitome of incompetence . This wasted a considerable amount of my time.

I've purchased here before, so I reached out again to trade in my current jet ski for a new GP SVHO. I made it clear from the start that I was not asking for a final offer or exact pricing--just a ballpark trade-in range to see if the deal made sense before making the trip in. Sidney asked for photos, VIN, and videos, and told me he'd get back to me in a few minutes. I sent everything right away. Then...nothing. I followed up for days. Each time I was told they were "checking" or "working on it." After a week of back-and-forth, I was finally told they don't give any figures over text or email and that I'd have to come in person. If that policy had been stated upfront, I wouldn't have wasted a week providing everything they requested and waiting for an answer that was never going to come. This place could fix a lot by simply being upfront and transparent.
