So I was looking for a bike under 10k. I found my dream bike at that dealership.. I spoke to the salesman, Mickey. And the finance manager, Dallas. He called me at 3:30. We spoke about the Bike all the numbers were worked out. I told him I got caught at work and I will be by tomorrow cause it's an hour and a half drive. I told him if I need to put a deposit on the Bike to hold it I will. (Rare bike with low miles)He said he'll give me a call if somebody looks at the Bike.. I get a text this morning at 9 AM. I needed some parts for my wife's bike and since I was near Leesburg , Florida I decided to stop by Gator Harley. After the service representative rang up my ticket he notified me that I had a $12 credit which I didn't even know I had from about a year earlier. Nice surprise. I also found a cute Gator Harley t-shirt in 4t for my grandson. He will enjoy the Gator on the back. I noticed they had the new 2023 Harley 120 Anniversary CVO Road Glide Ultra on the showroom floor which is a brand new bike and rare only 1500 we're made and this one was number 89 of 1500. The bike was enjoyable to look at but unfortunately for me is was $59,000. All the employees I spoke with were pleasant and friendly country folk. The bike I test rode and took home and yes given the keys for was not the bike I signed for, I mentioned to my salesperson that the mileage didn't match, and he told me it was probably a typo. Then 3 weeks later I get a phone call asking for my vin number.. In short they sold me the wrong bike, then my salesperson instead of trying to make it right had the audacity to accuse me of stealing the bike I was given the keys for and test rode, how do you steal a bike you have the keys for? Then wanted me to bring the bike to his residence to swap it out, which should've been done ALL at the dealership. My I'll call him salesperson was rude unprofessional and ignorant.. Personally I for the LIFE of me can't understand why he even has a job there after speaking with his boss ... I will NEVER go back to them for ANYTHING the level of unprofessionalism was something for the Grammy awards and that's putting it lightly.. Gator Harley Davidson provided excellent customer service in the merchandise and parts area. This store is an hour away from me so I called before leaving to make sure that a jacket that I wanted to purchase for my daughter was in stock. The sales associate was super friendly and let me know that if I delayed my shopping by one day I would be able to take advantage of their 20 percent off sale. Harley Davidson items are pretty expensive so this was a big deal to me. When I arrived their store was super busy but yet everything went smoothly. I was shown the jacket and given exceptional advice on the fit. This put me in a great mood to shop so I headed over to the parts department to order a Windshield Bag and was very pleased to learn that the item that I wanted was in stock. This made me want to go ahead and purchase a windshield bag for my daughters sportster but I was unsure about the fit. Billy Turley spent about 30 minutes picking out options and taking them up to the front off the store to show my daughter what each item looked like on the same bike in their inventory. Afterwards I headed back to the apparel section and was pleased to find that they were well stocked with all sizes available in men's, women's and children. I was able to find perfect gifts in each department. Every employee that I encountered was terrific. read more

I was heading to Leesburg Bike Fest in April 2024 when my bike broke down. A friend was able to make a temp repair so I was able to continue on the trip as we were more than halfway there. I called the dealer and spoke with Scott in service, he said that he would check and call me back. He called me back to let me know they had the parts needed to repair the bike. I took it to the dealer in the morning when they opened on Saturday and dropped it off with Scott. They worked my bike in and I received a message in about 3 and half hours that the bike was ready. This is my first time visiting the dealership and really appreciate how well I was taken care of while dealing with a breakdown on a trip away from home. Scott was professional, helpful and friendly, his customer service performance is a credit to the dealership and Harley Davidson. We rode up here for an event they were having over Friday and Saturday. They had set up a very nice music stage and had great bands playing. Beer and mixed drinks were available at reasonable prices. They had multiple vendors sampling barbecue and chili. The dealership is very nice inside, and had plenty of merchandise. I recently moved to the area with my nearly new '16 Heritage Classic but never noticed until last week that the selling dealer in TN didn't program the security system and key fobs, making the bike startable without the fobs. I rode over to Gator HD to make a service appointment to have the system programmed. On arrival Doon, the very pleasant service advised said "bring the bike right in and we'll do it now, it will only take 10 minutes." The service technician Eddie quickly appeared to ask a few questions and rolled the bike back to the shop to make the repair. I went to the comfortable waiting area where I spotted fresh free coffee (at 3pm!) and free wifi. 10 minutes later Eddie shows up with my fobs, some paperwork, a handshake, and a "welcome to Florida" and after some friendly chitchat sends me on my way. No charge! A thoroughly positive experience all around. There are at least seven HD dealers within an hour's ride from my new home, but Gator HD is where I'll be returning for all my HD needs. I was also planning on buying a few hundred dollars worth of new parts while there. They choose not to get my 150 and even more. I have also spent money there in the past. In the past two weeks, I visited four different Harley dealerships in the West Central Florida region to see the new colors of the 2020 Tri Glide Ultra trikes. Of all the dealerships, Gator Harley stood out heads and shoulders above the other three. Their motorcycle pricing is at MSRP without artificial markups. The sales staff are helpful but not pushy and a big shout out to Dallas who sells and is an F&I person some of the time. The parts staff starting with Lupo, a weekend staff member with extensive credentials, was working alongside Jamie-Lee who is the parts manager could not have been nicer and more accommodating. They offer the best Veterans discount around the area and are definitely on their A-game. The entire feel of the dealership which is reportedly family owned and has one other store in the Claremont area is second to none in this general region of Florida IMO. Two of the three other stores I visited had extremely pushy "used car" type salespeople and the other store was about average in terms of bike sales staff interactions. Gator Florida has earned my business and loyalty and I will endeavor to continue driving the 50 miles from my home to support their outstanding dealership. read more

My fiance and I leased a 2011 ultra classic cvo from gator Harley on April 23. we LOVED this bike, we have had nothing but issues unfortunately. To start when driving the bike jumps all over and jerks and backfires, it keeps shutting off and the gauge for the battery says we lose power, the exhaust keeps falling off and wont stay, which is causing intake issues. also we are having electrical issues, our bike was literally throwing sparks while we were sitting on it and was smoking. we have brought the bike back several times to be fixed. Harley was gracious enough to service it and "fix" it. well we went to biketober fest this past weekend and when we started our ride home we broke down. fortunately for us we broke down right off main street and at a motorcycle mechanics shop. he was gracious enough to look at our bike and tell us what was wrong with it. AGAIN the exhaust came undone and the mechanic whom looked at it said the bolt holes are completely stripped from when Harley fixed it and he would have to take the front end of the motor off to fix it. The point is for the amount we are paying we should be able to jump on our bike and take a ride without having to worry about being able to make it home and back. at what point is gator going to make this right!? read more

The merchandise is pricey but that's not out of the norm for HD gear but when I was approached by an eager female employee while browsing the regularly priced boots and asked if she could help me, I told her yes but I want to know where the sale and clearance footwear is located her while attitude changed and she simply pointed in the direction and walked away. That makes your customer feel cheap and unworthy of your time which is not ok. The store is very nice and carries a good selection but next time I'm in the market for that type of gear, I will more than likely go somewhere else first read more

Four stars because I've only had one experience with Gator. New to the area and my 98 FLSTC needed some maintenance and repair. I saw they offer free pick up for service within a 15 mile radius, made the arrangements and had the bike picked up right on time. They transport in a covered trailer and the driver secured the bike properly. The service guys ,Jay and Mat (T-Bird) gave me a complete breakdown of the repair and service cost. Actually the bike was ready sooner than I thought. Picked it up, checked it and did a test ride. Bike had been washed, looked and ran great. They were a pleasure to deal with from the service to the parts counter people. Can't ask for more than that! read more

My husband and I attended the SOA event at this dealership in the fall...we did not GET WHAT WE PAID for but figured there was nothing we could do about it. Recently on a cruise, we met a guy who also had attended and he said he got half his money back. So we called the dealership and spoke to Brett general mgr who basically told us "Too late...you should have seen me that night." I had to call them to get directions and I was pleasantly surprised by the ACTUAL REAL human being on the other side of the phone! She was super pleasant and got me to their location with no extra trouble! As I walked in I was immediately greeted by (I think) the same girl on the phone. As I wondered through the dealership to find my shirts I noticed the dealership to be clean and full of friendly faces! Bobbie was super helpful with finding me the perfect shirt for my father! I just visited your store as I just arrived from San Diego and was looking for a t shirt. I walked in the front door this afternoon and passed by a group of about 4 employees, likely salesmen, having a meeting , they ignored me. I passed thru the motor clothes dept. and two employees were looking down on their counter acting busy, and they ignored me also. I continued to wander through your store for at least 20 minutes, browsing around, in the parts department and all over the store. I then exited your store after passing by at least 7 employees during my entire visit. Not one employee made eye contact, said hello or offered their assistance. They seem oblivious to the fact that I came in your store. Just for your information I don't think I am that scary looking! I am a 68 year old seasoned Harley rider and HOG member who has probably visited at least over 50 Harley shops in my travels many times across our nation. The reception I received at your facility ( or did not receive) was one of the poorest ever.
