They don't raise the car up. They walk down steps to go under the car to replace the filter. They tested my antifreeze. Checked my air filter - but no hard upsell. They checked my other fluids also. It was VERY interesting to watch Tristan and Seth work as a team. The friendly banter made it more interesting. I got to observe someone doing their complete job! I asked a few Q's and they obliged my curiosity. Fascinating experience. Loved it! AND they even give you a cold bottle of water AND wash your windshield REALLY well too! 17 stars! I will be back... Thanks guys!
