I've been a customer here for several years. Where I come from, self-serve isn't very available…read moreand, if it is, it's an unorganized crapshoot. This yard style made finding parts fun again. The costs can be confusing. While there is a decent price list on the website, I was initially tripped up by the à la carte pricing. For example, I bought an instrument cluster bezel priced at $15.50. However, the bezel had the headlamp switch (9.95), dimmer switch (9.95), and cigarette lighter (2.99), bringing the total to $38.39. I had the choice to remove them or keep the extra parts. Pay attention to the components! Like any other business, you pay for everything that you take. If you don't know how this works, you might feel overcharged. Pros: - Large inventory - Well organized - Pricing is mostly fair - Helpful staff - Easy to use online inventory and pricing Cons: - Inventory has been refreshing much more slowly in the last year. - Website inventory isn't updated daily. Of course, cars aren't set on the weekend, but new inventory sometimes isn't published for 2 or 3 business days (this applies to Orlando; the Fort Pierce and WPB locations are punctual). - The aisles in the yard are soft, making it difficult to walk and move parts. - The yard is narrow and long. It's nearly a 1/4 mile from the parking lot to the back of the yard. - The website is barely usable on the iPad. (Edited to remove iPhone as it is fixed with the iOS 26.4 update - iPad version still sucks both in Mobile and Desktop site modes). My Wishlist: - Website updated daily (business days). - More pictures of the cars! Other yards post the six outside, two inside, and an engine compartment photo. - Improved accessibility with better aisles. I'm not talking about ramps or rails, just basic walkability. I frequent a few similar area yards and it's so much easier to use the paved yard with shopping carts! - Some shade would be amazing. - Sort out iPad formatting issue. It's a straightforward fix. Final thoughts: I will give them five stars when the online experience is upgraded so that inventory changes are promptly posted and more photos are included. EDITED 03/19/2026: Updated to reflex iPhone fix.

I contacted them today, spoke with "Paul" several times in parts. I am in need of a few parts for my bike, and NOONE has them in stock ANYWHERE. Trust me, I tried. He literally said he would check, and try to locate them for me. We hung up, and I honestly kinda figured wasn't gonna happen. PAUL IS THE MAN. I have spoken with him three times today, and he is searching for them high and low. This earned my business, regardless of the parts, for all servicing and parts, and probably my next bike. Would love to get the parts, NEED the parts; but the fact that a business nowadays will try to actually do business beyond "we don't have any" is AWESOME, I say this because I spoke to EVERY RE Dealer in Florida, and tried 15 websites, even Ebay. You guys rock and thanks!! Hope Paul can pull it off!!

I bought a used 2019 Ducati Monster 797 from Ducati Orlando / RiderMarket and specifically asked…read morethe salesman once and called service twice, whether the bike had been serviced, whether the major scheduled services including the valve/Desmo service had been done. I was told all three times that service had checked it out and that everything was good to go. There were problems as soon as I got the bike home, an independent mechanic diagnosed a clogged rear fuel injector. The injector had to be removed, ultrasonically cleaned, tested, and reinstalled to fix the unaddressed problem the bike had prior. I found a public review from 2 months before my purchase of the same bike having immediate fuel-related problems during a prior sale before it was returned (Howie). I then bought the bike two months later and experienced the same unfixed fuel-related defect. In the intervening 2 months between the failed sale and the sale to me, the issue was unaddressed but sold as "good to go". When I later pushed for records, the dealership sent a single repair order from almost a year earlier, but it did not list the valve / Desmo service I had specifically asked about before purchase. I also found that the dash service indicators for the desmo service and the oil had been reset on the date of the RO, but the dealership did not provide matching documentation showing that the actual valse service had been performed. I did not expect the bike to be perfect, but I expected much more than this. This bike was represented as serviced and ready to ride, while the records and timeline raise serious questions about whether that was true. I liked David and the sales people and have no complaints there, but there is a serious issue here. I expected a higher standard from an authorized Ducati dealer.

Fortunately, my cousin lives in the Orlando area, and he was able to get me out to Cycle Gear where they had a battery for me. We were able to get out there, get the battery, and be on our way without any issues, and replacing the battery fixed the problem on the bike, so all was good. I was able to phone ahead to the store and they put the battery aside for me so that when I arrived about an hour later, they had it ready to go. Great service on their part, and it definitely saved my butt!

They have a good-sized store with a few things I wanted to check out; however, it would seem most of the store was either geared towards Motocross or Crotch Rockets and not your average Cruisers. I couldn't find a good pair of riding boots that weren't for either of those types of customers, riding pants tailored to people with a slimmer waist and shorter stature, or a brake light harness allowing me to upgrade my lights for protection on the road at night. I took a few pictures to check pricing when I got home and found they were selling some items for the same price online, but others were way overpriced. The only time we were asked if we needed help was when exiting the store. It's a shame, as they have a lot of people on the floor, but they seemed more interested in shooting the breeze with other employees than to offer assistance.

I didn't know there was such a business, but I'm glad I do now. Basically, $2 to get in. (Free on sundays). Bring your own tools. I you tell them the type of vehicle you want, they are able to search the inventory and tell you what they have and where the car is located. You are free to wander on your own and hack away at anything you need. A lot of the cars are completely stripped, but they are constantly bringing new vehicles in so you can always get new things. Once you have what you need, head back to the office and show them what you've got, and they charge you for it. Super super cheap prices in comparison to buying from a dealer or online. Added bonus for me, because I was just looking for a small plug, the guy didn't even charge me for it. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Go check it out before you search online!!!
