I've been a customer here for several years. Where I come from, self-serve isn't very available and, if it is, it's an unorganized crapshoot. This yard style made finding parts fun again. The costs can be confusing. While there is a decent price list on the website, I was initially tripped up by the à la carte pricing. For example, I bought an instrument cluster bezel priced at $15.50. However, the bezel had the headlamp switch (9.95), dimmer switch (9.95), and cigarette lighter (2.99), bringing the total to $38.39. I had the choice to remove them or keep the extra parts. Pay attention to the components! Like any other business, you pay for everything that you take. If you don't know how this works, you might feel overcharged. Pros: - Large inventory - Well organized - Pricing is mostly fair - Helpful staff - Easy to use online inventory and pricing Cons: - Inventory has been refreshing much more slowly in the last year. - Website inventory isn't updated daily. Of course, cars aren't set on the weekend, but new inventory sometimes isn't published for 2 or 3 business days (this applies to Orlando; the Fort Pierce and WPB locations are punctual). - The aisles in the yard are soft, making it difficult to walk and move parts. - The yard is narrow and long. It's nearly a 1/4 mile from the parking lot to the back of the yard. - The website is barely usable on the iPad. (Edited to remove iPhone as it is fixed with the iOS 26.4 update - iPad version still sucks both in Mobile and Desktop site modes). My Wishlist: - Website updated daily (business days). - More pictures of the cars! Other yards post the six outside, two inside, and an engine compartment photo. - Improved accessibility with better aisles. I'm not talking about ramps or rails, just basic walkability. I frequent a few similar area yards and it's so much easier to use the paved yard with shopping carts! - Some shade would be amazing. - Sort out iPad formatting issue. It's a straightforward fix. Final thoughts: I will give them five stars when the online experience is upgraded so that inventory changes are promptly posted and more photos are included. Not even a star Review: I recently visited U-Pull-&-Pay Orlando and honestly left pretty disappointed. The pricing information they advertise online doesn't seem to reflect what they actually charge at checkout. When I went to pay, the amount was higher than what I expected based on their website, which was confusing and frustrating. The customer service didn't make the situation any better. The staff came across as impatient and uninterested in helping when I asked about the price difference. Instead of explaining things clearly, their attitude felt dismissive and unprofessional. Overall, the experience was not great. Between the unclear pricing and the lack of good customer service, I wouldn't go out of my way to return. I hope they improve how they treat customers and make their pricing more consistent. read more

There's no way to describe the terrible experience I had today at U-Pull & Pay Orlando. The service I received from cashier Jackie was completely unacceptable. She told me directly that she didn't care about customer opinions and that reviews didn't matter to her. This kind of attitude is extremely disrespectful and made the whole visit very frustrating. My experience at U-Pull-&-Pay Orlando was very disappointing. The prices listed on their website are not the same as what they actually charge when you go to pay. You end up paying more than what is advertised online. On top of that, the customer service was terrible. The staff was rude and very unhelpful. When I asked if someone could assist me in my language, they mocked me instead of trying to help. I definitely do not recommend this place. I was denied entry with my service dog even though I'm epileptic and I have seizures and my dog can inform me that I'm going to have one sometimes hours before I have one so I am left with either going in without him and pretentiously getting hurt very badly if I have a seizure or not going in at all and not being able to get the part for my vehicle even though they are going against the Americans with disability act by not allowing him in because he doesn't have a service that's on it's too hot for him to wear that the guest right now so people really need to read up on certain things before they speak on it I will never come to this business again and I will inform everybody who will listen that this business refused my entry due to the fact that I have a service dog read more

Today, I visited your store to purchase a used car battery. While I was checking the batteries, a staff member (a color woman with glasses, not a racist statement just don't know her name) approached me in a way that made me feel uncomfortable and was not customer service-oriented. Despite this, I found a battery that suited my needs and proceeded to the cashier, who was very friendly and helpful. The cashier checked the battery voltage for me, and I asked if she could also test my old battery to confirm my purchase. She started to assist but was interrupted by the same staff member, who stated that checking customer batteries was not allowed. This experience left me disappointed, as many retailers provide this service free of charge and also charge them free if needed. I decided not to purchase the battery due to the lack of courtesy and support. I believe such behavior can discourage customers and negatively impact the business. read more

Less and less a viable option. Parts prices are getting ridiculous. I've been coming here since they first opened, seems like yesterday, but it's been awhile. They're the top choice in my rotation of yards. Prices are fair enough and they usually have a pretty good assortment of imports. I've never liked paying admission but that's the way of it, two bucks. LKQs three. They're well organized into sections. There's a wash up station and beverages are available for sale at the counter or outside at the old school food truck; something different than today's hipster ones. Honda's are almost always picked clean and online inventory's not always on point. They also open exactly at 9am, not a nanosecond before. Can anyone say wait for it? Lol. Not a big fan of junk yard returns, prices should reflect used/junk parts might not work but they have one; and if you're planning on using it, take exceedingly good care of your fast fading receipt. Only ever time I ever needed it, my receipt went blank in my wallet and that was a problem. Solid four point something. read more

I discovered this place a few months ago and have been meaning to post what was going to be a 5-Star review because every time I went they were exceptionally polite, nice and helpful. They tend to be more expensive than almost all the local competitors however I never had a problem paying a LITTLE more money because my experience has been they almost always had the parts I needed because they changed more and most people went to less expensive yards and by the time I made it they were picked clean. I went today with a small list of parts I needed and unfortunately they did not have my vehicle in stock. Being I made the trip and was already there I paid to go in because there were a couple items I could use. I found a beat up sun visor that would fit my mothers van, it was kinda beat up but in better condition than hers, I also have a bad spark plug wire on my car (not sure which one) so I picked up just 4 wires, I pulled some fuses to have on hand and a dome light. I expected to pay around $10.00 - $15.00, just cheap items in not the best shape but I would make due. I went to check out, the young girl at the window took the few items I had, marked them and mumbled 9-something. That is about what I expected and I got a $20.00 bill out to pay, she "corrected me" she was trying to charge me over $92.00 for a used sun visor, 4 aftermarket plug wires and some fuses. Absolutely not! The dealership would have been cheaper! I was walking away in disgust as it was so hot out and I NEVER had anyone try and rip me off so badly. She told me hold on, she changed some of her prices and then charged me about 1/2 of what she was trying to get me to pay. After all the effort of driving there, hunting down the parts and so on like a fool I paid her almost $50.00 for the same parts any other yard in Central Florida would of charged about $8.00 for because I did not want to drive all the way up to Colonial Drive and spend all that time and gas. They really, really, really overcharged me today and I allowed it. That's fine because I have been a loyal customer of theirs since I discovered them and have been referring friends to them for months. They "got me" today but I sure will never return there and I certainly won't refer anyone else to them and I will go on sharing my experience there today. It's really disappointing because it is a nice operation, the people who greet you are so pleasant and friendly, everyone has always been so helpful that it never bothered me to pay a little more because they all treated you so well and made you feel valued as a customer so I returned the loyalty and continued to go back and refer many, many others there. "Greedy" does not begin to describe what the woman at the checkout tried to do. They don't post prices, they charge a fair and reasonable price (more than others but the service makes it worth it). But over $92.00 for a beat up sun visor, some fuses and used aftermarket wires? I could of probably paid less at the dealership for brand new parts and not wasted all my time, energy, gas, driving and manual labor and just ordered them online at the dealership for LESS and pick them up on my way home from work. I changed my rating from 1 star to 2 because every experience before today was positive. I don't know if that girl was new, if they are intentionally price gouging figuring people don't know the costs of things or what. She KNEW what she was trying to do, when I was going to walk away she dropped the price almost in half, still 4 to 5 times more than I would of paid anyplace else. Be honest with your customers, post your prices, don't wait until you go to pay and "try and negotiate as much as you can get out of someone". I am so disappointed in this business that up until today had earned 5-stars from me. I'm looking at the few pieces of junk I paid $50.00 for and wishing I had went with my instinct and just walked out. Too late now, even with the receipt they offer "no refunds" a credit only (to be used there). They want your money at all costs and my experience today was a very deceitful one. This junk yard is a little more organized. You can search their inventory online and check if they have the vehicle you are looking for, however it doesn't give any indication how long its been there. I did find the vehicles I was looking for but they were basically shells and very little to pick through. They offer carts, hoists, and wheelbarrows to use. They do however have a policy of not bringing in any of your own parts or else you will have to pay for those when you leave. Just be aware not to have any parts in your tool box that you might need. read more

This is the biggest rip off pull it junk yard in Florida. The prices are out of line and customer service is the worst Iv ever seen. Rude and very unprofessional people working in the office and at check out. Take your business elsewhere. Here your paying top dollar for junk parts. Be ready to be stripped searched when you go in and leave. Although my shop is only a couple miles away I'll drive to another yard. read more

Called to see if they had Caps or Covers for my truck, they wouldn't tell me anything other than if they had my truck in stock for me to find parts off of. This is a pretty big item, I'd think you can tell me if it is available. I'm never calling or going here for anything. Impossible to understand the lady answering the phone too! read more

They have an easy to use on-line inventory, so I can check if they have the car I am looking for before I head out that way. Plenty of wheel barrows and carts to use to keep me for having to lug around heavy tools and parts. They have a great return program. I had to pay a little extra but I got 7 months instead of the normal 30 days to bring my part back. The girl at the window was very nice and recommended I take a photo of my receipt. Smart call on her part. I'm not very good at not losing things. read more

This salvage yard is exactly what it says it is, U-Pull and Pay. It's not a junk yard that will disassemble it's inventory and stock parts, then sell for half price of new. U-pay set prices for parts you pull and will need to do it quickly before someone comes along and pulls the parts they need often breaking and ruining good parts on the car. It is a great scrap yard designed for the DYI person looking for strange difficult to find parts. read more
