My battery was acting up and I wasn't sure if I needed a new one, when I called they already gave me great advice over the phone (letting me know to check for warranty on my old battery which I didn't even know about). I had to replace my battery after all as warranty was expired, the guys at the shop were very helpful testing the battery, helping me select a new one, and installed it (Auto Zone had sent me to a mechanic because they "couldn't" install it last time...) It's Just that extra effort and friendliness that should make you come here and come back! read more

Overall: Yesterday was a really good visit for first time in store and would go back again. Service: 4.5 stars- Walked in expecting to wait since I noticed several people in store but an employee behind counter, Jason, asked what I was in need of. After telling him I needed my battery checked in the car, he so no problem and away we went. After confirming my suspension, went back into store and he pulled up the batteries that would work and explained the differences, warranties, etc. Quickly purchased a mid priced battery and away we went back to car. He installed it quickly, recommended a few items he noticed about the battery connectors for next visit, and away I went. From beginning to end (restarting car) probably took 20-25 minutes. Nice and quick on a hot day. Now Jason was talkative which made the experience go by quicker and he did have some colorful language and no filters due to young age, but his service overall was spot on. Environment: 3.5 stars- Standard automotive store but really only spent time a counter. Counter was cleared off for customers and employees were wearing masks. read more

There are still good people in the world & yes, mechanics too. On the freeway, our 250 Transit Cargo Van sputtered, the light came on, & then stopped - just as we were leaving Orlando, FL. We looked for an auto parts place near us & Advanced Auto Parts was the closest. So we pull up, and the young man that works there did a diagnostic. Nothing came up. So then he looked at the engine and discovered a possible loose spark plug wire cover. So we got out our tools and fixed it right there in his parking area. This young man spent considerable time explaining what the best thing to do would be. We followed his excellent advice. He did not charge us for his time. He had a great deal of knowledge on all kinds of vehicles. In short, he was considerate, helpful, & kind. I give him 5 stars. Thank you so much. We could have been in a real lurch since we have to drive all the way to California from FL. read more

STAY AWAY! I came in to get a left low beam replaced and CANDI the manager came outside and BROKE my right low beam. I will never come here again. Brandon was the best help I could ask for and he told me we do not normally touch cars and I said okay perfect so as I went to purchase the bulbs candi thought it would be a good idea and start pulling not only my high beam bulb? Which I never asked for but took my right low beam out and broke it. Didn't even offer to repair it for free. She took 7$ off the price. Don't ever come to this place again. It is awful. read more

This store has always been friendly and helpful the past couple years. I had the dreaded "check wallet" light - oh, I mean "Check Engine" light earlier this week. So I took my car to them and they plugged in the code tester. Shortly afterward he's putting my wallet, I also mean mind at ease. Just sucking air in the fuel system due to fuel cap not being properly tightened. I really was meaning to do that after the message came on on the dashboard alert system notified me. Gee, didn't realize this condition was so critical! Yes some make cars can eventually stall out if the unsealed condition is not corrected. read more

We found this place a few years ago after horrible, overpriced experiences at the dealership and another local garage. Great service here. Honest and affordable. They don't do work that doesn't need to be done. Very busy on weekends due to them being honest and having competitive pricing. They were even able to service our new car while under warranty. The first time, I had a near-dead battery that badly needed to be replaced and the second time, I needed new windshield wipers.
