I also know from personal experience that these guys are polite and know where almost every car, truck, SUV or van is in their yard and will direct you to that area. THIS IS A SALVAGE YARD, NOT WALMART. There are also PRIORITIES and to send a trained mechanic to look for an ashtray is NOT very good business. Sending a a person with an attitude to find their own part IS. There are trade-offs when buying used auto-parts and if you DO want to save hundreds if not thousands of dollars versus buying from the Manufacturer, you should learn be nice.

I think somebody sabotaged it and the gentleman said, oh I could take care of that pretty easily. He grabbed a plug kit out of the store, real quick, and just fixed my tire fast. He offered to do the repair without me even asking He was a totally nice guy. I don't always do reviews. The guy struck me a such a decent dude and he ran things so nicely that I just felt inspired to send a review for him. I pulled in the parking lot. The employee just took care of the problem and relieved my stress.

Maegan -hopefully i am spelling her name correct- she is pretty quick, sharp, very customer oriented to strangers and has a great helpful tendency... She put me on to Alex- who comes out, has a great ability to find solutions, resolve, provide different types of input/values and cares for customers...He can speak different languages like Spanish and English which is key in today's world at least in Florida and California if not anywhere- just kidding. he was real nice....highly helpful...he has the ability to ask any of his colleagues also without hesitation -that's true solution oriented, caring for customers.
