I ordered a simple coolant cap .. in the early afternoon. The manager ... ordered it and said it'll be here at 5:30. They say you're supposed to pay first when they order a part from another store. Glad I didn't waste my time doing that! This guy, i asked if they'll call me when it comes in, so i don't waste my time. He said .. Just come in at 5:30 .. it'll be here, and you can pay for it then. I came by yesterday and was presently surprised. The store was clean and everyone was wearing masks. I don't see this anymore so I was very happy. My moms car battery was giving her some issues, upon arrival the manager greeted me and came right out to the vehicle to test the battery. It seemed like the battery needed to be replaced and he right away provided options...which by the way was a lot cheaper than their competitor next door. (I called around) The gentleman right away had an assistant take the battery after we paid and replace it free off charge, by the time we walked around and bought a few items, the battery was changed and ready to do. I did not even come here but a nearby car repair shop and the shop was supposed to be open but had closed early that day. Scott F. who works at Autozone was walking by and noticed my predicament. I was trying to get my car back but my keys were inside the shop. He was so professional and friendly and offered to call the owner of the car shop I was at to see if he could help us. This type of customer service is 1000% going above and beyond. When you have employees that go out of their way to help people in their community over the needs of their own company... well you certainly have my business. read more

Went in to see if i needed a new battery and had one of the guys check the voltage, he told me it was bad and the cheapest battery they had was $210. I had a family friend check it out and turns out the battery is completely fine! This autozone completely takes advantage of women and the employees are so rude!! read more

I went to this location and received 300 worth of part and one of the representatives was very stand off to help me . I returned to the store for a caliber and asked if they offer any discounts due to me spending money I didn't have and the representative told me to try their competitors. I came in today with my grandpa after being treated very rudely at advanced auto parts right next door to them over a bad battery they sold us and were unwilling to replace even though we had warranty. The guy who helped us here at autozone was Colton, he was so kind and understanding. He was more apologetic for our experience next door than the workers there were.
