When I got there, he remembered speaking to me and went right for the battery we discussed, then even installed it in my car for me. Tom was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and informative - I'm thankful he was there to help me out and made the entire experience feel hassle free, alleviating much of the inevitable stress that's evoked by needing to replace a car battery on a whim! What is the point of making and offering appointments if you aren't going to respect that appointment? At the first appointment, they also tried to up charge me by $40. Which I argued away because I had already purchased online and in doing so that told me how much labor would be. They tried to say it due to "taxes" and that it was because the website calculates the taxes in NY state. Sir, if that was the case then you should be charging me LESS than the online quote as NY taxes are higher than FL's. They came down but it still somehow ended up being more than what we were told online. They also misplaced my keys and could not find them for a bit so additional time and anxiety there. They didn't seem to think this was problematic and laughed it off. This visit, I walked in and they said "there were a few cars in front of you"...there shouldn't be. I made an appointment. My car should be seen at my apartment time not after whomever walked in before me (which I was told there are appointments and walk in's before you") after sitting there for a half an hour and watching the two other cars back while mine sat there in the lot-which felt retaliatory because I did not hide my dismay after being told that and after having. Similar experience just two weeks prior (which seems reasonable) I found a place that could take me immediately. So I left. When I asked for key they didn't even speak to me. So not only are they incompetent at basic scheduling but they're also unprofessional in their manor. So no I will not be back and you should avoid this place. They can't handle basic scheduling and act like children when they get any pushback about their incompetence.

There was a price discrepancy between the $379 I had booked and the $479 they had listed for the full service on their documentation in store, but he honored my online appointment amount and I got a car wash wish I hadn't been offered as complimentary at any previous Subaru dealership. A pleasant service center experience all in all.

Called this location at about 9:30am on a Sunday. They let me know that I could drop my car off to…read moreinvestigate the "Check Emission System" notification that I was getting. Dropped it off at 10:30am and was assisted by Kevin who was friendly. Called them at 4pm to check in on the status. They informed me that there was a leak in the EVAP system but they could not identify exactly where the leak was and they needed to do a smoke test but would need more time to do it. They asked me to leave it overnight, however, I had to go to work on Monday. So I ended up dropping it back off 7am on Tuesday. Called them at 4:15pm that afternoon to check in on the status. Daniel the manager told me that they did not perform the smoke test. I asked why it was not done since that's the whole reason why I brought it back and left it there for 9 hours. He said he didn't know why the mechanic didn't do it but if I leave it overnight then he will waive the diagnostic fee (~$120). So I left it overnight and used my husbands car to go to work on Wednesday. On Wednesday, my husband called them at 4:45pm and they suspected it was the gas cap that was causing the error message. They were trying to locate the correct gas cap that comes from the dealership. Finally, on Thursday morning we went to pick up my car and they said the gas cap was going to take about a week to come in. So we ended up taking my car and getting the gas cap from the Honda dealership. Although they didn't make me pay for the diagnostic fee, it was still not an ideal experience and seems like it was unnecessarily delayed with poor communication.

By 2:00 PM--an hour and a half after my scheduled time--my car was still sitting untouched in a random spot outside. Not a single person came to update me or explain the delay. When I finally went to investigate myself, the staff brushed it off and acted like this was completely normal. What is the point of forcing customers to schedule an appointment if you are just going to ignore it and leave cars sitting for hours? Avoid this service department if you value your time.

There is actually a full show room to pick up your new car from an inside location. Our first Tesla in Tampa was kind of parked where all the other cars are coming in for service in the outdoor lot. In the Florida sun it's helpful to have an inside pick up experience. We were asked several times if we were being helped or what they could do for us, and I noticed all of the staff were super conscious of people constantly coming in. This is a location for delivery as well as doing your demo drive. It's crazy that they had 4 cyber trucks. One is up front to see and 3 in the back. Another thing about this location is that a year ago we got a paper license plate from the Tampa location that lasted about 15 seconds on I 95 . Here we got an actual metal plate. We were told after 30 days we could apply for a vanity plate. We live in St Augustine but opted to come to Orlando because there is $1000 cheaper fleet price than in picking up in Jacksonville. We were told each store has their own pricing. This must be brand new because I'm adding this business for the first time but has plenty of reviews on Google. But Facebook doesn't have this location for some reason. Shout out to Destiny for a great delivery process! My car was charged fully when I got it!
