That is unacceptable, but also why didn't they contact me if that was the issue? How long were they going to wait before telling me? Eventually they found them, they said it was hanging on their key board, they just hadn't seen it?? 6 hours after I dropped my car off for literally just a battery installation, I finally got my car. As I checked out, they said they had dropped an entire socket wrench in my car and didn't see it, but it was fine, and they told me to go home. I tried to ask questions and they said go home. So I left, and when I got home I popped the hood and found the socket wrench and got it out in less than three minutes. What a joke of an auto center.
