I also know from personal experience that these guys are polite and know where almost every car, truck, SUV or van is in their yard and will direct you to that area. THIS IS A SALVAGE YARD, NOT WALMART. There are also PRIORITIES and to send a trained mechanic to look for an ashtray is NOT very good business. Sending a a person with an attitude to find their own part IS. Maegan -hopefully i am spelling her name correct- she is pretty quick, sharp, very customer oriented to strangers and has a great helpful tendency...
