Unresponsive service…read more I called a week ago today for a quote on getting a hitch put on my car and spoke to Celeste who took all the pertinent information and said she'd call me back with a quote . Never got a quote . So my husband called she gave him a verbal quote after asking all the information over again . Said she'd email it, and never did . I called again this morning at 8:00 and was promised an email and never got ​​one once again. Both my​ husband and I tried calling today & no one picked up the phone but a recording came on and never directed us to at answering machine to leave a message for a call back . We called for over an hour with the same response . No one ever picked up . If they have caller ID they could look and see how many times we called with no answer . Frustrated with no regard for customer service called someone else and spoke to a live person who gave me the quote over the phone and emailed me while I was on the phone . I now have an appointment to get a trailer hitch put on my car next Monday . That is what I call service ! If you don't want to lose business you need to replace Celeste as a receptionist or train her better to do her job because my experience was ridiculous! I will no longer do business with WELDRITE again nor any of my colleagues I share this story with. If this is the way you do business you might want to look at a better business plan and get a responsive receptionist that is friendly & organized and responsive to customers.

There was a price discrepancy between the $379 I had booked and the $479 they had listed for the full service on their documentation in store, but he honored my online appointment amount and I got a car wash wish I hadn't been offered as complimentary at any previous Subaru dealership. By 2:00 PM--an hour and a half after my scheduled time--my car was still sitting untouched in a random spot outside. Not a single person came to update me or explain the delay. When I finally went to investigate myself, the staff brushed it off and acted like this was completely normal. What is the point of forcing customers to schedule an appointment if you are just going to ignore it and leave cars sitting for hours? Avoid this service department if you value your time.
