So I went in there with no intentions of leaving with a vehicle, until I talked to Christian by the front door who made this process possible! They talked to me and we ran a ton of numbers and they made it work for me. They didn't give me a hard time or really pressure me into doing anything, they simply asked me questions on what it was that I needed and everything was done! I honestly couldn't be happier because 3 months later and I'm still enjoying my ride! Brand new fresh off the lot and it was all possible to Christian and his boss! read more

Central Florida PowerSports - Yamaha YZF-R7 - Motorcycle Dealers Near Me - Kissimmee, Florida

I had a very disappointing experience with Central FL PowerSports' service department. I brought my 2026 Sea-Doo RXT-X 325 in because my spark plug tube was full of oil and the unit wasn't reaching its expected top speed in Sport Mode. From the beginning, I clearly explained that the oil in the spark plug was my primary concern. I was charged $481.07 for a diagnostic and water test, only to be told that nothing was wrong with the unit. The focus was almost entirely on the top speed instead of the issue I specifically brought it in for. After paying, I asked the mechanic, Fernando J. Casagrande, if he had actually inspected the spark plug. To my surprise, he told me he had not because he "didn't find a leak." I had to insist that they bring the unit back into the shop and inspect the spark plug--the very issue I asked them to diagnose in the first place. About 45 minutes later, they returned and confirmed that the spark plug tube seal was damaged and needed to be repaired as soon as possible, and that the repair would be fully covered under warranty. This left me wondering why that inspection wasn't done during the original diagnostic that I had just paid for. I also had concerns because the mechanic initially referred to my unit as a 300 without a supercharger, even though my paperwork clearly identifies it as a 2026 RXT-X 325. That made me lose confidence that my unit had been correctly identified and evaluated from the start. When I spoke with the service manager about refunding the diagnostic charge, I was told that I never mentioned the spark plug issue. However, the repair order itself states that one of the spark plugs was found with engine oil in it, which matches what I reported when I brought the unit in. In the end, I paid nearly $500 only to have the actual problem identified after I specifically asked them to inspect the component I had originally brought the unit in for. I expected a much more thorough diagnostic process and better customer service. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service department based on my experience. claimed unit had too much oil and I broke it. read more

12/20/25 If you are an individual that checks Google Review or Yelp, you need to know that this Dealership has the worst business practices I have ever experience and I am a business owner. I will mention another dealership here in the notes where you will receive better pricing, selection of inventory and be treated by the family ownership who have owned and operated this company for the last 40yrs. You are much better off dealing with Cycle Sports Center on John Young PKWY. Enjoy your purchases and feel confident with there service !! Central Florida PowerSports is the only place I go for all my motorcycle needs. They have great deals on bikes and the sales staff is so helpful and knowledgeable. The parts department is the nicest parts department I've ever been to. They are sooo helpful and always have what I need in stock. If your in need of any accessories or parts, this is the place to go. I can't forget about service. They do amazing job as well. read more

I just recently purchased a 2024 Seadoo Switch Cruise Limited and worked with Chuck Matthews and Danielli Gonzalez to secure the purchase. They were excellent to work with. No pressure and was always available to answer any questions. I went to Seminole Powersports in Sanford and they refused to help me close the deal. The same deal I asked at Seminole I asked Chuck for and he honored it. I am so happy I went to Central Florida Powersports. They make you feel welcome and more important they will work with you. Including the manager. They have a customer for life. Excellent JOB!! Deb W. read more

1star is honestly too high for this service department. It has been the absolute worst experience from top to bottom and has cost me over a 600 dollars in unrecoverable expenses for a 300 dollar repair because instead of the "yes we have your tire stock and can have it done by Wednesday" it turns into 2 and a half weeks. Service manager promised me my bike would be done first thing today. Call at the end of the day and guess what? The service manager pulled the tech to work on other stuff. As of now 6 out of 6 times they said they'd call me back I received no return call and had to follow up myself. Not to mention their prices are ridiculous. 200 bucks for an oil change and 200 for a coolant change changing 2 hours of labor for what's going to take the techs 15 minutes. I knew labor was high here but I needed my bike running to get to work so I went to the higher priced service center only to be forgotten about by the service team. So now over a week of Ubers to get to work has cost me twice the repair cost. DO NOT RISK COMING HERE read more

Update: Spoke with synchrony bank two minutes ago, the dealership sent the bank a buyers order that did not contain the $500 loan processing fee, an asterisk reveals the dealership may get part of it, but nowhere does it disclose Central Florida Powersports will keep ALL the money. Why is Central Florida Powersports hiding this fee from the loan issuing bank? Taking a $500 fee for loan processing on every bike is a sweet little racket... Those are the words of the synchrony Bank rep, not me. I wonder what the Osceola state attorneys office will say? You stole $500 from me in the name of the loan processing fee, but you screwed with the wrong guy. Addendum: Upon further review, synchrony bank does not charge a $500 loan processing fee. This was Central Florida Powersports way of padding their profit. The GM has been trying to get in touch with me with the flawed logic that because I like the bike I'm happy with what they charged me. That is fallacious logic. if you want to talk, invite me into your show room and let's go through some completed buyers order and check the charges against what I paid. I'm pursuing the bs $500 processing fee with synchrony bank. That's fraud. In full disclosure, this could have been avoided had I read everything thoroughly, but also the salesman (Chuck) and dealer actions weren't quite kosher. First mistake, going out on the first anniversary of my mother's death to purchase a bike, and informing the salesman. You know, I understand how a dealership works. They sell a product for a profit. Bottom line. The problem is, when you purchase a $12,949 bike with excellent credit and are charged $1050 freight, $1245 assembly/setup, $500 loan processing fee, and $299 dealer services, that extends well beyond fair profit. I even asked Chuck if he would help me get out of this bike and into something else in a few years... now I realize why he seemed to ignore me. It was on purpose. He knew what he was doing and played me like the fool I was. So I go back for the 600-mile break-in service only to find its $600 more. Livid, I walk from the service area to go sea my salesman only to find -- lucky for him -- he's not there. Upon asking for a manager and telling him I know what I paid, I ask what he can do for me to help with this service. He looks me up, the look on his face says "I feel sorry for you," and he give me a whole $50 gift card. How generous. I've already purchased more than $2000 worth of upgrades, but not from Central Florida Powersports. I called the other day about the tech pack to upgrade the electronics and was told it would be an additional $1000. It will happen, but NOT from Central Florida Powersports. I want to add a KTM dirtbike, but NOT from Central Florida Powersports. Isn't it funny how your freaking greed on one day will cost you in the long run. If you have to do business with these people, please be careful. Know the cost of whatever you're buying before you go in there. Read the fine print before you sign anything. These people will do anything to take advantage of you. Buyer beware. I'm read more

We purchased a Sea-Doo Switch and was told by the salesman that the unit did 44 mph. I asked to take a test drive and they said they do not do test drives. When we put the boat in the water for the first time, it was lacking power and could not pull someone behind the boat as promised. On May 31, 2024 we took the boat to the dealer and they did not fix it. The boat has been sitting there for 2.5 months with no resolution. I personally went to their location a few weeks ago and was promised a manager would call me. I have yet to receive a call. I am very frustrated and want this resolved. I want a refund because I was lied to by the salesman and I am not happy with the product. read more

Central Florida Power Sports was by far the best dealership in Central Florida and beyond. I purchased a brand new 2024 Honda CRF 300L from Chuck and Christian after going back and forth with them for a few days. I compared every single bike for sale in the State of Florida, and they worked with me the most to get me my ride. They got everything ready for me and I was in and out in under an hour, with a new helmet to boot. They walked me through the bike and loaded it up in my truck. They both answered every question and did not try to hustle me out of the store after getting my check. Chuck also has a ton of experience and stories, which made the experience fun! I will be back soon to get another motorcycle. @FotoAlexM read more

The seller was amazing however the people in service suck, first they gave us the trailer messed up we bring it the next day and they guy in front desk gave us attitude, second the brand new jetski that they built didn't put one piece from the jetski and now they never put the oil on the jetski while I was driving it the oil light and the engine light turn on and my jetski just turn off, the people in service told me the jetski is going to need oil after the 50 hour. I don't know what are they doing but we spend more and 50k in two jetski and a trailer for it to work perfect read more

Avoid bringing your motorcycles to this place at all costs! I requested a diagnostic and some minor repairs on my KTM 65. I dropped off the bike on Friday and mentioned that I needed the bike race ready the following Friday and would need to pick up on late Thursday. They told me that it would be no problem. I received the excessively high bill on work; however, it needed it done. When I went to pick up the bike, only half of the work was completed, and it was already Friday, NOT Thursday, as requested. Strike 1. Frustrated and running late, I was ready to load the bike and decided I should try to start the bike before I loaded it on the trailer; it would not start. Strike 2. The mechanic then asked if I can wait while they troubleshoot the issue. I agreed. I then asked why did you charge me for a diagnostic report of $110 if you say you checked the bike? I requested everything checked and running for pick up. He laughed and said, we don't run the engines unless you ask. I then said, I did, and why wouldn't a diagnostic not include checking my engine compressions and fluids, etc...? Strike 3! read more

I would not recommend this place at all. My bf and I were going to buy him a bike and was really excited walking in knowing we would be able to leave with one. We will definitely be returning for future purchases with this company!! So, the first time we went they told us they were closing. Now, this is a pet peeve of mine you are either open or closed. My husband told them we were looking to buy a Roxor and they told us to come back Monday. A few weeks passed. We were both off today and in the area. We parked out in front were a sold Roxor was parked. We perused this one for a few minutes. Then walked into the store and out onto the lot. Now, we passed at least 2 employees did anyone say hi, how are you or how can we help you? Out on the lot we sat in one Roxor and checked it out for at least 5-10 minutes and then went over to another. An employee did smile at us, but did she say hey is anyone helping you? Now, this store is the only motorsports in the Orlando area to get one. However, I'd much rather drive to another location where they actually greet us and want our money. read more

My name is James, I am a proud veteran that has have been an avid motorcycle rider for over 50 years. This is my experience with CENTRAL FLORIDA POWERSPORTS. PLEASE NOTE I am not taking issue with the "sold as is" part. I AM TAKING ISSUE WITH THE BLANTANT MISREPRESENTATION OF THE TRIKE. I was in the market to purchase a trike. I found a model that fit my budget and fell in love with it. The trike was a 2001 Harley Davidson Electra-Glide. I let them know that I am a serious buyer and ready to purchase today. The salesperson was Jesus R. Everyone was very friendly to me as they knew I was a prepared buyer not needing financing and ready to purchase out right. Here are some of the informational bullet points made to me by the salesman. Of which formed my decision to go forward on the purchase. * The trike was fully inspected, and road tested by a CERTIFIED HARLEY DAVIDSON MECHANIC * The trike was stated to me as their advertisement states "Very well taken care of and ready to ride" I purchased my new to me Harley on 08/28/19. I couldn't wait to take it on a cross country trip where the wife and I were planning to take some much-needed RR. The staff wished me a wonderful night and invited me to tell all my friends about the great experience I "was" having. I really was on cloud 9 with my "ready to ride" trike. Here are the following bullet points of my experience going home. * Within 10-15 miles I noticed stiff and hard shifting of the transmission * Drove it home and gave it a lot of thought. Do I return the trike to CENTRAL FLORIDA POWERSPORTS? They did state it was "READY TO RIDE" (PLEASE SEE PICTURE OF THIER AD) or do I take it to The Motorcycle Clinic. They have been working on all my Harley Davidson's for over a decade and they have been in business for over 46 years...I wanted an honest breakdown of what was happening to my trike and this was a no brainer for me. The Motorcycle Clinic was my clear choice. * 09/06/19 dropped off my bike to Clinic * Advised the sales manager Mansor of my decision and as to why I made the choice of not bringing the trike back to them. I have lost all confidence of Central Florida Powersports. * 09/20/19 The Motorcycle Clinic called me for an update. They found metal shavings on the transmission dip stick. * They found the trike transmission had a tooth broken off causing damage to other gears and components * Transmission rebuild is needed (in only 10-15 miles of riding) * The Motorcycle Clinic completed a courtesy safety check before my trip * It was found that the trike had both shocks blown out requiring replacement, both my cv joint boots have blown out having grease all over rear end area requiring replacement * Total in repairs are $5,742.49! (For a "Ready to ride Trike) I met with Mansor before finding out about the rear end problems. I shared with him my initial estimate of approx. $4067.49. He only offered 500.00. This was laughable. I will be sharing my experience to every review outlet I can find to let people know the business practices they have at Central Florida Power Sports. The president of Central Florida Powersports is named, Jamison R Daniels. I have not heard anything from him either. I did send an e-mail to Jason which is V.P. asking to review my experience with Mr. Daniels. read more

Why would anyone place their business with a facility that gives you a timeline on their ability to maintain your bike? This companies service department does not service vehicles over 10 years old!? Lol. What type of a professional puts a time limit on their ability to maintain a vehicle you purchased from them. This is just a lack of customer service. I was bringing two of my bikes in for an oil change on my way to check out and purchase a new Honda four wheeler. Lol. Glad I called ahead. I'll be going somewhere else where they are "actual mechanics" and can service all my motorcycles. I would recommend MCKIBBEN POWERSPORT Honda 20769 Hwy 27 Lake Wales, FL 33853-2438 Not that much further off but when I called them at least their response was, "For older vehicles, if you could bring them by so we can see the condition they are in, then we can determine if we can do the work." At least they are willing to see my motorcycles and asses their ability. Versus Central Florida just say "NO" to anything over 10 years. The reason I buy Honda is because of how long they last.
